以淄博陶瓷琉璃博物馆中英介绍文本为语料,以ChatGPT译文为研究对象,比较该语言处理模型作为机器翻译工具与其他3种机器翻译软件的翻译性能和译文质量。采用BLEU值和TER值自动评估方法对译文质量进行综合评估,结果显示,ChatGPT在陶瓷类文本汉英翻译中表现良好。对比分析人工编写提示语和优化后自动生成的机翻提示语对译文质量的影响,总结可在陶瓷类文本汉英翻译领域中应用的优秀提示语,供译者在翻译实践中参考和使用。研究发现,ChatGPT优化后的自动生成提示语比传统的人工编写提示语更适用于陶瓷类文本英译,译文质量更高,可以为译后编辑提供更好的文本处理基础,有效助力中华优秀传统文化对外传播。 相似文献

提出了一种工程陶瓷材料磨削加工性综合评价的新方法.应用图论中的有向图理论,以材料磨削加工性属性为顶点,以各属性之间的相互关系为边,建立了陶瓷材料磨削加工性评价的有向图模型.根据有向图模型,建立磨削加工属性矩阵,并由矩阵的积和式函数计算出材料的磨削加工性指标,从而判断材料的磨削加工性.有向图模型可以综合考虑多种属性及属性间的相互关系,可对陶瓷材料的磨削加工性做出正确、完整的评价.论文选择陶瓷材料的硬度、断裂韧性和弹性模量3个力学性能参数作为磨削加工属性,根据所提出的评价方法,对4种典型工程陶瓷材料的磨削加工性进行评价,并根据磨削加工性指标进行排序,在材料机械加工之前确定其磨削加工性.通过磨削实验验证评价结果.评价结果将对陶瓷材料加工中工具和工艺参数的确定具有指导作用. 相似文献

Structural ceramics are becoming widely popular in numerous fields because of high mechanical and physical properties. It is of great difficulty for conventional techniques to machine brittle and hard materials. As one of nontraditional machining methods, laser beam machining has emerged as an effective technique for drilling of ceramics. This paper reviews the research work on laser drilling of structural ceramics from its different pulse width. Lasers have been discussed to understand effects of critical experimental parameters on the quality characteristics and physical mechanisms involved in drilling ceramics. In addition, it is held that heat and liquid-assisted laser processing serves as a useful method to improve processing quality. Computational approaches of ANSYS and COMSOL are used to predict laser input parameters’ effects on quality of hole and describe the physical phenomena during processing. Comments on laser drilling of ceramics developments and future directions are provided at the end. 相似文献

The dielectric properties at microwave frequencies of Ba(Zn1/3 Ta2/3 )O3 ceramics prepared by sintering were investigated. These ceramics had lower density but higher loss quality than ceramics hot-pressed at 1400°C. Loss quality was greatly improved by prolonged sintering. The Q of the ceramics measured by the dielectric resonator method was 14 000 at 12 GHz. The ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that Q improvement corresponds with increased Zn and Ta ordered structures in the ceramics. 相似文献

用固相反应法制备La2O3掺杂的铁电陶瓷(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3(BNBT6)。X射线衍射曲线表明掺杂0-0.6wt%La2O3的BNBT6为钙钛结构。研究了La2O3掺杂对BNBT6陶瓷介电性能和压电性能的影响。结果表明La2O3掺杂量为0.3wt%的BNBT6陶瓷综合性能最佳,其中介电常数为1981.4,介电损耗为0.0625和压电常数为145pc/N。SEM图象表明La2O3掺杂提高了陶瓷的致密度。 相似文献

This article reports a novel method for three-dimensional (3D) printing of continuous fibers into ceramics to improve the mechanical properties of printed ceramics, which is difficult in other 3D printing technologies. The ceramics were derived by pyrolysis of thermoplastic ceramic precursor feedstocks, which were prepared by two methods. One is homogeneously mixing thermoplastic resins and ceramic precursors. The feedstocks prepared by this method exhibit good thermoplastic properties and can be extruded into filaments. Ceramics were obtained by heating the feedstocks to 1100°C in argon atmosphere. The ceramics were amorphous and remained stable during 1100-1300°C; at 1400°C they decomposed into β–SiC with simultaneous volatile gas generation. Above 1400°C, their quality decreased significantly due to cracking of ceramic skeletons. The other method is directly heating, extruding and printing the ceramic precursor. The precursors showed good printability and complex ceramic structures were printed with continuous carbon fibers inside. The continuous carbon fibers improved the flexural strength of pyrolytic ceramics, which is about 7.6 times better than that of the ceramics without fibers. The novel method unravels the potential of 3D printing of continuous fibers into ceramics with complex lightweight structures to improve the strength. 相似文献

The fracture resistance of single-phase oxide and nonoxide ceramics was studied in flaking the specimen edge with a Rockwell indenter (EF test method) and in bar flexure (SEVNB method). The fracture resistance FR and fracture toughness KIc are shown to be proportional, the plot with the FR–KIc coordinates is termed the EF base diagram, in which the EF baseline is constructed. It was revealed that the fracture resistance of ceramics was not influenced by chip scar shapes on the specimen edge. The data points for inelastic ceramics with a lower EF barrier to the onset of fracture lay below the EF baseline in the base diagram, while the data points for glasses and ceramics with a higher barrier were located above it.The EF test method is appropriate for comparative evaluation of fracture resistance of ceramics and verification of estimates obtained by other methods. 相似文献

Silicon-nitride ceramic valves can improve the performance of both light- and heavy-duty automotive engines because of the superior material properties of silicon nitrides over current metal alloys. However, ceramics are brittle materials that may introduce uncertainties in the reliability and durability of ceramic valves. As a result, the lifetime of ceramic valves are difficult to predict theoretically due to wide variations in the type and distribution of microstructural flaws in the material. Nondestructive evaluation (NDE) methods are therefore required to assess the quality and reliability of these valves. Because ceramic materials are optically translucent and the strength-limiting flaws are normally located near the valve surface, a laser-scatter method can be used for NDE evaluation of ceramic valves. This paper reviews the progress in the development of this NDE method and its application to inspect silicon-nitride ceramic valves at various stages of manufacturing and bench and engine tests. 相似文献
