以聚酯二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)等为原料,制备了具有感光性能的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体(PUA),通过溶胶-凝胶法对采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)进行改性,然后将改性纳米ATO与PUA加水乳化制得纳米WPUA/ATO复合乳液,最后通过UV固化制得WPUA/ATO涂膜,研究了ATO含量对WPUA/ATO涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米ATO含量增加,可见光平均透过率降低,红外光平均屏蔽率增加;其中当纳米WPUA/ATO复合乳液中ATO质量含量为9%时,可见光平均透过率为71.43%,红外光平均屏蔽率高达为79.69%,隔热性能较好,特别适合制备涂膜隔热玻璃。  相似文献

为了解决建筑玻璃的能耗问题,以自制的分散稳定性良好的水性纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)浆料和水性氟丙树脂共混,制备了水性纳米ATO透明隔热涂料,研究了水性纳米ATO浆料和紫外线吸收剂UV-A的用量对涂膜光学性能的影响。结果显示,当水性纳米ATO浆料的添加量为25.62%,紫外线吸收剂UV-A的用量为3%时,所制得的水性纳米ATO透明隔热涂料具有良好的隔热效果和较高的可见光透过率,其红外阻隔率达到80.21%,可见光和紫外光透过率分别为78%和20.12%,具有良好的市场应用前景。  相似文献

以纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)水性浆料为隔热材料,水性聚氨酯树脂(APU)为成膜物质制备出ATO/APU纳米复合透明隔热涂料。对悬浮ATO粒子的分散稳定性、ATO/APU复合涂膜的物理性能、可见光-近红外透射光谱透过率、隔热性能进行研究。结果表明,纳米ATO粉体通过偶联剂KH-550改性后,与APU复合制得了分散稳定的纳米复合涂料;ATO/APU复合涂料不仅具有良好的成膜性能,而且在保持可见光透过率83.0%时,红外阻隔率达到70%,隔热后温差能保持在6℃左右,复合涂料具有良好的隔热性能。  相似文献

以水性硅丙树脂为主体树脂,以空心玻璃微珠为隔热填料,配合着色颜料、填料以及助剂,制备了工业带温设备用水性隔热涂料。研究了主体树脂、隔热填料类型与添加量以及施工方式对涂料性能的影响。试验结果表明:当空心玻璃微珠G-2添加量为配方量的15%时,涂料的综合性能最佳且其导热系数能够降低至0.041 W/(m·K),同时,采用喷涂方式施工的涂层的隔热性能优于采用刮涂方式施工的涂层。  相似文献

以双组分水性聚氨酯为成膜剂,加入纳米氧化锡锑(ATO),以蒸馏水为溶剂,制备了纳米ATO双组分水性聚氨酯隔热透明涂料。将制得的涂料涂覆在玻璃上,测试在可见光区和红外光区的透过率以及对隔热性能的影响,比较了不同固化工艺对涂层力学性能的影响。结果表明:制得的纳米ATO透明隔热涂膜对玻璃附着力好,温差可达7.3℃,可见光透过率达85%上,具有良好的隔热效果和足够的可见光区透明度,节能效果显著。  相似文献

以自制纳米氧化锡锑( ATO)及其水性浆料和水性聚氨酯为原料,采用共混法制备出纳米 ATO透明隔热涂料。对纳米 ATO涂料的隔热性和透光性进行研究,结果表明:将通过溶胶 -凝胶法制备的 25 nm的 ATO粉体配制成水性浆料,与水性聚氨酯 SX-240共混制备出的纳米 ATO透明隔热涂料,具有较好的透明隔热性能。当涂膜厚度为 60 μm时,其可见光透过率(λ=600 nm)为 72.35%,平均红外透过率为 45.56%,隔热检测装置内温差达到 3~4 ℃。  相似文献

研究了自分散型纳米γ-AlOOH对水性塑胶涂料的影响。试验结果表明:在水性体系中,将自分散型纳米γ-AlOOH加入到水性塑胶涂料中,涂料的各种性能均有提高,自分散型纳米γ-AlOOH的添加量为1%时,涂膜的综合性能最好。并在彩电机壳上的应用取得了成功。  相似文献

以纳米ATO(掺锑二氧化锡)浆料和纳米TiO2粉体配合高反射与高辐射性能的颜填料,制备了一种水性纳米复合隔热涂料.乳液、颜料和填料筛选实验表明,聚合物乳液种类对涂层隔热性能几乎没有影响;颜料中,金红石型二氧化钛是性能最好的反射填料,其用量在PVC=18%时,涂层隔热性能最好;绢云母具有一定的辐射隔热效果,当其质量分数为11%时,涂层性能最忧,辐射率可达0.86;纳米ATO浆料具有良好的隔热效果,其最佳用量为10%.当以质量比为1:2的添加量将纳米ATO和纳米TiO2加入到涂料中,所得涂层在全波段(200~2 500 nm)的太阳热反射比为86%,辐射率为0.86.  相似文献

采用新型玻璃微珠保温隔热多功能材料,以乳液为成膜物制备了保温隔热水性涂料,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对玻璃微珠的物理结构进行了分析,并与普通涂料性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:添加玻璃微珠的涂料较普通涂料的保温隔热性能有明显提高,同时,涂料的性能随着玻璃微珠添加量的增加而提高,但添加过多时微珠会产生集聚,影响保温隔热的性能。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
