本文研究了变容管调谐的微带环形谐振器带通滤波器。给出了微带环形谐振器的谐振特性和两环形谐振器间的耦合特性。制作了二级变容管调谐微带环形谐振器的带通滤波器,实验结果和理论吻合较好。  相似文献

多频段射频通信采用集成的多频段带通滤波器,该滤波器以环形谐振器为基础,如同心圆介质环形谐振器。通过使用同心环结构构造多频带通滤波器,大大降低了在多频带运行的多滤波器对印刷电路板(PCB)的实际需求。基于同心圆谐振器的多频带通滤波器的各种配置为移动设备的多频带移动设备的布局设计和制造提供了灵活性。这些同心圆谐振器的配置可以包括但不限于槽耦合配置、直接耦合配置和嵌入式直接耦合配置。在封装技术中具有重要作用。  相似文献

提出了一种利用双模环形谐振器实现的带阻滤波器。该滤波器由一个对称的双模环形谐振器以及一段四分之一波长的平行耦合线组成。借助于在普通环形谐振器的两个相对边上添加一对小贴片,环形谐振器的两个简并谐振模式可以被可控的分离,从而可以构成带阻滤波器的工作频带。平行耦合线的作用是为了对双模谐振器进行馈电,同时也被用做两端口间的阻抗变换器。在理论分析之后,利用平面PCB工艺设计制作了滤波器样品,并对其进行了测量,进一步证明这种设计的有效性。  相似文献

研制了用四个高Q值介质同轴谐振器构成的带通滤波器,谐振器之间的耦合通过陶瓷基片上的电容实现,讨论了影响谐振器插入损耗的主要因素。结果表明,该四级式低损耗介质同轴谐振器滤波器中心频率f0为960MHz,插入损耗小于3.0dB,能满足设计要求。  相似文献

提出了一种新型的用共面波导馈线结构实现的双模圆环带通滤波器。该滤波器采用传统的圆环作为谐振器,引入阶梯阻抗作为微扰使其简并模式分离并产生耦合。这样的微扰结构我们称之为环形阶跃阻抗谐振器,它与输入/输出共面波导分别设计在介质基片的两个不同的面上。文中给出了该滤波器的结构及通过仿真和实验获得的性能参数,结果表明该滤波器在带宽为11.4%时通带内的最小插损为1.42dB。  相似文献

采用具有内部耦合的微带阶跃阻抗谐振器实现小型化,借助电磁场全波分析软件,拟合出了谐振器的级间耦合系数k和外部Q值与谐振器结构的关系曲线,得出了滤波器的物理结构,实际设计制作了一个中心频率为1.52 GHz的带通滤波器,并对滤波器传输特性进行了实测。  相似文献

本文叙述了一种新型的窄带带通滤波器的设计方法。采用直接耦合1/4波长同轴谐振器制成的窄带带通滤波器具有体积小,带内插损较小,调试简单等特点,可广泛用于数字通信设备中。本文同时给出了采用介电常数εγ为38的介质设计制作成的中心频率为1370MHz,三分贝带宽为30MHz滤波器的试验结果。理论值与实验结果较相吻合。  相似文献

为了提高滤波器的电性能,研究了孔耦合两腔介质同轴滤波器的调试技术.理论上分析了耦合谐振器的频率和有载品质因数(Q)值与输入、输出电容的关系.采用介电常数εr=74的微波介质陶瓷制作了孔耦合两腔介质滤波器,通过观察反射系数(S11)波形讨论了输入、输出电容对滤波器性能的影响.结果表明,反射系数的波形和大小能直接反映出输入、输出电容的大小是否合适.最后制作出中心频率为902 MHz、通带带宽13.2 MHz、阻带衰减(f0士40 MHz)>24.9 dB的带通滤波器.该调试技术对两腔以上介质滤波器的调试具有指导作用.  相似文献

为了抑制杂波,需要在通信系统中安装带阻滤波器.采用切比雪夫低通原型设计带阻滤波器,用介质同轴谐振器加载电容的结构实现串联谐振,用π型LC网络实现1/4波长传输线.采用高品质因数(Q)、高介微波介质材料制作了中心频率为933 MHz、阻带衰减大于40 dB的带阻滤波器,测试结果符合设计要求.滤波器具有体积小,性能稳定等特点.  相似文献

1/4波长同轴谐振器构成的微波介质带通滤波器,具有三个谐振孔、二个耦合孔,谐振器间通过耦合孔相互耦合,材料采用高介电常数微波陶瓷,器件表面涂覆金属电极。讨论了耦合孔半径对滤波器技术指标(中心频率f_0、3dB带宽B、插入损耗L_0、阻带抑制L_A等)的影响,然后根据给定的滤波器技术指标确定了滤波器的类型、结构、级数及尺寸,最后进行了仿真验证,得到了低损耗的带通滤波器。  相似文献

为了解决变容管电调窄带滤波器的插入损耗大和承受功率小的问题,研究了用压电换能器作电调元件的电调介质滤波器.分析了压电换能器调谐介质谐振器的机理,讨论了耦合系数和外部Q值的控制方法,仿真结果表明耦合系数和外部Q值随调谐频率的变化较小.采用HFSS软件设计和优化了两级电调介质滤波器的结构,并用高Q值的介质谐振器制作了两级电调介质滤波器.根据ANSYS软件的分析结果,提出了提高电调率的有效措施.当控制电压为0~50V时,滤波器的中心频率调谐范围为4.155~4.205GHz,3dB带宽为37~40MHz.  相似文献

为了提高通信设备的性能,研制了高阻带的微波滤波器。该滤波器由5个高Q值的同轴介电陶瓷谐振器构成的带通滤波器。谐振器之间通过介电基片上的电容相互耦合。在装入外壳前,调整好每个谐振器的谐振频率和耦合电容,之后就不需要再调整,外壳上也没有可调零件,从而保证滤波器结构稳定,性能可靠。用εr=74的介电陶瓷制作出滤波器的性能为f0=982 MHz,Δf=10.9 MHzI,L=3.8 dB,阻带在f0±30 MHz处大于69 dB,远阻带衰减优于70 dB。  相似文献

为了提高滤波器的阻带衰减,研究了源与负载感性交叉耦合的小型介质滤波器。首次提出一种新概念:将源和负载看作准谐振器。以贴片电感作为源与负载之间、源与第二个谐振器之间的交叉耦合元件,两个准谐振器和两个介质谐振器可构成级联四节(CQ),一个准谐振器和两个介质谐振器可构成级联三节(CT)。分析了传输零点的位置,详细讨论了这种滤波器结构的设计方法。采用介电常数为80的介质陶瓷组装了3个两级介质滤波器,并进行测试,结果表明传输零点的个数和位置与仿真设计相符合。滤波器的体积小,均为14 mm×6.5 mm×10 mm。  相似文献

A novel microwave dual-mode quasi-elliptic-function bandpass filter structure has been designed and fabricated. The filter uses L-shaped coupling arms for enhanced coupling and dual-mode excitation. The effects of varying the length of tuning stubs and gap size between tuning stubs and ring resonator have been studied. Filters using multiple cascaded ring resonators with high rejection band are presented. The new filters have been verified by simulation and measurement with good agreement  相似文献

Compact bandpass filters are being developed using Mobius wire-loaded cavity resonators. Initial results on tuned filters indicate that excellent filter characteristics can be attained in devices that are significantly smaller than traditional wire-loaded cavity technologies. A novel quad-mode Mobius resonator is presented which occupies the same volume as a dual-mode Mobius resonator. A four-pole bandpass filter is demonstrated using a single quad-mode Mobius resonator. Precisely controlled dielectric loading of dual-mode Mobius wire resonators has been implemented to realize bandpass filters. Two-pole and four-pole bandpass filters are demonstrated using one and two dual-mode dielectric-loaded Mobius resonators, respectively  相似文献

A theoretical study has been undertaken to solve inter-resonator coupling problems, and to design a new structure of microwave bandpass filter. This filter is composed of quarter-wavelength resonators arranged in a housing with the same ends short-circuited. This arrangement of resonators has never been utilized to compose bandpass filters because of the small inter-resonator coupling. The coupling coefficient of TEM resonant lines has been derived theoretically and expressed with capacitive parameters of the coupled lines. The accurate values of capacitances of the lines were obtained by the numerical analysis of the TEM field. By a simple method to make the medium inhomogeneous through removing the dielectric partially, a simplified structure of filter has first been realized based on the theory. Through numerical analysis by the finite difference method, this structure is also shown to have higher unloaded Q of resonator than conventional dielectric-filled coaxial filters to minimize the volume of filters.  相似文献

A dielectric high-power bandpass filter using "quarter-cut TE/sub 01delta/ image resonators" has been developed. The resonator has a high unloaded Q over 7000 and its construction provides a sufficient thermal diffusion path to the metal housing. The insertion loss and the attenuation level of the eight-pole elliptic function type filter are 0.37 dB and 95 dB, respectively. The physical size of the dielectric filter is 280x135x 65 mm, one third to one fifth the volume of conventional cavity resonator filters.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel millimeter-wave ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) based on microstrip dual-mode rectangular ring resonators. In order to get strong coupling between the input/output line and the dual-mode ring resonators, a step-impedance parallel-coupled structure is adopted for the design of the filter. On the other hand, transmission zeros are produced by the dual-mode resonator. As a consequence, the filter has low insertion-loss in its passband, sharp attenuation in its lower and upper stopbands and very wide stopbands. As an example, a filter with two dual-mode ring resonators is designed and fabricated. The measured frequency property of the fabricated filter shows good agreement with the simulated response.  相似文献
