In this work, we investigated the use of pomegranate peel extract as an effective functional dye for producing beautiful natural shades on wool and to impart durable antimicrobial properties. Wool is treated with various metal salt mordants in the presence of pomegranate dye under optimum natural dyeing conditions. The structural changes of wool are characterized by SEM and FT-IR techniques. The properties of color strength, color fastness to light, washing, rubbing, and durability of antimicrobial activity to washing are investigated. The experimental results indicate that there is small color variation among shades obtained under identical dyeing conditions. Furthermore, it was found that metal salt mordants improved dyeing depth, fastness properties, and effectively enhanced the durability of antimicrobial activity up to several washing cycles.  相似文献

采用从废弃虾壳提取的壳聚糖作为黏合剂用于棉织物染色,对染色织物色值、牢度及抗菌性进行评价。结果表明:利用壳聚糖进行颜料染色的棉织物具有良好的色值和牢度;可通过增加壳聚糖质量浓度提高略微下降的摩擦牢度;而较差的摩擦牢度也可较好地用于实现衣物的即洗即褪效果。利用壳聚糖染色的棉织物水洗20次后对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均表现出良好抗菌性。  相似文献

由于毛用活性染料利用率不像酸性染料那样高,为了提高染料利用率,本研究采用自行设计的紫外线辐射装置对羊毛织物进行紫外线照射处理,照射功率和照射时间都进行了分组。研究了不同条件紫外线辐射处理对羊毛染色性能的影响,测试并分析了处理后羊毛的上染率、色牢度和强力变化,最后使用正交实验得出紫外线处理染色的最优条件。最佳照射功率为60W、照射时间15min、染料利用率达90%。  相似文献

采用95%乙醇从红豆杉叶中提取叶绿素,优化提取工艺,并将其制备成叶绿素锌钠盐,对羊毛织物进行染色,研究了染色温度、色素用量对染色效果的影响。研究结果表明,从红豆杉叶中提取叶绿素的较佳工艺条件:采用95%乙醇,在提取温度60℃和料液比为1:15的条件下浸提2h。羊毛织物在制备的叶绿酸锌钠盐染液中染色,温度90℃时K/S值最大,且叶绿素锌钠盐用于羊毛织物染色具有较好的提升性。染色毛织物的水洗牢度较好,日晒牢度有待提高,在紫外光照射下,织物的最大吸收波长发生变化,K/S值有所降低。  相似文献

研究了LDW-630羊毛低温染色助剂的应用性能,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,应用低温染色助剂可以使羊毛织物在80~85℃下染得常规染色的表观色深度,染色牢度达到常规染色的牢度等级,染透性达到常规染色水平,染色后羊毛单纤维断裂强力和伸长比常规染色工艺有明显提高。促染作用机理研究结果表明,LDW-630羊毛低温染色助剂能促进染料的溶解和分散。红外光谱分析结果表明,LDW-630羊毛低温染色助剂能在染色过程中打开羊毛纤维中的二硫键生成巯基和硫氧化合物,巯基在羊毛纤维暴露于空气中时部分氧化回二硫键状态,保证羊毛强力,提升染色牢度。  相似文献

The natural dyes was extracted from mature Phytolacca berries for wool fabric dyeing, the influence of different dyeing process parameters on the dyeing depth was investigated in the case of direct dyeing, Al3+ as mordant was applied to improve the dyeing fastness, the antibacterial properties of dyed wool fabric was tested. The results showed that: the dyeing depth K/S value increased with the ratio of solid to liquid and tended to flatten when the ratio was 1 : 8. 33. The K/S value increased with temperature, the dyed fabric color changed from red to pale yellow when the temperature was over 60 °C. The K/S value declined with NaCl concentration increased. The K/S had maximum color yield when the pH value was 3.5. Al3+ could improve the washing and rubbing fastness of dyed fabric. The dyed fabric had good antimicrobial properties.  相似文献

Mordanting methods effect on color characteristics and fastness properties, particularly light fastness were evaluated in this study. Effect of metal mordants and their combinations on wool dyeing with Terminalia chebula natural dye were investigated and correlation between dye structures, effect of metal mordant and mordanting methods were established. Results reveal that T. chebula can be used as yellow dye with or without metal mordants to get a variable range of shades on wool with good color strength and fastness properties, and appreciable shade variations with mordanting methods observed. Color performances of dyed substrate indicated substantial improvement in depth of shades and color fastness in case of mordanted samples. Pre-mordanting with tin and post-mordanting with alum proved to be most effective for increasing K/S values of the dyed substrate under the optimum dyeing conditions.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备壳聚糖-氨基磺酸硅杂化体系,并对羊毛进行表面处理。分别选用酸性大红G和弱酸性红B对处理羊毛织物进行染色,研究了不同染色条件对羊毛染色性能的影响,结果表明:在染料用量为6%(owf),染色温度为70℃,染色时间为60 min,酸性大红G和弱酸性红B的染液pH值分别为2和4~5时,改性羊毛可获得较高K/S值。通过实验发现,羊毛通过表面改性处理后,色牢度、水洗牢度和摩擦牢度基本保持不变或略有提高。  相似文献

采用紫甘薯色素水溶液对羊毛织物进行直接染色,通过正交试验和单因素分析,考察了pH值、染料质量浓度、温度、时间等因素对上染百分率、色差及抑菌率的影响.确定了羊毛织物最佳的抗菌染色一浴工艺为:染料质量浓度7 g/L,pH值4,温度80℃,时间45 min,浴比1∶30.结果表明,采用紫甘薯色素染色的羊毛织物不仅具有较好的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度,并有较高的抑菌率,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达98%.  相似文献

In this study, plasma treatment was used to modify the surface properties of wool fabrics by partial removal of the scales and the lipid layer. The effects of low‐pressure pseudo‐discharge in oxygen gas on the dyeing properties of untreated and pretreated wool fabrics are discussed. Three dyes were used, namely acid dye, 1:2 metal complex dye and reactive dye. Different exposure times (1–5 min) of oxygenated plasma treatment were effected to improve the hydrophilicity, wettabillity, dyeability and the washing and light fastness properties of the dyed wool fabrics (which were increased by increasing the plasma exposure time). Also, the washing and light fastness properties of the chitosan‐treated wool fabrics were investigated. In addition, the presence of chitosan before or after the plasma exposure had no effect on the washing and light fastness properties of the wool fabrics.  相似文献

为了开发一种清洁、节能型的羊毛纤维深浓染色工艺,探究了空气低温等离子体处理羊毛条在采用5%owf高浓度兰纳素CE染料低温染色的染色性能。通过系统研究,优化出了羊毛条的最佳空气低温等离子体处理条件。结果表明,经适当条件的空气低温等离子体处理的羊毛条对兰纳素CE染料的染色性能有显著提高,80℃低温染色的效果优于传统98℃高温染色的效果,表现为上染百分率和固色率分别提高了21.63%和6.25%,以及耐洗色牢度提升了0.5级。  相似文献

优化了樟树叶天然染料微波提取的条件及提取液对羊毛染色的条件.讨论了氢氧化钠用量、微波功率、辐射时间等对提取效果的影响,讨论了提取液对羊毛染色时染色pH值、染色温度、时间、硫酸钠用量等对染色效果的影响.结果表明,微波提取的优化工艺为:氢氧化钠0.25 mol/L、微波功率595 W、辐射时间11 min、料液比1∶20.提取液对羊毛直接染色的优化工艺为:染液pH值5.00左右,染色温度100℃,时间60 min,浴比1∶50.樟树叶提取液染色羊毛具有一定的牢度,媒染可适当提高染色牢度.  相似文献

创新性地提出羊毛分散染料助剂增溶染色的理论和工艺,对分散染 吸收光谱及其溶解进行测定和研究。在自制新型助剂HM的作用下,分散染料可上染羊毛。文章探讨了温度,pH值,浴比,电解质及助剂的浓度等对上染百分率,上染速率及匀染,透染程度的影响。本工艺具有流程简单,湿牢度好,染料利用率高,色泽鲜艳及匀染性好等特点,有很大的理论研究和实际应用价值。  相似文献

将壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC,DQ(季铵化度)= 93%)用于羊毛整理,探讨了整理工艺和整理后羊毛的染色性能。结果表明HTCC能很好地吸附在羊毛上,吸附量随着整理液pH值的增大而减小,随整理液中HTCC浓度的增大而增大;优化的整理条件是:HTCC浓度为10g/L,pH值3.0,温度50℃。经HTCC整理后羊毛的上染速率加快,平衡上染百分率有所提高。并且HTCC的整理能改善染色羊毛的耐洗色牢度和保持好的耐摩擦色牢度。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of low temperature plasma (LTP) treatment and grafting of beta-cyclodextrin (β-CD) on dyeing and fastness properties of wool fabrics using natural dye extracted from shrimp shell. Aluminum sulfate, iron sulfate, tin chloride, copper sulfate, and sodium dichromate were used as mordant and the dyeing of samples was conducted after the pre-mordanting process. Scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to study the morphological and chemical changes of the fibers. Also, the antimicrobial properties of fabrics were quantitatively evaluated against Staphylococcus aureus according to AATCC 100-1993 test method. The results showed using of sodium dichromate as mordant could be attained to green shade after dyeing fabrics. The color difference and color strength of samples were improved by increasing the sodium dichromate concentration and β-CD in the after-treatment process. FTIR analysis indicated a significant increase in the absorption peak of hydroxyl group after grafting of β-CD on LTP-treated samples. Antimicrobial results of samples indicated that LTP-treated fabric demonstrated no antimicrobial behavior, while the dyed and β-CD-grafted sample possessed significant reduction in the number of bacteria. Moreover, the β-CD-treated samples showed very good to excellent light and washing fastness properties.  相似文献

羊毛纤维的传统染色一般在高温下进行,会导致纤维发黄,蛋白纤维强力下降,对纤维的纺纱性能也会带来不利影响。用弱酸黄、Lanaset(红、黄、蓝)染料对毛织物分别染色。发现Lanaset染料的上染率高于弱酸黄染料,所以选用Lanaset染料进行染色。经比较发现,协同染色时的上染率高于仅用低温助剂时的上染率;讨论了协同染色时低温助剂J用量、pH、染色时间和温度对上染率、K/S值、摩擦牢度的影响;协同染色时, pH为3.8,80℃,50 min的上染率好,说明助剂J与低温助剂具有协同效应。  相似文献

The natural plant dyestuf was extraced from herb of Virginia spiderwort tuber with the 90% ethanol solution having 1% hydrochloric acid and the stability of extracts was studied. The obtained dye was applied to dye wool strips with direct staining and mordant dyeing methods and then the optimum dyeing process was wool. The affects of pH value on the stability of rhoeo spathacea stearn extracts were greatest. The temperature and concentration of dyeing solution had significant effect on the direct dyeing. The optimal direct dyeing conditions were time 60 min, temperature 80 C, pH value 4, dye concentration 0.6x, liquor ratio 1:40. The dyeing effect of post mordant dyeing was better than pre mordant dyeing. The optimal mordanted dyeing by using the orthogonal experimental design were temperature 60 C, time 40 min, liquor ratio 1:40, mordant dosage 6% (owf). The colour fastness reached to 3 grade or more.  相似文献

In order to improve the dye depth of TiO2-modified wool fibers, chitosan is incorporated with tetrabutyl titanate in preparing the nanosized TiO2 particles, which are loaded on the surfaces of wool fibers, during hydrothermal process. The TiO2 coated wool fibers are subsequently dyed with Lansol Blue 3G. The structural changes of wool fibers before and after treatments are characterized by several techniques, such as field emission scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive X-ray, transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and diffuse reflectance spectrum. The properties of tensile, antibacterial activity, yellowness and whiteness indices, dye uptake, K/S value, color fastness to washing, rubbing, and artificial light are also compared. It is found that the as-prepared TiO2 particles with pure anatase phase are easy to agglomerate because of the introduction of chitosan. Meanwhile, the aggregated particles are deposited on the surface of wool fibers via a simple hydrothermal route. Compared with the original wool fibers, the thermal behaviors of the TiO2 coated wool fibers change slightly. The performances of UV protection, antibacterial activity, dyeing depth, and color fastness to wet rubbing and artificial light are improved to some degree. However, the tensile properties of wool fibers decrease but not too much.  相似文献

葡萄籽植物染料资源丰富,通过研究染色温度、染浴pH值对其染色性能的影响,优化了毛织物的直接染色工艺,测试了牢度和抗紫外性能.结果表明,葡萄籽染料耐热、耐酸稳定性好,但耐碱稳定性差;葡萄籽染料可采用直接染、预媒染和后媒染多种染色工艺对毛织物染色,采用不同的媒染剂和不同的染色方法可得到不同颜色的毛织物.葡萄籽染料在100℃、酸性及弱酸性条件下(染浴pH值3~6)对毛织物的直接染色性好,所染毛织物具有较好的皂洗、摩擦、升华牢度及抗紫外性能.  相似文献
