This paper reports new measurements of the liquid viscosity of R11, R12, R1416, and R152a in the temperature range 270 to 340 K and pressures up to 20 MPa. The measurements have been carried out in a vibrating-wire instrument calibrated with respect to the standard reference value of the viscosity of water. It is estimated that the uncertainty of the present viscosity data is one of 0.5%. The experimental data have been represented by polynomial functions of temperature and pressure for the purposes of interpolation. A recently developed semiempirical scheme, based on considerations of hard-sphere theory, is employed to correlate successfully the viscosity and the thermal conductivity of these refrigerants as a function of their density.  相似文献

Thermal conductivities of zeotropic mixtures of R125 (CF3CHF2) and R134a (CF3CH2F) in the liquid phase are reported. Thermal conductivities have been measured by a transient hot-wire method with one bare platinum wire. Measurements have been carried out in the temperature range of 233 to 323 K and in the pressure range of 2 to 20 MPa. The dependence of thermal conductivity on temperature, pressure, and composition of the binary mixture is presented. Measured thermal conductivity data are correlated as a function of temperature, pressure, and overall composition of the mixture. The uncertainty of our measurements was estimated to be better than 2%.  相似文献

The viscosity of R32 and R125 at saturation   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
This paper reports new measurements of the viscosity of R32 and R125, in both the liquid and the vapor phase, over the temperature range 220 to 343 K near the saturation line. The measurements in both liquid and vapor phases have been carried out with a vibrating-wire viscometer calibrated with respect to standard reference values of viscosity. It is estimated that the uncertainty of the present viscosity data is one of 0.5–1%, being limited partly by the accuracy of the available density data. The experimental data have been represented by polynomial functions of temperature for the purposes of interpolation.  相似文献

The thermal conductivities of ternary refrigerant mixtures of difluoromethane (R32), pentafluoroethane (R125), and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R134a) in the liquid phase have been measured by the transient hot-wire method with one bare platinum wire. The experiments were performed in the temperature range of 233 to 323 K and in the pressure range of 2 to 20 MPa at various compositions. The measured data are correlated as a function of temperature, pressure, and composition. From the correlation, we can calculate the thermal conductivity of pure refrigerants and their binary or ternary refrigerant mixtures. The uncertainty of the measurements is estimated to be ±2%.  相似文献

Viscosity of Gaseous R404A, R407C, R410A, and R507   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper presents new measurements of the viscosity of gaseous R404A (52 wt% R143a, 44 wt% R125, 4 wt% R134a), R407C (23 wt% R32, 25 wt% R125, 52 wt% R143a), R410A (50 wt% R32, 50 wt% R125), and R507 (50 wt% R143a, 50 wt% R125). These mixtures are recommended as substitutes for the refrigerants R22, R502, and R13B1. Measurements were carried out in an oscillating-disk viscometer. The obtained values of the viscosity are relative to the viscosity of nitrogen. The experiments were performed at atmospheric pressure over the temperature range 297 to 403 K. and near the saturation line up to pressures of 0.6 P crit. The estimated uncertainty of the reported viscosities are ±0.5% for the viscosities at atmospheric pressure and ± 1% along the saturation line, being limited by the accuracy of the available vapor pressure and density data. The experimental viscosities at atmospheric pressure are employed to determine the intermolecular potential parameters, and , which provide the optimum representation of the data with the aid of the extended law of corresponding states developed by Kestin et al. A comparison of the experimental viscosity data with the values calculated by REFPROP, both at atmospheric pressure and along the saturation line, is presented.  相似文献

New thermal conductivity data of the refrigerant mixtures R404A, R407C, R410A, and R507C are presented. For all these refrigerants, the thermal conductivity was measured in the vapor phase at atmospheric pressure over a temperature range from 250 to 400 K and also at moderate pressures. A modified steady-state hot-wire method was used for these measurements. The cumulative correction for end effects, eccentricity of the wire, and radiation heat transfer did not exceed 2%. Calculated uncertainties in experimental thermal conductivity are, in general, less than ±1.5%. All available literature thermal conductivity data for R404A, R407C, R410A, and R507C were evaluated to identify the most accurate data on which to base the thermal conductivity model. The thermal conductivity is modeled with the residual concept. In this representation, the thermal conductivity was composed of two contributions: a dilute gas term which is a function only of temperature and a residual term which is a function only of density. The models cover a wide range of conditions except for the region of the thermal conductivity critical enhancement. The resulting correlations are applicable for the thermal conductivity of dilute gas, superheated vapor, and saturated liquid and vapor far away from the critical point. Comparisons are made for all available literature data.  相似文献

An experimental apparatus for measuring the thermal conductivity of liquids by the transient hot-wire method was constructed and tested with toluene as a standard liquid. Measurements were performed on R22, R142b, and R152a. The thermal conductivities of mixtures of R142b and R152a with R22 were also measured by varying the weight fraction of R22. Experiments were performed in the range from –50 to 50°C and from 2 to 20 MPa and the measured data are analyzed to obtain a correlation in terms of temperature, pressure, and composition of the mixture. While the thermal conductivity of R22 + R152a mixtures varies monotonously with composition, that of R22 + R142b mixtures turned out to go through an extremum value. The accuracy of our measurements is estimated to be within 2%.Paper dedicated to Professor Joseph Kestin.  相似文献

Thermal-conductivity measurements are reported for the new refrigerants R134a, R152a und R123. Transient hot-wire experiments were performed which cover both the liquid and vapor states at temperatures and pressures ranging from?=?20°C to 90°C and fromp=0.1 bar to 60 bar respectively. The results are correlated with density and temperature. In addition temperature dependent correlations are presented for (i) saturated liquid, (ii) saturated vapor, (iii) ideal gas (which equals approximately vapor state at ambient pressure). Finally the results are compared with data from the literature and also with the thermal conductivities of R12 and R11.  相似文献

New viscosity measurements for the gaseous and supercritical state of the halogenated hydrocarbons R12, R113, and R114 and binary mixtures of R12 + R114 of different compositions are presented. The measurements were carried out at superheated and supercritical temperatures from 30 to 200° C and in the pressure range from 1 to 80 bar. Viscosity was measured with an oscillating-disk viscometer and the data obtained are relative to the viscosity of nitrogen. The estimated accuracy of the measured results is ±0.6%. The results obtained show that, at subcritical temperatures, the pressure effect on viscosity is negative. This anomalous behaviour is investigated in detail in this work. At atmospheric pressure the viscosity of gas mixtures is almost a linear function of their composition. At high pressure, the residual viscosities - 0 of both the pure components and the mixtures were used to follow a single relationship versus the residual reduced density r0.Paper presented at the Tenth Symposium on Thermophysical Properties, June 20–23, 1988, Gaithersburg, Maryland, U.S.A.  相似文献

The thermal conductivities of refrigerant mixtures of difluoromethane (R32) and pentafluoroethane (R125) in the liquid phase are presented. The thermal conductivities were measured with the transient hot-wire method with one bare platinum wire. The experiments were conducted in the temperature range of 233–323 K and in the pressure range of 2–20 MPa. An empirical equation to describe the thermal conductivity of a near-azeotropic mixture, R32+R125, is provided based on the measured 168 thermal conductivity data as a function of temperature and pressure. The dependence of thermal conductivity on the composition at different temperatures and pressures is also presented. The uncertainty of our measurements is estimated to be ±2%. The thermal conductivity of four gaseous fluorocarbon refrigerants has been measured by a vertical coaxial cylinder apparatus on a relative basis. The fluorocarbon refrigerants used and the ranges of temperature and pressure covered are as follows: R 12 (Dichlorodifluoromethane CCl2F2): 298.15–393.15 K, 0.1–4.28 MPa R 13 (Chlorotrifluoromethane CClF3): 283.15–373.15 K, 0.1–6.96 MPa R 22 (Chlorodifluoromethane CHClF2): 298.15–393.15 K, 0.1–5.76 MPa R 23 (Trifluoromethane CHF3): 283.15–373.15 K, 0.1–6.96 MPaThe apparatus was calibrated using Ar, N2, and CO2 as the standard gases. The uncertainty of the experimental data is estimated to be within 2%, except in the critical region. The behavior of the thermal conductivity for these fluorocarbons is quite similar; thermal conductivity increases with increasing pressure. The temperature coefficient of thermal conductivity at constant pressure, (/T) p , is positive at low pressures and becomes negative at high pressures. Therefore, the thermal conductivity isotherms of each refrigerant intersect each other in a specific range of pressure. A steep enhancement of thermal conductivity is observed near the critical point. The experimental results are statistically analyzed and the thermal conductivities are expressed as functions of temperature and pressure and of temperature and density.  相似文献

Thermal conductivity of R32 and its mixture with R134a   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The liquid thermal conductivity of R32 (CH2F2) and R134a (CF3CH2F) was measured in the range from 223 to 323 K and from 2 to 20 MPa by the transient hot-wire method. The thermal conductivity of the R32+R134a mixture was also measured in the same range by varying the mass fraction of R32. The measured data are analyzed to obtain a correlation in terms of temperature, pressure and composition of the mixture. The uncertainty of our measurements is estimated to be within ±2%.Paper presented at the Twelfth Symposium on Thermophysical Properties, June 19–24, 1994, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.  相似文献

The effect of pressure on the volume of R141, R131, and R132b is reported as volume ratios (the volume under pressure relative to its value at atmospheric pressure) at six temperatures covering the range 278.15 to 338.13 K and pressures up to 380 MPa for R141 and R131a. For R132b the same temperature range has been used, but above its normal boiling point experimental arrangements have limited maximum pressures to below 300 MPa, with some loss of accuracy. Densities have been measured at atmospheric pressure for each liquid. The experimental data have been used to calculate isothermal compressibilities, thermal expansivities, and internal pressures: the change in isobaric heat capacity from its value at atmospheric pressure has also been estimated. The volume ratios for all three compounds can be represented by a version of the Tait equation based on previously reported data for 1,2-dicloroethane and 1,1,2-trichloroethane with the inclusion of allowances for the substitution in the former of chlorine or fluorine for the hydrogens on one of the carbons.  相似文献

The paper reports new measurements of the viscosity of liquid R134a over the temperature range 235 to 343 K and pressures up to 50 MPa. The measurements have been carried out in a vibrating-wire viscometer calibrated with respect to the viscosity of several liquid hydrocarbons. It is estimated that the uncertainty in the viscosity data reported is ±0.6%. The data therefore have a lower uncertainty than that of earlier measurements of the viscosity of this environmentally acceptable regrigerant. The viscosity data have been represented as a function of density by means of a formulation based upon the rigid, hard-sphere theory of dense fluids with a maximum deviation of ±0.3%. This representation allows the present body of experimental data to be extended to regions of thermodynamic state not covered by the measurements.  相似文献

For a blend containing R143a and R125 ( by weight), thermodynamic data like vapour pressures, liquid densities, as well as the volumetric behaviour of the gaseous phase, have been experimentally measured and mathematically correlated. This refrigerant blend shows azeotropic behaviour and is known as R507 according to the ASHRAE nomenclature. For use in refrigeration and air-conditioning units in low and medium temperature applications, R507 is a suitable refrigerant. Test results based on measurements from a refrigeration installation have shown that similar operating parameters can be achieved in comparison to R502. The compressor discharge temperatures, pressure ratios and coefficients of performance compare well to the traditionally used azeotropic refrigerant R502. Further, the tests have shown that on average the refrigerating capacities of R507 are approximately 5–6% higher than the capacities of R502.  相似文献

The surface tensions of R290, R600a and R290/R600a mixture have been measured by the modified differential capillary-rise method. Twenty-two data points for R290 and 21 data points for R600a were obtained in the temperature range between 273 K and 354 K, and 43 data points for R290/R600a mixture on three isotherms of 278 K, 300 K and 320 K were obtained. The experimental uncertainties of temperature and surface tension are estimated to be within 20 mK and 0.2 mN m−1, respectively. Surface tension correlations as a function of temperature for pure R290 and R600a were formulated in the temperature range between 253 K and critical temperature, and the correlation as a function of the composition for R290/R600a mixture was discussed at 278 K, 300 K and 320 K. It is found that the surface tension for R290/R600a mixture can be reproduced by the simple mixing rule by mole fraction with the correlations of both pure components.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present dielectric constant measurements of R410A, a chlorine-free refrigerant, which is a 50/50 (mass %) mixture of R32/125. The measurements on R410A were performed as a function of pressure and temperature ranging from 2 to 16 MPa and from 217 to 304 K, respectively, by using a direct capacitance method. The values of dielectric constant have an estimated repeatability of ±0.01% and an accuracy of ±0.1%. The data were correlated as a function of density and pressure. The theory developed by Vedam et al., and adapted by Diguet, and the Kirkwood modification of the Onsager equation for the variation of the modified molar polarization with temperature and density were applied to analyze the data and to obtain the dipole moment of R410A in the liquid state. This was found to be 3.31 Debye.  相似文献
