超细TiC0.7N0.3金属陶瓷的烧结工艺研究

以平均粒度0．13μm的TiC0．7N0．3超细原料制备超细TiCN基金属陶瓷，当用普通真空烧结炉烧结时，合金中存在大量的孔隙，造成合金性能非常差。控制工艺过程中的吸氧和真空烧结时有效的释放低熔点挥发物和有害物质，以及采用热等静压，可以获得性能优异的超细金属陶瓷材料。     

超细及纳米WC-Co复合粉的低成本短流程制备及应用

综述了在超细及纳米WC-Co粉末的制备研究方面国内外的相关研究进展,系统介绍了北京工业大学硬质合金研究组在研究开发超细及纳米WC-Co复合粉的原位反应合成技术、超细及纳米复合粉在金属陶瓷防护涂层及烧结硬质合金块体材料中的应用等方面开展的系列工作和取得的研究结果。以合成的WC-Co复合粉为原料,制备的超细结构硬质合金涂层、超细晶及纳米晶硬质合金块体材料均具有优良的综合性能。     

国外硬质合金技术发展的主要特点

国外硬质合金生产技术近１０多年来发展较快，其主要特点是：１．进一步完善和推广新工艺、新设备。例如喷雾干燥、球磨搅拌、热等静压和新型成形技术以及大型真空烧结炉等。同时开发了钨钴复合氧化物直接制取钨碳—钴化学混合料、化学生产毫微级钨碳—钴混合料、流化床制粒、真空热压、烧结热等静压、低压热等静压以及后续处理硬质合金等新技术，另外在硬质合金生产领域普遍应用电子计算机。２．不断开发新产品。国外相继研制并推广一些新型硬质合金，如超细合金、碳氮化钛基金属陶瓷合金、低钨少钽合金、新型钢结合金、二硼化钛基金属陶瓷…     

铜基金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度研究

研究了烧结工艺参数对金属陶瓷摩擦材料抗剪强度和金属陶瓷摩擦片结合强度的影响，观察并分析了断口形貌，研究结果表明，金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度随烧结工艺参数（温度，压力）的提高而提高；金属陶瓷摩擦片的剪切破坏发生在金属陶瓷摩擦材料层，金属摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度高于金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度，合理地选择烧结工艺参数可使金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度提高。     

Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的发展现状及趋势

介绍了Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷的基本组成和结构，综述了Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷的显微组织、添加成分和制备工艺的研究进展，指出了Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷的应用和发展方向。     

金属陶瓷工作层钢锭模的试验分析

金属陶瓷工作层钢锭模的试验及结果分析表明，金属陶瓷用于钢锭模能使锭模浇铸过程中模体温度分布和升温较均匀平稳，铸毕打水前后模体温差小，从而提高锭模使用寿命。金属陶瓷用于钢锭模工作层是可行的，能满足生产要求。     

真空微波烧结制备TiCN基金属陶瓷

采用高能球磨法,制备了TiCN超细粉末,并以TiCN、WC、Co、Ni、Mo2C等为原料,通过真空微波快速烧结制备了TiCN基金属陶瓷,探讨了坯料压制压力对烧结材料致密化和显微结构的影响。结果表明:高能球磨法能制备亚微米级的TiCN超细粉末;通过真空微波快速烧结可制备颗粒在1μm以下的TiCN基金属陶瓷材料;不同的压力压制成形的坯料,经微波烧结后,其性能存在差异,压制压力在300MPa时,材料的相对密度和硬度最好。     

添加TaC对燃烧合成金属陶瓷的影响

在反庆物（Ｃ／Ｔｉ＝０．４５，原子比）内添加ＴａＣ后，燃烧合成的金属陶瓷中过剩Ｔｉ相比例增加，非化学计量碳化钛晶粒尺寸减小。添加ＴａＣ使金属陶瓷的抗弯强度和硬 度增加，金属陶瓷的密度也随ＴａＣ添加量增加而增大。     

金属钼-氧化物金属陶瓷高温导电性能

以Mo-ZrO₂、Mo-SiO₂和Mo-Al₂O₃金属陶瓷为研究对象，基于通用有效介质方程建立金属陶瓷的电导率模型，分析温度、氧化物类型、相对密度等因素对其电导率的影响，并利用实验进行验证。结果表明，三种金属陶瓷电导率的氧化物临界体积分数分别为0.249,0.095和0.145，临界指数分别为2.52,3.20和2.90。电导率模型计算结果与实验结果吻合程度较好。当陶瓷相体积分数较低时，呈现电子电导的温阻特性；当陶瓷相体积分数较高时，呈现离子电导的温阻特性。金属钼-氧化物金属陶瓷高温导体材料中氧化物体积分数不宜超过0.6。氧化物类型对金属陶瓷的导电性能影响较小，相对密度或孔隙度对金属陶瓷电导率影响较大，相对电导率随着相对密度的降低而急剧减小，相对密度值以大于0.95为宜。     

一氧化钛基金属陶瓷仿金材料的制备及性能研究

研究了粉末冶金法制备Fe-25％Cr-Si/TiO金属陶瓷仿金材料的工艺及材料性能。结果表明，1400℃以前快速升温和延长1400-1460℃升温时间，有利于提高金属陶瓷的强度；随着粘结相含量的增加，所要求的粘结相中最低Si含量减少，金属陶瓷组织细化，抗弯强度、韧性、密度提高，但与24KAu之间的色度差增大；粘结相含量在6％-8％，金属陶瓷具有较好的综合性能，是一种性能优良的新型仿金材料。
