串行流化床反应器间的气体串混是影响化学链燃烧过程的关键因素之一,采用串行流化床冷态试验装置,通过改变各反应器入口流化数,考察反应器间的串混量及串混率。反应器之间的气体串混路径可能有空气反应器和燃料反应器之间的气体串混、燃料反应器内气体向旋风分离器串混、隔离器气体在空气反应器和燃料反应器内的分布。结果表明,在空气反应器和燃料反应器之间加设隔离器能有效阻止两个反应器之间发生气体串混;燃料反应器内少许气体通过反应器内料腿向上串混到旋风分离器排气中,串混率约为2%,这使得该串行流化床化学链燃烧的理论碳捕集效率可以达到98%;燃料反应器流化风速对隔离器内气体在两个反应器的分布影响较小,采用水蒸气流化可避免隔离器气体向空气反应器和燃料反应器内串混所带来的影响。 相似文献

The commercially established slurry bubble column and fixed-bed reactors for low temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were compared with novel micro- and monolith-reactors by mathematical modeling. Special attention was paid to the influence of catalytic activity on the reactor efficiency and the losses by mass and heat transfer resistances. The simulation results show that a micro-structured reactor exhibits the highest productivity per unit of catalyst volume followed by slurry bubble column reactor and monolith reactor. The fixed-bed reactor that was assumed to operate in the trickle-flow regime has a particularly low catalyst specific productivity due to severe mass transfer resistances. However, caused by a very low ratio of catalyst and reactor volume the micro-reactor has only a similarly low productivity per unit of reactor volume as the fixed-bed reactor. In contrast, the reactor specific productivity of slurry bubble column reactor and monolith reactor is up to one order of magnitude higher. 相似文献

A new photocatalytic reactor design for water treatment is presented, characterized by the use of new extremely narrow diameter lamps, thus allowing for much higher surface area for catalyst coating per unit reactor volume and consequently for much higher specific reactor capacity. Experiments in a reactor containing 21 novel U-shaped lamps coated with the catalyst showed 695% increase in efficiency of the reactor performance when compared with classical annular reactor, 260% when compared with a slurry reactor, and 60% when compared with a multiple tube reactor. The classical annular reactor and slurry reactor cannot be scaled-up for large-scale applications due to the low values of an illuminated catalyst surface area per unit volume of liquid treated inside the reactor. In the multiple tube reactor the above problem could be eliminated, but it suffers from the disadvantage that uniform light intensity cannot be achieved. Development of a reactor using the new lamps will provide all the advantages of the multiple tube reactor, plus the additional advantage that the catalyst could be activated at its highest level. The application of a continuous Couette-Taylor vortex reactor to continuous emulsion polymerization was studied. First, the mixing characteristics of the reactor were examined by the stimulus-response method. It was found that the reactor performance was similar to that of a continuous flow reactor consisting of more than 60 well-stirred tanks in series if the reactor was properly designed and operated near the critical Taylor number. It was also demonstrated by a comparison of the particle size distributions of the latexes produced in a batch reactor and in the continuous Couette-Taylor vortex reactor that the continuous reactor could produce latex particles with fairly narrow size distribution. Furthermore, since no stirrer is involved, this continuous reactor is suited for the purpose of avoiding coagulation of latex particles that are very sensitive to mechanical shear. 相似文献
