通过对一种新颖的高压氮膨胀液化液氧泵内压缩常温分子筛净化空分流程的组织构思和对换热、制冷、精馏系统全面的计算,为开拓化工企业高压用氧(9.5MPaA)的新型空分流程探索出了一条可行的路。根据计算,新流程和原有的高压氮节流液化液氧泵内压缩切换式换热器冻结空分流程相比,氧提取率可提高9%,单位氧能耗可下降2%,流程组织大大简化,高压氧的生产安全可靠,显示了新流程的生机。 相似文献

In field-amplified injection in capillary electrophoresis (CE), the capillary is filled with two buffering zones of different ionic strength; this induces an amplified electrical field in the low ionic strength zone and a lower field in the high ionic strength zone, making sample stacking feasible. The electroosmotic flow (eof) usually observed in CE, however, displaces the low field zone and induces an extra band broadening preventing any CE separation in the field-amplified zone. These limitations have originated the restricted use of field amplification in CE only for stacking purposes. For the first time, in this work it is theoretically shown and experimentally corroborated that CE separation speed and efficiency can simultaneously be increased if the whole separation is performed in the field-amplified zone, using what we have called field amplified separation in capillary electrophoresis (FAsCE). The possibilities of this new CE mode are investigated using a new and simple coating able to provide near-zero eof at the selected separation pH. Using FAsCE, improvements of 20% for separation speed and 40% for efficiency are achieved. Moreover, a modified FAsCE approach is investigated filling the capillary with the high ionic strength buffer up to the interior of the detection window. Under these conditions, an additional 3-fold increase in sensitivity is also observed. The most interesting results were obtained combining the short-end injection mode and this modified FAsCE approach. Under these conditions, a part of a 3-fold improvement in efficiency and sensitivity, the total analysis time was drastically reduced to 40 s, giving rise to a time reduction of more than 7-fold compared to normal CE. This speed enhancement brings about one of the fastest CE separations achieved using capillaries, demonstrating the great possibilities of FAsCE as a new, sensitive, efficient, and fast CE separation mode. 相似文献

目的利用添加剂改善离子液体溶剂再生纤维素的性能。方法以离子液体为纤维素溶剂,利用柔性聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)增韧纤维素薄膜,并对复合薄膜的结构进行研究。利用拉伸实验仪和扫描电子显微镜,研究复合薄膜的力学性能及拉伸机理。结果 PBS质量分数为1%时,复合薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率由纯纤维素的45.6 MPa和7.21%提高到58 MPa和15.6%,分别提高了30.7%和48.2%。结论 PBS是以共混的形式存在于纤维素基体中,它们之间没有化学键作用,PBS的含量显著影响其颗粒的大小和分散状态。低含量下PBS微颗粒均匀分散在纤维素基体内,降低了纤维素分子间氢键的密度,有利于纤维素分子链滑移,增强复合薄膜韧性。 相似文献

An off-line interface incorporating sheathless flow and counter-flow balance is developed to couple capillary electrophoresis (CE) to matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization Fourier transform mass spectrometry (MALDI FTMS) for neuropeptide analysis of complex tissue samples. The new interface provides excellent performance due to the integration of three aspects: (1) A porous polymer joint constructed near the capillary outlet for the electrical circuit completion has simplified the CE interface by eliminating a coaxial sheath liquid and enables independent optimization of separation and deposition. (2) The electroosmotic flow at reversed polarity (negative) mode CE is balanced and reversed by a pressure-initiated capillary siphoning (PICS) phenomenon, which offers improved CE resolution and simultaneously generates a low flow (<100 nL/min) for fraction collection. (3) The predeposited nanoliter volume 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB) spots on a Parafilm-coated MALDI sample plate offers an improved substrate for effective effluent enrichment. Compared with direct MALDI MS analysis, CE separation followed by MALDI MS detection consumes nearly 10-fold less sample (50 nL) while exhibiting 5-10-fold enhancement in S/N ratio that yields the limit of detection down to 1.5 nM, or 75 attomoles. This improvement in sensitivity allows 230 peaks detected in crude extracts from only a few pooled neuronal tissues and increases the number of identified peptides from 19 to 43 (Cancer borealis pericardial organs (n = 4)) in a single analysis. In addition, via the characteristic migration behaviors in CE, some specific structural and chemical information of the neuropeptides such as post-translational modifications and family variations has been visualized, making the off-line CE-MALDI MS a promising strategy for enhanced neuropeptidomic profiling. 相似文献

选取M22、M15和M23三种不同粒径中间相碳微球(MCMBs)作为填料,分别以10vol%、25vol%、40vol%和50vol%体积分数填充氰酸酯树脂(CE)制备了MCMBs/CE复合材料,通过SEM、XRD、拉曼光谱仪、导热仪、体积电阻仪分析了不同粒径的MCMBs/CE复合材料的性能。结果表明:三种球形粉体都具有石墨化结构,其中M22粉体球形度最好、石墨化程度最高(ID/IG=0.23)、体积电阻率最小。三种MCMBs粉体制备的MCMBs/CE复合材料的吸水性、导热性和导电性均随填充量的增加而增大,冲击强度则先增大后减小。其中以M22在40vol%填充率下所得MCMBs/CE复合材料的综合性能最优,吸水率为0.45%,冲击强度为23.6 kJ/m2,热导率达1.28 W/(m·K),体积电阻率达1.5 Ω·cm。 相似文献
