本文对陶瓷表面的预处理和化学镀工艺进行了实验研究, 确定了最佳的工艺参数, 并成功地在 Sr Ti O3 陶瓷表面制备出结合力良好的 Ni P 合金镀层。实验表明, 镀层的可焊性随含磷量的增加而下降。通过热处理, 镀镍电极电容器的损耗和表面电阻明显降低。  相似文献

研究了RE-Ni-W-B-SiC复合材料的耐磨性和耐蚀性。结果表明,在适当的镀液组成及工艺条件下,可获得组成为RE-Ni-W-B4.8%B-15%SiC的复合材料镀层。在镀液中加入少量稀土,能提高复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性;热处理温度对复合材料镀层的硬度和耐磨性有较大的影响,硬度和耐磨性随热处理温度的升高而增加。当热处理温度达到400℃时,复合镀层的硬度达到最佳值,耐磨性在500℃时为最好。磨损实验表  相似文献

研究了化学镀Ni-W-B合金的工艺及性能,结果表明,在Ni-B槽液中加入一定量的钨酸钠溶液,不仅能得到含钨、硼的镀层,而且还能提高镀液的沉积速度;Ni-W-B合金层在镀态时为非晶态结构,它的电阻率随钨含量的增加而增大,随镀层厚度的增加而降低。  相似文献

讨论了工艺参数对镀层成份的影响及热处理方式对Ni-W-SiC复合镀层组织结构、硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,采用电沉积工艺,可得到含Ni50% ̄55%、W42% ̄45.4%、SiC3.0% ̄7.6%的复合镀层。Ni-W-SiC复合镀层在镀态时为非晶态,经500℃热处理1h或氮碳共渗后,镀层已晶化,产生了镍固溶体和少量的γ-FeNi相,经氮碳共渗后还有WC和WN相。SiC微粒的加入显著地提高了Ni-  相似文献

研究了高温合金GH33表面激光熔铸镍基合金涂层的组织和耐磨性能。结果表明,基材对涂层合金的稀释作用较小;涂层与基材之间形成良好的冶金接合;涂层基体组织为γ-Ni枝晶,枝晶间为γ-Ni、M23(CB)6、Ni3B、Cr2B、CrB、WC等;涂层耐磨性能的平均值较基材提高4倍以上。  相似文献

研究了稀土铈对化学沉积Co-Ni-B合金层化学组成、结构和性能的影响。结果表明:微量稀土铈的加入提高了镀层中钴的含量,降低了镍和硼的含量;使镀层由非晶态转变为品态;稀土铈也明显地提高了镀层的显微硬度,在一定的范围内,镀液中稀土铈添加量越多,镀层的铈含量和显微硬度也越高;稀土铈还提高了镀层的饱和磁化强度,降低了剩余磁化强度和娇顽力,含铈镀层显示出了良好的软磁性能。  相似文献

In this study, Ni–P/Ni–B duplex coatings and Ni–B single layer were deposited on 410 stainless steel by the electroless process. The surface morphology and cross section observations were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The results showed that by using the Ni–high P layer under the Ni–B deposit, the hardness value was increased. Also, the surface roughness of Ni–high P/Ni–B duplex coating was lower than the surface roughness of the Ni–B single layer. In addition, by using the Ni–high P layer as an intermediate layer prior to Ni–B coating, the surface morphology could be compressed. The mass loss diagram and the worn surfaces indicated that the Ni–high P/Ni–B duplex coating was the best wear resistant among the other coatings.  相似文献

Ni-B coating was prepared on the surface of graphite particles using the electroless plating method. The Ni-B coating was composed of spherical grains with average diameter of 80 nm. The phases of Ni-B coating were indexed as nanosized crystal Ni phase and amorphous Ni-B phase. Cu-Sn alloy/graphite composites with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 wt pct graphite contents were synthesized by the powder metallurgy method. Ni-B coating improved the wettability and bonding strength between the Cu-Sn alloy and graphite. The composite with Ni-B coated graphite exhibited higher density, hardness, and compression strength compared with the composites with bare graphite. The crack propagation mechanism of the composites was also analyzed.  相似文献

The feasibility of replacing solid chrome plating with a composite electrolytic coating based on Ni and Fe is discussed. The physical and mechanical properties of such a coating are shown to be on a par with or superior to those of solid chrome plating. The Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coating containing RE was acquired by the technique of vacuum melting on the hypoeutectoid steel (Fe-0.45% C) matrix. By X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDX, the microstructure and phase structure of section of coating and the microstructure near the interface between coating and matrix were investigated, and the effect of RE on microstructure of coating was also discussed. The results show that the microstructure of the NiCrBSi alloy coating is composed of Ni-based solid solution and a lot of massive, globular and needle secondary phases CrB, Ni3B, Cr7C3, Cr23C6 among the solid solution. The metallurgical binding between steel matrix and coating is realized. RE makes needle phase of alloy coating vanish. New phases of NiB and Cr6.5Ni2.5Si are precipitated from alloy coating, and secondary phases of alloy coating are sphericized. Consequently, RE also hinders the diffusion of Ni, Cr and Si atoms from coating to matrix and Fe atoms from matrix to coating, holds back the dilution of Fe for NiCrBSi alloy coating, and assures the chemical composition of the alloy coating.  相似文献

This article introduces a new technique of electroless copper deposition on carbon fibers in the absence of precious metal as the catalyst. Copper layers were electrolessly deposited on the surface of carbon fiber without using the conventional palladium or silver catalyst to initiate redox reactions leading to metallization. This new technique shows that nickel seeds can serve as excellent catalysts to expedite the redox reactions. By performing experiments, parameters such as activation temperature, nickel ion concentration, and pH value were optimized, and an orbicular copper plating layer of carbon fiber was obtained in the copper sulfate salt-based conventional electroless solution. The surface morphology of copper coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that uniform and smooth copper coating could be obtained by the new precious-metal free activation process. The resulting copper coating thickness is about 1???m.  相似文献
