我国现有的塔式起重机(以下简称塔机)安全装置的可靠性较差,只配备了限制器和限位器,不能显示工作状态,司机在操作时不能全面及时的了解整个工作面的状态,常常使自己处于潜伏有很大危险之中。进口塔机配套的安全系统可靠性虽好,但价格昂贵,国内施工单位购买的较少。由于这种系统只能实时显示塔机工作参数和虚拟图像,却不能实时显示塔机工作图像,因此为了确保塔机运行安全可靠和操作方便,有必要设计一套更利于安全工作的塔机监控系统。 相似文献

We describe here an automated imaging system developed at the Center for High Throughput Minimally Invasive Radiation Biodosimetry. The imaging system is built around a fast, sensitive sCMOS camera and rapid switchable LED light source. It features complete automation of all the steps of the imaging process and contains built‐in feedback loops to ensure proper operation. The imaging system is intended as a back end to the RABiT—a robotic platform for radiation biodosimetry. It is intended to automate image acquisition and analysis for four biodosimetry assays for which we have developed automated protocols: The Cytokinesis Blocked Micronucleus assay, the γ‐H2AX assay, the Dicentric assay (using PNA or FISH probes) and the RABiT‐BAND assay. 针对低温食品在运输过程中因温度过高引起变质而又难于实时监测的问题,运用RFID、WSN、GPS和GPRS技术,设计了由智能节点、数据采集端、RFID标签、监控管理平台和移动客户端组成的低温食品运输过程环境监测系统,着重设计了智能节点和数据采集端的硬件结构及其软件工作流程,并给出了监控管理平台和移动客户端的功能,研制了系统实验装置,对低温食品冷藏车运输过程中车厢内温、湿度和车辆位置信息进行实时监测,一旦监测到温、湿度异常能马上进行短信报警,从而确保食品的质量安全。实验测试结果表明,系统能获取低温食品运输过程中的温、湿度和地理位置信息,并将数据存储到服务器的数据库中,当监测到温度阈值时,及时地进行短信报警,能满足低温食品运输过程环境监测的要求。 相似文献

A novel integrated classifier has been developed in this paper for real-time machinery health condition monitoring, specifically for gear systems. The diagnostic classification is performed by a neural fuzzy scheme; the diagnostic reliability is enhanced by integrating the (multi-step-ahead) future states of the dynamic system. An online hybrid training technique is adopted based on recursive Levenberg–Marquet and least-squares estimate (LSE) algorithms to improve the classifier convergence and adaptive capability to accommodate different machinery conditions. The viability of this new monitoring system is verified by experimental tests under different gear conditions. Test results show that the proposed integrated classifier provides a robust problem solving framework; it outperforms other related data-driven classification schemes, because of its efficient feature enhancement, formation integration, and system training. Furthermore, the integrated classifier has been implemented for condition monitoring in multistage printing machines; its effectiveness is verified by some primary application practices. 相似文献

the user can first handle the monitoring data, and then operate the devices indirectly since the changed monitoring data will
be inputted into the devices, and ensure their control. A configurable platform, which consists of tools such as project manager,
GUI developer, system builder, etc., is developed to customize a specific PMS for different types of devices. The procedure
of configuring a specific PMS with the platform is detailed. Then, the reconstructing and working process of the specific
