把两片压电双晶片(PZT Bimorph)串联在一起,构成串联弯曲臂.一端固定,另一端自由时,在相位差为π/2的一定频率的方波信号驱动下,弯曲臂的自由端将形成类似椭圆的运动轨迹.以串联弯曲臂为驱动元件,可用来驱动与其端面相接触的转子转动,构成串联弯曲臂式压电微电机.本文将对串联弯曲臂的驱动机理进行分析,在新的微小尺寸驱动机理研究的椭圆运动的基础上,研制了串联弯曲臂压电微电机的样机,并且对样机的性能参数进行测试,转速可以达到110rpm,输出转矩可以达到22.5μNm. 相似文献

A mechanism of excited arc to be an controlled "ultrasonic emission source" is described. An developed electrical source with an certain frequency bandwidth for the purpose of the arc-excited is connected with an conventional welding power supply through coupling the cables for the experiment. Some resonant frequency bands for the arc-excited ultrasonic are discovered in the welding process, and its frequency, amplitude and phase'shift are recorded. This principle demonstrates that arc can be used not only for a thermal source, but also for an ultrasonic emission source, which may be extent to the industrial application in some new ways, such as for automatic welding process control and quality inspection. 相似文献

Vibratory synchronization transmission (VST) is a kind of special physical phenomenon ininertia vibration mechanical systems. For an inertia vibration mechancal system driven by one pair ofmotors runs in step, even the power supply of one motor is cut off, the motor can continue to keeprotating state under the vibration exciting of the machine body driven by only one other motor. And itsrotating frequency will be the same as that of the other one. The transient process of this wonderfulphysical phenomenon has not been described quantitatively according to current-existing mechanicalmodels. On the basis of investigation of the engineering characteristics of VST, a mechanical and elec-trical coupling mathematical model of a two-shaft inertia vibration machine is established. With thismodel, the transient process of VST is recurred quantitatively and successfully, and a reasonable ex-planation is given. 相似文献

A novel method of realizing the optimal transmission of the crank-and-rocker mechanism is presented. The optimal combination design is made by finding the related optimal transmission parameters. The diagram of the optimal transmission is drawn. In the diagram, the relation among minimum transmission angle, the coefficient of travel speed variation, the oscillating angle of the rocker and the length of the bars is shown, concisely, conveniently and directly. The method possesses the main characteristic. That it is to achieve the optimal transmission parameters under the transmission angle by directly choosing in the diagram, according to the given requirements. The characteristics of the mechanical transmission can be improved to gain the optimal transmission effect by the method. Especially, the method is simple and convenient in practical use. 相似文献

硬质涂层具有耐磨性好,接触疲劳寿命高的优点,广泛应用于航天航空领域。然而在重载工况下,涂层基底的界面处可能会发生脱层失效,影响机械零件的可靠性。近年来涂层失效机理及增强涂层结合能力的研究逐渐受到关注。采用内聚力的理论模型,结合有限元模拟的方法,对涂层基体的界面分层失效行为进行分析。研究结果表明,基于内聚力理论模型的仿真分析结果与试验结果对比吻合程度高。在此基础上,讨论了不同因素对涂层结合能力大小的影响。增加涂层厚度和提高涂层弹性模量均可以提高界面的结合能力,增加零件的承载范围。 相似文献

为了避免综合传动装置在扭转振动时发生共振,需要对传动装置的结构参数进行重新设计、修改。一个复杂的传动装置中,修改哪些结构参数才能有效地改变系统的固有频率是不易确定的。文中建立某综合传动系统的多自由度质量-弹性-阻尼动力学模型,根据复模态振动理论求解该系统在某一挡位下的振动模态,并进行振动频率对系统结构参数的敏感度分析,从33个结构参数中选出4个进行修改,可以有效地改变系统的固有频率。 相似文献
