柳州华锡集团公司于2007年底实施了铜坑矿3^#风机变频调速节能改造、2^#号竖井副机电控系统改造及6^#螺杆式压风机等3个节能改造计划项目,并于2008年初完成,经过了安装、调试及9个月的生产试运行,2008年10月14日,集团公司对这3项节能改造项目进行验收,标志着该矿2008年节能降耗取得了实质性进展。验收意见认为,3^#风机变频调速节能系统改造等3个项目已达到节能、消除安全隐患、确保生产顺畅进行的预期效果,改造取得圆满成功。经测算,年可节约电能120万kwh。  相似文献

Despite the extensive research and development work done in the field of high strength thin sheet multiphase steel grades, in the past, there are still two main challenges to be tackled, particularly for steel grades with tensile strength levels above 780 MPa. First a challenging optimisation and improvement of the overall processing in the steel plant is still necessary. This includes modified and improved layouts of processing lines. Further, due to the limited application and lacking feedback an overall customer oriented development and optimization is still necessary. Therefore, in a first step, this work reports on the alloy concepts and phase transformations in the annealing lines required for the adjustment of the microstructure of DP and TRIP grades. Then, the most critical processing steps are mentioned and in particular the demanded processing parameters in the annealing lines and the resulting layouts are highlighted. In a further part, three selected items of a costumer oriented development and optimisation of DP and TRIP steel grades are discussed. These include the improvement of the flange‐ability and bendability and efforts oriented towards the reduction of the banded structure in DP and TRIP steel grades. Finally, the improvement of the fracture appearance of spot welded joints of TRIP steels is highlighted and alloy concepts with a balance between weldability and formability are introduced.  相似文献

The phase relationship in the NiAI-Mo system is characterized by a eutectic equilibrium between binary NiAl and the terminal (Mo) solid solution, thereby offering the potential for development of ductile-phase-toughened composites. A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of varying volume fraction of the (Mo) phase on the microstructure, bend strength, and ambient temperature fracture behavior of selected NiAI-Mo two-phase alloys. Above room temperature, the NiAI-Mo alloys showed an increase in bend strength compared to monolithic NiAl, with reasonable strength retention up to ≈800 °C. The results demonstrated moderate improvements in toughness in the NiAI-Mo alloys in comparison to monolithic NiAl. A further enhancement in toughness was realized through hot working. Fractography studies showed evidence for substantial decohesion between the (Mo) phase and the NiAl matrix, thereby suggesting the presence of a weak interface. This weak interface between the (Mo) phase and the NiAl matrix, in conjunction with modulus mismatch stresses, causes the crack to deflect from the (Mo) rein-forcement and propagate preferentially along the (Mo)/NiAl interface. These attributes limit the potential for significant ductile-phase toughening in the NiAI-Mo system. An addition of 0.2 at. pct Ti resulted in a marked improvement in the room-temperature fracture toughness of NiAI-Mo. Fractography observations show some evidence for (Mo)/NiAl interface strengthening with the Ti addition.  相似文献

The outcome of orthodontic treatment involving early extraction of 4 second molars was evaluated in 52 patients (29 girls, 23 boys). Computer-assisted analysis of cephalograms, casts and panoramic X-rays was performed at the start (T1, mean age 11.5 years) and at the end (T2, mean age 14.4 years) of treatment. Following treatment, mesial migration of upper and lower first molars was counteracted; however, treatment only moderately influenced normal development of the position of the incisors and the profile. At the end of treatment, the third molars had erupted in only 3 patients. Nevertheless, on average a significant mesial movement of these teeth was observed. In addition, there was a significant improvement in the axial inclination of the third molars, especially in the upper arch. This improvement was correlated with the original position of the teeth. All patients needed a longer follow-up period and it seems reasonable that some of them might require a second treatment phase to adjust the position of the third molars.  相似文献

The authors used a randomized trial to compare cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive counseling (SC) in the treatment of anxiety symptoms in older adults who met Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th ed.; American Psychiatric Association, 1994) criteria for anxiety disorders. Both conditions had a 6-week baseline no-treatment phase. Treatment was delivered primarily in patients' own homes and in an individual format. Outcomes were assessed at posttreatment and at 3-, 6-, and 12-month follow-ups. There was no spontaneous improvement during the baseline phase. Both groups showed improvement on anxiety measures following treatment, with a better outcome for the CBT group on self-rating of anxiety and depression. Over the follow-up period, the CBT group maintained improvement and had significantly greater improvement than the SC group on anxiety and 1 depression measure. Treatment response for anxiety was also superior for the CBT group, although there was no difference between groups in endstate functioning. The purpose of this clinical study was to determine the efficacy, tolerability, and impact on quality of life of domperidone--a specific peripherally acting dopamine antagonist--in the management of symptoms of gastroparesis, a common and potentially debilitating condition in patients with diabetes mellitus. In the first phase of this multicenter, two-phase withdrawal study, 287 diabetic patients with symptoms of gastroparesis of at least 6 months' duration received domperidone 20 mg QID in a single-masked fashion for 4 weeks. Efficacy was evaluated using a four-point rating scale (0 = none, 1 = mild, 2 = moderate, 3 = severe) for each of the following symptoms: nausea, abdominal distention/bloating, early satiety, vomiting, and abdominal pain. At the end of the first phase, patients with sufficient improvement in their total symptom score (a score < or = 6 and a decrease in score of > or = 5 units from the baseline [selection] visit) were eligible for the 4-week, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-masked withdrawal phase of the study. The impact of domperidone on quality of life was determined using the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36 (SF-36). Of 269 patients with data from the single-masked phase, 208 (77%) qualified for entry into the double-masked phase based on a statistically significant improvement in total symptom score, from a mean score of 10.32 at baseline (initial visit) to 3.79 after 4 weeks of single-masked domperidone therapy. During the double-masked phase, patients in the placebo group had significantly greater deterioration in total symptom scores compared with patients in the domperidone group (mean changes of 1.84 and 0.85, respectively). Similar significant differences in favor of domperidone were seen in the secondary efficacy variables (i.e., patients' diary scores and global assessments of symptoms). The tolerability profile of domperidone was similar to that of placebo. Patients who responded to domperidone experienced significant improvements in quality of life, as indicated by the SF-36 physical and mental component summary scores. During the double-masked phase, patients who were randomized to placebo experienced a significant deterioration in the physical component summary score compared with patients in the domperidone group. The results of this study suggest that domperidone 20 mg QID provides significant improvement in the upper gastrointestinal symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis and is well tolerated in patients with this condition.  相似文献
