利用热式空气流量传感器直接测量空气质量流量的特点,设计了一种应用于测量内燃机进气系统进气量的热线式空气流量传感器。通过对传感器输出信号进行温度补偿、放大及线性化处理,其输出电压与质量流量近似呈线性关系。试验结果表明:热线式空气流量传感器应用于汽车电喷系统中,可以为发动机提供准确的进气质量流量。 相似文献

提出一种基于玻璃的空气质量流量传感器,该传感器具有制造工艺简单、测试范围宽和抗流体冲击能力强的特点。通过CFD软件模拟了传感器芯片在各种情况下的温度场分布,得到了流速与芯片上下游温差的关系曲线,理论分析表明基于玻璃的流量传感器最大流可测速可达10m/s。采用半导体工艺制备了基于玻璃的流量传感器,通过测试得到了芯片的输出信号电压和流速的关系曲线,在流速范围为0~10m/s时,输出信号电压没有出现饱和现象。当芯片表面掠过流速为10m/s时,测得芯片放大信号电压可达1.51V。 相似文献

This paper presents a three-electrode capacitive fluidic sensor for detecting an air bubble inside a fluidic channel such as blood vessels, oil or medical liquid channels. The capacitor is designed and fabricated based on a printed circuit board (PCB). The electrodes are fabricated by using copper via structure through top to bottom surface of the PCB. A plastic pipe is layout through the capacitive sensor and perpendicular to the PCB surface. Capacitance of sensor changes when an air bubble inside fluidic flow cross the sensor. The capacitance change can be monitored by using a differential capacitive amplifier, a lock-in amplifier, filter and an NI acquisition card. Signal is processed and calculated on a computer. Air bubble inside the liquid flow are detected by monitor the unbalance signal between the three electrode potential voltages. Output voltage depends on the volume of the air bubble due to dielectric change between capacitor’s electrodes. Output voltage is up to 53 mV when an 2.28 mm3 air bubble crosses the sensing channel. Air bubble velocity can be estimated based on the output pulse signal. This proposed fluidic sensor can be used for void fraction detection in medical devices and systems; fluidic characterization; and water–gas, oil–water and oil–water–gas multiphase flows in petroleum technology. 热式质量流量传感器是在层流的条件下,通过加热电阻周围温度分布的变化来反映气体流量.本文通过在流道中设计内部小流道,把流速测试段的流态变为层流,并模拟了整个流场的的速度分布,在流速测试段得到比较理想的雷诺数Re≈12~110.在小流道测试段的流速与内燃机进气管的平均流速成一固定比例系数,因此,通过测试小流道内的流速可以获得内燃机的进气量.通过模拟分析得到了在恒温加热的条件下,不同流速下的温度分布,从而获得不同流速下,测试点的距离与温度差的关系曲线,并找出了相应测试点的测试范围,最终获得了温差最大值对应的测试距离为140~210 m.通过在加热电阻两端设计了两对测温电阻,得到叠加信号对应最大流速精度为0.02 m/s. 相似文献

A method for bias compensation and online map adaptation using extended Kalman filters is developed. Key properties of the approach include the methods of handling component aging, varying measurement quality including operating-point-dependent reliability and occasional outliers, and operating-point-dependent model quality. Theoretical results about local and global observability, specifically adapted to the map adaptation problem, are proven. In addition, a method is presented to handle covariance growth of locally unobservable modes, which is inherent in the map adaptation problem. The approach is also applicable to the offline calibration of maps, in which case the only requirement of the data is that the entire operating region of the system is covered, i.e., no special calibration cycles are required. The approach is applied to a truck engine in which an air mass-flow sensor adaptation map is estimated during a European transient cycle. It is demonstrated that the method manages to find a map describing the sensor error in the presence of model errors on a measurement sequence not specifically designed for adaptation. It is also demonstrated that the method integrates well with traditional engineering tools, allowing prior knowledge about specific model errors to be incorporated and handled. 相似文献

The problems of air-traffic flow regulating are highlighted in the course of current flight planning, when deficiencies emerge in the long-term (seasonal scheduling) and preliminary (schedule correction for the next few days) stages. Changed flight conditions caused by atmospheric phenomena, hardware faults, managerial, and other reasons necessitate a redistribution in the flows of flying airplanes. When an actual, newly made summary plan for the system territory is needed within a few minutes, reasonable algorithms for flow organization can be a significant help to the dispatcher personnel.
