A review is provided of the purposes, functionality, and webometric indicators (WMIs) for the websites of the leading international organizations that aggregate specialized scientific information, including citation and scientometric systems; websites designed to support national publications; etc. The WMIs of foreign websites are compared with those of the functionally similar Russian online resources. An overview is given of the structure of foreign and Russian websites that publish information related to dissertations, their extended abstracts, and their full-text versions. The terms of user access to these materials are described. The WMIs of these websites are compared. An analysis is conducted of the functionality and WMIs of the following online resources: the leading foreign and Russian websites that provide access to autonomous information–analytical and information systems for scientific journals; websites of individual journals related to scientometric studies and information management (services) in science. 相似文献

Concluding remarks With this brief exposition of the areas covered in this special double issue on Eurotra, we shall now conclude our introduction. We hope that the volume will achieve its goals, as outlined above, at least to some extent. Certainly, much more could be said about a wide range of topics which have been covered in the lifetime or the project so far. For instance, these article, mainly written by linguists, deliberately neglect the software implementation and environment aspects of the prototype Eurotra Translation System, as well as a number of peripheral tools and components of the system that are available to the user, such as lexical data bases, text-handling mechanisms and the like. The reader interested in aspects of this kind is referred to Raw et al. 1989 for a very brief introduction, and to the Eurotra software team at the Commission of the European Communities (DG XIII, Luxembourg) for more details. However, one goal that we do hope to come close to achieving is to give a fair overview of the Eurotra linguistic theory of translation and the mainstream and sideline formalisms expressing variant versions of it. If we have come anywhere near achieving that, our gratitude is due to the numerous Eurotra colleagues who have supported us in preparing this volume, and to the editor of this journal. 相似文献

This paper presents a review of the application of neuro-fuzzy systems (NFS) in business on the basis of the research articles issued in various reputed international journals and conferences during 2005–2015. The use of NFS for tackling various real world problems in different business domains has diversified significantly during this period. In effect NFS has emerged as a dominant technique for addressing various difficult research problems in business. Based on a detailed review of these research papers we have identified finance, marketing, distribution, business planning, information systems, production and operations as the main business application domains of NFS during this period. This paper also discusses the impact of NFS in various business domains and the trend of this application based research during this period. This paper also surveys the various innovations in NFS methodologies employed by the researchers to deal with different business problems in each of these years. Optimal input signals for parameter estimation in dynamic systems--Survey and new results 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
This paper surveys the field of optimal input design for parameter estimation as it has developed over the last two decades. Many of the developments covered are only recent and have not appeared in the open literature elsewhere. After a brief introduction, the paper discusses the historical background of the subject both in the engineering and in the statistical literature. The concepts of optimality and input design are then discussed, followed by a derivation of the Fisher information matrix for multiinput multioutput systems with process noise. The design procedures are divided into the categories of time-domain methods and frequency-domain methods, with the former being more general, but also more time consuming (computationally). Several extensions to state constraints, continuous-time systems, etc., are discussed. A number of examples are given to illustrate the nature of optimal inputs. The results on time-domain synthesis with state constraints and their relationship to "dual control" are new. 相似文献
