The cavitation erosion (CE) behavior of CrMnN ferrite-austenite duplex stainless steel in distilled water and 3% NaCl solution was investigated by using a magnetostrictive-induced CE facility. The damaged surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the CE resistance of CrMnN steel was higher than that of 0Crl3Ni5Mo steel. The mass loss rate of CrMnN steel in distilled water was similar to that in 3% NaCl except at the early stage of CE. The failure mode of ferrite phase was brittle fracture, which had adverse effect on the resistance to CE, while the failure of austenite phase was a ductile failure in CrMnN steel. The excellent resistance to CE was related to the good mechanical properties of austenitic phase and the consumption of CE energy by plastic deformation involving slip and twinning.  相似文献

Dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behaviors of a heat-resistant martensitic stainless steel 403Nb during hot deformation have been investigated by single-pass thermo-mechanical simulative experiment at temperatures of 900-1150 C and strain rates of 0.01-1 s 1.The results show that the true stress-true strain curves of this alloy can be classified into two types,one is of dynamic recovery and the other is of dynamic recrystallization.The DRX in 403Nb alloy is easy to occur at strain rates lower than 0.5 s 1 and deformation temperatures higher than 1000 C.Using regression analysis,the stress multiplier(α) and apparent stress exponent(n) were calculated to be 0.0153 and 3.22,respectively,while the activation energy(Q d) for DRX of 403Nb was calculated to be 367.293 kJ/mol.The constitutive equation of peak stress for DRX was also obtained.Based on P-J method,the critical strain for DRX was accurately determined.The mathematical models of peak strain and kinetic equation for DRX of 403Nb steel were finally established.  相似文献

在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上对Nitronic60奥氏体不锈钢进行高温等温压缩实验,研究该材料在变形温度为950—1 200℃、应变速率为0.01—10 s-1、真应变量0.9等条件下的热变形行为,并观察了变形后的显微组织。研究结果表明:在热压缩过程中,流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的升高而增加;当变形速率较低时,材料在变形温度范围内均发生了动态再结晶。采用双曲正弦模型建立了相应的热变形本构关系,其热变形激活能为425.542 k J/mol,高温压缩变形时,Z参数和流变应力方程分别为Z=εexp(425.542/RT)=3.495×1015[sinh(0.005 93σ)]5.55,ε=3.495×1015[sinh(0.005 93σ)]5.55exp[-525.524/(RT)]。  相似文献

设计了用于浓硝酸泵的新型不锈钢的组织及其化学成分,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和腐蚀试验方法研究了钢的金相组织、断口形貌和耐蚀性能。试验结果表明,该钢经1050℃×1.5h水冷(或空冷)固溶处理后,在浓硝酸介质中具有优良的耐蚀性与满意的韧性和铸造性能。  相似文献

The pitting corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steels UNS S31803 annealed at different temperatures ranging from 1050 ℃ to 1200 ℃ for 24 h has been investigated by means of potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT).The microstructural evolution and pit morphologies of the specimens were studied through optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The potentiostatic CPT measurements show that the CPT was elevated with the annealing temperature increased from 1050 ℃ to 1150 ℃ and decreased as the temperature further increased to 1200 ℃.The specimens annealed at 1150 ℃ exhibited the highest CPTand the best pitting corrosion resistance.The pit morphologies show that the pit initiation sites transfer from austenite phase to ferrite phase as the annealing temperature increases.The results were explained by the variation of pitting resistance equivalent number(PREN) of ferrite and austenite phases as the annealing temperature was varied.  相似文献

对于初始粗晶的高强钢30CrMnSi进行了圆柱体热压缩实验研究,获得了该种材料在不同温度不同应变速率条件下的真应力一应变曲线以及动态再结晶和晶粒细化的规律。应用峰值应力的实验结果计算出了该材料热变形过程的激活能以及每个实验条件的Z参数,得到了高强钢30CrMnSi的热变形过程以及动态再结晶过程的主要特征变量作为Z参数的函数表达式。发现在z参数=1.0E+12/s~1.OE+13/s、工程应变一60%的条件下动态再结晶会产生较好的晶粒细化效果。  相似文献
