针对LTE (long term evolution)空中接口技术标准应用在小型无线通信系统时存在设计冗余的问题,通过对协议栈数据处理过程的研究,从PDCP (packet data convergence protocol)、RLC (radio link control)、MAC (media access control)子层模块的功能和需求着手,提出了双缓冲队列机制,并设计了一个针对小型无线通信系统的空中接口协议栈.在Xilinx Virtex-6硬件开发板上实现了该协议栈,并验证该空中接口协议栈的功能和性能均能满足小型无线通信系统对通信质量和速率的需求.  相似文献

针对大气参数测量的要求与测量方法,结合DSP的工作原理,研究了DSP在大气参数测量系统的应用.提出了一种测量大气参数的设计,通过硬件设计和软件设计,结合DSP开发调试环境,设计出能测量风向、风速、大气温度、大气湿度和大气气压等大气参数的小型气象站.通过对设计的样机进行测试,在大气参数的测量范围、分辨率和精度方面基本满足小型气象站的要求.由于DSP自身的优点,使得设计的小型气象站还具有便携性、功耗低、实时测量和抗干扰能力强等特点.  相似文献

Due to environmental circumstances encountered in manufacturing processes, operating machines need to be maintained preventively, so as to ensure satisfactory operating condition. This paper investigates a scheduling problem in a flexible job-shop system with maintenance considerations where each operation can be processed by a machine out of a set of capable machines, and so, jobs may have alternative routes. Machine failure rates are assumed to be time-varying. This is a real assumption comes from a fact in realistic environments, where failure rate of a machine is variable when environmental situations like shop temperature, shop light, shop humidity or even worker skill change significantly. Moreover, in order to more close the addressed problem into the situations encountered in real world, the processing times and due dates are considered to be stochastic parameters. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is constructed for addressed problem with the objective of number of tardy jobs and a minimum total availability constraint. Then a simulation-optimization framework based on a simulated annealing (SA) optimizer and Monte Carlo (MC) simulator is presented to solve the problem.  相似文献

基于Multi-Agent System(MAS)的人机合作技术适合于解决复杂调度问题。为了使人与机能够更好地合作来完成高效、准确的车间调度,引入C4.5算法,建立并实现了基于机器学习和MAS的人机合作车间调度系统仿真模型。在Java环境下,以Weka、JADE为开发平台,以Eclipse为开发工具,Access为后台数据库,完成了系统的开发。通过实例仿真和结果分析,运用机器学习算法动态调度的结果稍优于最佳的静态调度结果,证明了系统的正确性和优越性。  相似文献

Owing to the ever increasing requirements in sustainability, manufacturing firms are trying to reduce their energy consumption and cost. In this paper, we propose a simulation-based machine shop operations scheduling system for minimizing the energy cost without sacrificing the productivity. The proposed system consists of two major functions: (1) real-time energy consumption monitoring (through power meters, a database server, and mobile applications) and (2) simulation-based machine shop operations scheduling (through a machine shop operations simulator). First, the real-time energy consumption monitoring function is developed to collect energy consumption data and provide real-time energy consumption status monitoring/electrical load abnormality warnings. Second, the simulation-based machine shop operations scheduling function is devised to estimate the energy consumptions and cost of CNC machines. In addition, an additive regression algorithm is developed to formulate energy consumption models for each individual machine as simulation inputs. The proposed system is implemented at a manufacturing company located in Tucson, Arizona state of USA. The experiment results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed system in achieving energy cost savings without sacrificing the productivity under various scenarios of machine shop operations.  相似文献

提出了基于Internet的空间数据和非空间数据分布存储的空间数据仓库模型,并将其与数据挖掘技术相结合,开发了基于Internet的农产品市场行情时空演变可视化信息系统。该系统由来自Web网页的数据源、驻留Web数据自动抓取工具和非空间数据库的服务器以及驻留空间数据库、具有可视化展示和空间数据挖掘功能的客户机组成。为提高系统客户机的运行效率,系统采用了多种策略,如分布存储策略、瘦客户机策略、模糊匹配以及批处理策略等。系统具有界面友好、操作简便、可视化程度高等优点。  相似文献

The use of computers in actual system applications is increasing with the availability of intelligent terminals on the shop floor. These terminals can be used by management as tools in the decision making process of planning shop floor operation. This paper discusses a pilot simulation study in the use of conventional Fortran-based simulation programs by shop floor management to:

1. 1. Participate in the evaluation of proposed FMS systems,

2. 2. Assess the impact of FMS acquisition on existing facilities,

3. 3. Assist in the identification of operational alternatives in “bottle neck” situations.

The pilot study employs a batch-oriented MRP system to provide daily updates of outstanding production center loadings on a monthly planning horizon. Two intelligent terminals are used to access a mini computer facility that executes the simulation models. The terminals have AT-compatible capabilities and are also used as data acquisition devices that support the numerically controlled operations within each work center.

The simulation models represent the 13 work centers of the firm and provide information about the average utilization of each work center, the number of parts in each queue and the average delay of parts in the queues. Future extensions of the models are planned to utilize the terminals' graphic animation capabilities to display the flow of production orders through the manufacturing facility.  相似文献

The goal of this study is to develop a knowledge-based process planning system interfaced with design for injection mold. Mold parts are interactively designed by using feature-based design approach, and then a part feature database is created through a data conversion module. Attribute information of the database is used as an input for the expert process design module and the standard time estimation module of the knowledge-based process planning system developed in this study. In this developed system, decision making of process design is performed by rules which were acquired from experienced process planners through interviews, and machining operation time is estimated by using empirical formulas derived from the actual shop floor data. A case example of split cavity plate is used to demonstrate the system performance.  相似文献

This paper describes the design and development of a Decision Support System (DSS) for a small scale manufacturing company in a developing country. The DSS provides a solution for an integrated problem of planning, shopfloor scheduling, and control. The DSS system accepts the demand data with priorities, then uses the information from the imbedded data base system regarding product structure, production process, available resources with the status, and inventory. This in turn is used by the imbedded models to solve planning and scheduling problems, and provide solutions containing job order release, shopfloor scheduling and material requirement report. What if analysis feature provided by DSS allows the managers to incorporate their knowledge and experience to improve the quality of the solution by evaluating different scenarios presented by the manager. The laboratory equipment manufactured by the company is made to order. Product information regarding twenty-two high demand items is incorporated into the data base system, and the scheduling problem is solved for these items. The jobshop is a mixed shop problem containing a flow shop, an open shop, and a flow shop. A heuristic method used for solving this problem is presented.  相似文献

This paper presents an industrial application of simulation-based optimization (SBO) in the scheduling and real-time rescheduling of a complex machining line in an automotive manufacturer in Sweden. Apart from generating schedules that are robust and adaptive, the scheduler must be able to carry out rescheduling in real time in order to cope with the system uncertainty effectively. A real-time scheduling system is therefore needed to support not only the work of the production planner but also the operators on the shop floor by re-generating feasible schedules when required. This paper describes such a real-time scheduling system, which is in essence a SBO system integrated with the shop floor database system. The scheduling system, called OPTIMISE scheduling system (OSS), uses real-time data from the production line and sends back expert suggestions directly to the operators through Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). The user interface helps in generating new schedules and enables the users to easily monitor the production progress through visualization of production status and allows them to forecast and display target performance measures. Initial results from this industrial application have shown that such a novel scheduling system can help both in improving the line throughput efficiently and simultaneously supporting real-time decision making.  相似文献
