环网柜在潮湿凝露的环境下长期运行会导致设备的绝缘强度下降,从而易发生放电、击穿等故障,进一步造成设备的使用寿命缩短,因此需要保证良好的环网柜运行环境。半导体冷凝除湿是新兴的除湿技术,通过将水分冷凝后排出柜体,可控制柜内湿度。利用COMSOL仿真软件对半导体冷凝除湿进行模拟,将柜内的气流场、温度场及水分传输3个物理场进行耦合,研究安装除湿器后柜内的流场、温度、相对湿度的分布变化以及除湿器安装位置对除湿效果的影响。结果表明:加装除湿器后,环网柜内温度变化不大,相对湿度在11 h左右可从90%降至50%,且除湿器安装在柜体底部的除湿效果最优,仿真结果得到了实验验证。给出的除湿器的安装位置对环网柜内温度、湿度的分布变化及对除湿效果的影响可供环网柜内安装除湿器时参考。 相似文献

针对传统开关柜、接线端子以及电子元器件容易受环境影响,潮湿的空气进入柜体接触到电子设备形成凝露,降低了绝缘性能,造成事故,同时不能实时智能控制处理,造成资源浪费。设计了基于ARM的新型开关柜环境湿度检测及除湿系统。该系统以STM32为核心,利用湿度传感器网络检测湿度参数,通过RS485传递参数数据,上位机实时显示数据,设置阈值参数,控制中心作出除湿处理。该系统通过4组数据与高精度湿度检测仪器对比,最小相对误差为0.06%,最大相对误差0.1%,准确度为0.1。能够真实呈现开关柜内的湿度状况。在48 min内,根据无有本除湿系统对比,湿度分别下降到67.2%和50%。从实验结果来看,系统准确度高,实时准确显示柜内湿度,智能除湿效果明显,能很好地检测处理开关柜环境湿度。 相似文献

研制了一种内循环式温室除湿设备,有效地解决冬季日光温室的除湿难题。该设备由除湿部分和控制部分组成,采用内循环模式,利用转轮除湿技术对温室内的空气进行过滤,将水分子排到温室外部,并使温室内的温度升高,达到增温除湿的目的。在一个长25 m、跨度6 m、脊高3.5 m的温室中进行试验,设备连续运行3 h,对温室的温湿度变化进行测量。试验结果表明,此设备除湿性能良好,能在3 h内使此温室的平均相对湿度下降23.5%,并使温室内的平均温度有小幅度上升。在不计蒸发的前提下,设备的除湿量约为1.68 kg/3 h。设备功耗小,自动化程度高,成本低廉,适合在温室中使用。 相似文献

电流互感器(简称TA)是供电能计量、电量监测、电力系统控制与保护的重要装置。驱潮技术的研究是为了保证处于潮湿气候中的TA正常运行条件下绝缘性能不至于降低,特性不发生破坏。由于特高压试验示范工程晋东南—南阳—荆门3个站的TA均采用GIS套装结构,TA安装后不易拆卸,变电站厂区采用紧凑型设计,传统的驱潮方式已经不再适用。为研究适合特高压GIS中TA的驱潮技术,在借鉴低电压等级TA的基础上,又考虑到特高压GIS站的独特结构以及1 000 kV TA本身的特性,笔者对于特高压TA的驱潮方式中尝试采用了几种不同的形式。为了寻求最合理的方式,对1 000 kV荆门变电站的TA现场驱潮过程进行了分析,发现不同方式对于试验设备要求及最后的效果产生一定的差异,在驱潮完成后还要进行防潮处理。分析结果表明:在1 000 kV GIS TA的驱潮方式中,采用绕组温升驱潮同时配合线圈表面喷涂特殊涂料进行防潮在1 000 kV GIS TA中可行。 相似文献

The paper presents a review of room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber high voltage insulator coatings (HVIC). These coatings are designed to replace greasing and water washing of insulators. Present day coatings are the result of nearly thirty years of development and use. In all but a very few dirty environments, these coatings have lasted ten or more years without maintenance and where maintenance has been found to be necessary, water washing is done at a significantly reduced schedule. Many companies use two-phase absorbents (CaCO3 suspension) for waste gases purification from SO2. A qualitative theoretical analysis of the absorption kinetics in the cases of two-phase absorbent, using the convection-diffusion type of model, is presented. It is shown that the low CaCO3 concentration lead to very small chemical reaction rate and as a result the absorption rate is limited by the physical absorption of SO2 in water, i.e. the process efficiency is very small. An average concentration model for quantitative analysis of the absorption process and an iterative numerical algorithm for the model equations solution is proposed. 相似文献

Electrostatic air propulsion is a promising technology with such potential applications as energy-efficient ventilation, air sterilization, cooling of electronics, and dehumidification. The challenges of existing designs include the need to increase air speed, backpressure, energy efficiency, and heat exchange capability. The ultimate goal of this direction of research is to create multi-channel energy efficient ionic pumps. In the described project, a single cell analysis is conducted in this study as a building block of future designs. This paper presents the numerical simulation and experimental results of electrostatic fluid accelerators. This study was conducted for the purpose of optimizing device characteristics through the control of the electric field distribution. Simulations were performed for multiple collector electrode voltage distributions. A method to quantify the change in pump performance between different voltage distributions is presented. The influence of space charge on pump performance is also discussed. A significant improvement of air velocity generated by optimized electrostatic fluid accelerators has been achieved using the proposed approach. 相似文献
