为提高感应加热电源的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)信号源与保护电路的稳定性,设计了应用于工业化低频大功率感应加热电源设备的IGBT驱动保护系统。系统整体采用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)+数字信号处理(DSP)协同工作方案,由低频正弦脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)技术控制,以脉冲变压器2ED300C17-S为IGBT保护电路的核心,设计了IGBT故障处理电路、退饱和检测电路与有源钳位电路等多种保护电路。对系统进行理论分析与Matlab/Simulink仿真,搭建了实物测试平台。试验结果表明,当工件加热到900℃时,逆变器输出功率参数与负载端功率参数达到大功率感应加热电源要求,且信号源输出稳定性高、保护电路响应时间快。该设计为相关工业化应用提供技术支持。 相似文献

针对经纬仪伺服系统的直流电动机的特性设计了采用脉宽调制(PWM)控制芯片和集成功率模块(IPM)的功率开关电源,主电路拓扑为全桥变换电路,功率转换器件采用集成功率模块,简化了设计,同时还有输出短路、过流、过温以及欠压保护功能,大大提高其工作可靠性,并对控制电路和保护电路进行丁设计,其输出电压连续可调。可满足不同规格的直流力矩电动机电压要求l最后通过实验验证了系统设计的有效性。 相似文献

A synchronous circuit built of functional elements and registers is a simple implementation of the semisystolic model of computation that can be used to design parallel algorithms. Retiming is a well-known technique that transforms a given circuit into a faster circuit by relocating its registers. We give tight bounds on the minimum clock period that can be achieved by retiming a synchronous circuit. Dead-time compensators (DTCs) are frequently regarded as being excessively sensitive to uncertainty in the loop delay. Yet this claim is based mostly on empirical studies rather than on any rigorous analysis. In particular, despite existing literature on calculating the delay margin, μ d, there appears to be no study of the underlying reasons of such a sensitivity. In this paper we address the latter issue. By applying Nyquist criterion arguments, we demonstrate that substantial deterioration of μ d is caused by the crossover proliferation phenomenon, which, in turn, may be triggered by the use of DTC, especially when aggressive control strategies are used. We also show that crossover proliferation may give rise to the discontinuity of μd as a function of system parameters. We argue that the sensitivity of DTCs to delay uncertainty shows mainly through these discontinuity points, so that the robustness can be improved if the discontinuities are avoided. 相似文献

The switching characteristics of SITh are not only determined by the conductance modulation in channel between the gate regions,but also affected by the external gate driving circuit.The physical mechanism and behavior of switching process are studied deeply based on the fabrication practice of SITh.The dependence of switching performances of SITh on material,geometric structure and technological parameters are analytically discussed by using two-dimensional dynamical model firstly proposed in this paper.A series of optimum matching technological approaches have been developed for improving the switching characteristics of SITh.A versatile testing circuit is designed to get more accurate switching parameters and more stable switching-off process with lower power consumptions.The switching times ton and toff are reduced from 0.2μs and 1.2μs to 0.08μs and 1.0μs,respectively,and the dynamic dv/dt value of more than 1000 V/μs at switching-off is obtained. 相似文献
