提出了一种“ 321 ”的数字化管理模式,即在运维站、应急车辆和变电站 3 种方式的安全工器具存放管理。在运维站驻地开发了一套智能化的安全工器具集中管理系统和数字化的台账系统,用于集中管理和调配安全工器具;在应急车辆中安装车载工器具存放箱,存放应急操作用的工具;在变电站及设备区设置安全标识牌、安全围栏网存放箱和登高爬梯就地存放管理。将个体防护装备、绝缘安全工器具和应急安全工器具进行了分类保存管理,便于运维人员就地取用,节省了人力,降低成本,极大地提高了工作效率和安全性。 相似文献

With the ever increasing diversity of manufacturing and maintenance needs for modern products, the realm of machine tool design has expanded considerably in recent years. While machine tools for producing singular parts are widely documented, there is much less information available about machine tools for specialist tasks such as repair and maintenance. The paper aims to give an overview of the developments in the field of specialist machine tools and machining systems with a particular emphasis on maintenance operations and in situ machining. The difficulties of performing maintenance on large-scale systems are outlined along with the potential benefits of in situ machining in these applications. A number of examples of specialist machines for applications in various fields are described. The developing area of micro machine tools and micro factories is introduced along with examples of systems which have been developed or proposed. The possible advantages and draw-backs of the various technologies described are discussed. The paper goes on to comment on the potential for a new approach which combines these technologies to produce small in situ machine tools for performing macro-scale machining operations on large workpieces. These machining systems could offer increased versatility of in situ maintenance machining, compared to machines designed for a single repair operation, while reducing costs and environmental impacts. 相似文献

Direct selective laser sintering (SLS) technology can be used to produce 3D hard metal functional parts from commercial available
powders. Unlike conventional sintering, it does not require dedicated tools, such as dies. Hence, total production time and
cost can be reduced. The large shape freedom offered by such a process makes the use of, for example, sintered carbides components
viable in domains where they were not applied before. Successful results have been obtained in the production of sintered
carbide or hard metal parts through SLS. The investigation focuses on tungsten carbide–cobalt (WC-Co) powder mixture. This
material is characterised by its high mechanical properties and its high wear resistance and is widely used in the field of
cutting tools. This paper is devoted to the experimental study and the simulation of direct selective laser sintering of WC-Co

While it is well known that thin, hard coatings can reduce tool wear and improve tool life and productivity, there is still little consensus over the degree of advantage coated tools have over their uncoated counterparts. This paper compares the behaviour of titanium nitride- (TiN-) coated and uncoated high speed steel (HSS) tool inserts during turning. Wear maps describing the crater wear characteristics of these tools are used to show that the extent of tool wear reduction due to the coatings depends strongly on the cutting speed and feed rate. The maps also demonstrate that the benefits of TiN coatings on HSS tools may be easily realized over a wide range of machining conditions. 相似文献

The problem of scheduling jobs using wearing tools is studied. Tool wearing is assumed to be stochastic and the jobs are processed
in one machining centre provided with a limited capacity tool magazine. The aim is to minimize the expected average completion
time of the jobs by choosing their processing order and tool management decisions wisely. All jobs are available at the beginning
of the planning period. This kind of situation is met in production planning of CNC-machines. Previous studies concerning
this problem have either assumed deterministic wearing for the tools or omitted the wearing completely. In our formulation
of the problem, tool wearing is stochastic and the problem becomes very hard to solve analytically. A heuristic based on genetic
algorithms is therefore given for the joint problem of job scheduling and tool management. The algorithm searches the most
beneficial job sequence when the tool management decisions are made by a removal rule taking into account the future planned
usage of the tools. The cost of each job sequence is evaluated by simulating the job processing. Empirical tests with heuristics
indicate that by taking the stochastic information into account, one can reduce the average job processing time considerably. 相似文献

This paper describes an industrial application of fault diagnosis method for a multitooth machine tool. Different statistical approaches have been used to detect and diagnose insert breakage in multitooth tools based on the analysis of electrical power consumption of the tool drives. Great effort has been made to obtain a robust method, able to avoid any needed re-calibration process, after, for example, a maintenance operation. From the point of view of maintenance costs, these multitooth tools are the most critical part of the machine tools used for mass production in the car industry. Evolution of advanced manufacturing technologies and the new manufacturing paradigm has enriched the computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) methodology. The new advances have put more demands for CIM integration technology and associated supporting tools. One of these demands is to provide CIM systems with better software architecture, more flexible integration mechanisms, and powerful support platforms. In this paper, we present an integrating infrastructure for CIM implementation in manufacturing enterprises to form an integrated automation system. A research prototype of an integrating infrastructure has been developed for the development, integration, and operation of integrated CIM system. It is based on the client/server structure and employs object-oriented and agent technology. Despite the large amount of research on hard turning, there are few results on intermittent hard turning. In this paper, the
feasibility of internal intermittent hard turning has been investigated. First, the cutting tools with different cubic boron
nitride (CBN) contents were evaluated, based on machineability: tool wear, surface roughness, and cutting forces. In the case
of intermittent turning, low CBN content tools had better machineability than high CBN content tools. The depth of the machining
damaged layer and the magnitude and distribution of residual stress were evaluated. The experimental results showed that intermittent
hard turning can produce surface integrity which is good enough for replacing the grinding process. 相似文献
