针对直升机的执行器故障,本文提出了一种基于双时标模型的自适应容错控制方法.根据直升机的不同状态变量响应时间不同的特点和时标分离理论,将直升机模型划分为快速(姿态动力学)和慢速(平移动力学)两种时标模型.反步控制方法和逆动力学控制方法分别被用于进行快慢两种模型控制器的设计,并在控制过程中采用了不同的控制周期.在双时标模型中,引入了执行器效率因子(actuator effectiveness factors,AEFs)用于表示执行器的健康情况.利用无色卡尔曼滤波(unscented Kalman filter,UKF)对AEFs进行了在线估计,估计结果用于快速和慢速模型控制器的自适应重构.仿真结果表明,该自适应容错控制方法,能够有效的消除执行器故障(包括常值和时变故障)对直升机飞行性能的影响,并取得良好的控制效果.  相似文献

本文主要研究了四旋翼无人机在外部干扰、执行器存在部分失效和偏置故障并发情况下有限时间轨迹跟踪的控制问题. 通过分析四旋翼无人机动力学特性, 构建了带有外部干扰、执行器机构故障的动力学模型. 基于鲁棒全局快速终端滑模控制算法, 设计了一种有限时间容错控制器, 提高了系统对故障的响应速度. 其次, 针对常值/时变故障和干扰,在控制器设计中采用改进的连续函数进行补偿, 减少了由切换函数引起的系统抖振, 并基于Lyapunov函数对控制器的稳定性进行了分析. 最后, 通过仿真实验验证了所设计控制器的有效性和可靠性, 同时存在执行器故障和外部干扰的情况下, 无人机能够实现较好的轨迹跟踪性能.  相似文献

In this work, we present a novel adaptive fault tolerant control (FTC) scheme for a class of control input and system state constrained multi‐input multi‐output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with both multiplicative and additive actuator faults. The input constraints can be asymmetric, and the state constraints can be time‐varying. A novel tan‐type time‐varying Barrier Lyapunov Function (BLF) is proposed to deal with the state constraints, and an auxiliary system is designed to analyze the effect of the input constraints. We show that under the proposed adaptive FTC scheme, exponential convergence of the output tracking error into a small neighbourhood of zero is guaranteed, while the constraints on the system state will not be violated during operation. Estimation errors for actuator faults are bounded in the closed loop. An illustrative example on a two degree‐of‐freedom robotic manipulator is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed FTC scheme. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, a fault tolerant control scheme is proposed for a class of nonlinear system with actuator faults. In this fault tolerant control strategy, an estimator is designed to estimate both the system states and the fault signal simultaneously. Based on these estimations, the control law is constructed to achieve the fault tolerant control for the nonlinear system considered. It is shown that the estimation error and the system state can be guaranteed to be bounded. The obtained theoretic results have been verified through the simulation examples on the three‐tank system.  相似文献

本文针对双电机同步驱动伺服系统中执行器失效会导致系统性能下降甚至失稳的情况,提出了一种基于自适应滑模的故障诊断和容错控制策略.该方法通过设计各电机转速的自适应滑模状态观测器,在线估计各执行器的失效因子:当单个执行器部分失效时,通过自适应的方法调整控制器增益;当单个执行器全部失效时,重构系统的控制律.对于系统中存在非匹配不确定项的情况,提出在期望虚拟信号中引入基于扩张状态观测器的补偿项抑制方案;利用Lyapunov理论证明了闭环系统在正常和故障状况下的稳定性以及观测器的收敛性;仿真结果表明,所设计的控制策略能保证系统稳定跟踪指令信号,在单个执行器失效的情况下系统跟踪性能基本不下降.  相似文献

In this paper, the fault-tolerant control (FTC) problem is investigated for a class of multi-input multiple output nonlinear systems with time-varying delays, and an active FTC method is proposed. The controlled system contains unknown nonlinear functions, unknown control gain functions and actuator faults, which integrates time-varying bias and gain faults. Then, fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions and unknown control gain functions, fuzzy adaptive observers are used for fault detection and isolation. Further, based on the obtained information, an accommodation method is proposed for compensating the actuator faults. It is shown that all the variables of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded, the tracking error converges to an arbitrary small neighbourhood of the origin. A simulation is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this work, we present a novel adaptive finite‐time fault‐tolerant control algorithm for a class of multi‐input multi‐output nonlinear systems with constraint requirement on the system output tracking error. Both parametric and nonparametric system uncertainties can be effectively dealt with by the proposed control scheme. The gain functions of the nonlinear systems under discussion, especially the control input gain function, can be not fully known and state‐dependent. Backstepping design with a tan‐type barrier Lyapunov function and a new structure of stabilizing function is presented. We show that under the proposed control scheme, finite‐time convergence of the output tracking error into a small set around zero is guaranteed, while the constraint requirement on the system output tracking error will not be violated during operation. An illustrative example on a robot manipulator model is presented in the end to further demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. This paper proposes an integrated fault estimation and fault‐tolerant control (FTC) design for Lipschitz non‐linear systems subject to uncertainty, disturbance, and actuator/sensor faults. A non‐linear unknown input observer without rank requirement is developed to estimate the system state and fault simultaneously, and based on these estimates an adaptive sliding mode FTC system is constructed. The observer and controller gains are obtained together via H optimization with a single‐step linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation so as to achieve overall optimal FTC system design. This paper investigates the active fault tolerant cooperative control problem for a team of wheeled mobile robots whose actuators are subjected to partial or severe faults during the team mission. The cooperative robots network only requires the interaction between local neighbors over the undirected graph and does not assume the existence of leaders in the network. We assume that the communication exists all the time during the mission. To avoid the system''s deterioration in the event of a fault, a set of extended Kalman filters (EKFs) are employed to monitor the actuators'' behavior for each robot. Then, based on the online information given by the EKFs, a reconfigurable sliding mode control is proposed to take an appropriate action to accommodate that fault. In this research study, two types of faults are considered. The first type is a partial actuator fault in which the faulty actuator responds to a partial of its control input, but still has the capability to continue the mission when the control law is reconfigured. In addition, the controllers of the remaining healthy robots are reconfigured simultaneously to move within the same capability of the faulty one. The second type is a severe actuator fault in which the faulty actuator is subjected to a large loss of its control input, and that lead the exclusion of that faulty robot from the team formation. Consequently, the remaining healthy robots update their reference trajectories and form a new formation shape to achieve the rest of the team mission.  相似文献

针对一类含有非线性不确定的奇异系统, 提出了一种面向性能的鲁棒控制器. 控制器由3部分组成: 积分滑模控制、附加的非线性控制及复合非线性反馈控制. 积分滑模控制可将匹配不确定完全抵消并使系统轨迹进入理想滑模; 附加的非线性控制用来抑制理想滑动模态上非匹配不确定对系统稳定性和性能的影响; 复合非线性反馈控制则保证闭环系统输出按性能要求渐近地跟踪参考输入信号. 最后通过算例说明所提算法的有效性.  相似文献

针对一类具有下三角形函数控制增益矩阵的非线性系统, 基于滑模控制原理, 并利用Ⅱ型模糊系统的逼近能力, 提出了一种直接自适应模糊滑模控制器设计的新方案. 通过引入积分型李雅普诺夫函数及逼近误差自适应补偿项, 证明了闭环系统是全局稳定的, 跟踪误差收敛到零. 仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对存在不确定执行器故障和未知不匹配干扰的可反馈线性化非线性系统, 提出一种鲁棒自适应容错控 制策略. 首先分别给出系统输入和扰动关于系统输出的相对阶, 针对两种相对阶之间的不同关系设计鲁棒控制器, 抑制干扰对系统输出的影响; 然后针对各故障情况分别设计容错控制器; 最后将各控制器进行融合得到一个综合 故障补偿控制器, 从而有效解决故障模式、类型、大小、时间和外界干扰等多重不确定性, 保证闭环系统稳定和渐近 输出跟踪性能. 仿真结果验证了所设计控制方案的可行性与有效性.  相似文献

本文研究了四旋翼无人机执行器发生部分失效时的姿态控制问题.通过分析其动力学特性,将执行器故障以乘性因子加入系统模型,得到执行器故障情况下四旋翼无人机的姿态动力学模型.在同时存在未知外部扰动和执行器故障的情况下,设计了一种基于自适应滑模控制的容错控制器.利用基于Lyapunov的分析方法证明了所设计控制器的渐近稳定性.在四旋翼无人机实验平台上进行了实验,验证了该算法对存在未知外部扰动和执行器部分失效时四旋翼无人机的姿态控制具有较好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

This paper investigates passivity based fault tolerant control (FTC) for Vertical Take-off and Landing aircraft system subject to actuator failure under event-driven transmission mechanism. Firstly, a polytopic model is proposed to describe the aircraft dynamics with parameter uncertainties, which is more general in practice. In order to process the lose efficacy of actuator, the failure of actuator is modelled as multiplicative fault model. In addition, the hybrid event trigger transmission mechanism is introduced in FTC to save communication resource. The proposed design method not only ensures the closed-loop system is strictly passive with a prescribed passivity performance index, but also gets rid of Zeno phenomenon fundamentally, which may exist in continuous event trigger scheme. Finally, simulation results are presented to show the validity and application of the proposed method.  相似文献

This article studies the fault‐tolerant control problem for unknown nonlinear strict‐feedback systems subject to actuator failures yet with dynamic redundancies. The prescribed performance control methodology is newly combined with a modification‐based supervisory switching strategy to solve the problem. To implement failure detection, the performance function is properly modified to synthesize a monitoring function to supervise the behavior of an error variable. Once a failure is detected, the current actuator is shut down and the backup actuator is switched in to execute the reconfigured control command. Compared with the existing results, (1) the postfailure and postswitching tracking performance is improved, other than uniform ultimate boundedness and (2) the dependence on extra robust control schemes (eg, adaptive or approximating structures) to deal with model uncertainties or the need to compute analytic derivatives of virtual control signals in the backstepping design is eliminated.  相似文献

This paper develops novel fault‐tolerant integral sliding mode control allocation schemes for a class of an overactuated affine nonlinear system. The proposed schemes rely on an existing baseline controller, and the objective is to retain the nominal (fault‐free) closed‐loop performance in the face of actuator faults/failures by effectively utilizing actuator redundancy. The online control allocation reroutes the control effort to healthy actuators using the knowledge of actuator effectiveness level estimates. One of the proposed schemes is tested in simulation using a well‐known high‐fidelity model of a large civil transport aircraft (B747) from the literature. Good simulation results show the efficacy of the scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel robust adaptive neural control scheme is proposed for a class of uncertain multi-input multi-output nonlinear systems. The proposed scheme has the following main features: (1) a kind of Hurwitz condition is introduced to handle the state-dependent control gain matrix and some assumptions in existing schemes are relaxed; (2) by introducing a novel matrix normalisation technique, it is shown that all bound restrictions imposed on the control gain matrix in existing schemes can be removed; (3) the singularity problem is avoided without any extra effort, which makes the control law quite simple. Besides, with the aid of the minimal learning parameter technique, only one parameter needs to be updated online regardless of the system input–output dimension and the number of neural network nodes. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This article synthesizes a recursive filtering adaptive fault‐tolerant tracking control method for uncertain switched multivariable nonlinear systems. The multivariable nonlinear systems under consideration have both matched and mismatched uncertainties, which satisfy the semiglobal Lipschitz condition. A piecewise constant adaptive law generates adaptive parameters by solving the error dynamics with the neglection of unknowns, and the recursive least squares is employed to minimize the residual error by categorizing the total uncertainty estimates into matched and mismatched components. A filtering control law is designed to compensate the actuator faults and nonlinear uncertainties such that a good tracking performance is delivered with guaranteed robustness. The matched component is canceled directly by adopting their opposite in the control signal, whereas a dynamic inversion of the system is performed to eliminate the effect of the mismatched component on the output. By exploiting the average dwell time principle, the error bounds are derived for the states and control inputs compared with the virtual reference system which defines the best performance that can be achieved by the closed‐loop system. Both numerical and practical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed switching recursive filtering adaptive fault‐tolerant tracking control architecture, comparisons with model reference adaptive control are also carried out.  相似文献
