脆硫铅锑矿冶炼工艺研发进展综述

脆硫铅锑矿是一种多金属复合硫化矿,一般的选矿技术很难将铅锑分离,常采用冶炼技术使其分离。自20世纪60年代以来,冶金工作者先后研发了多种工艺对铅锑进行分离,其中火法、氯化水解法和硫化钠浸出法等工艺投入了生产使用。随着冶炼技术的迅速发展,现有冶炼工艺不能满足当前需求,其局限性逐步显现。简述了脆硫铅锑矿的主要特点,针对氯化水解法、硫化钠浸出法和火法冶炼脆硫铅锑矿的工艺特点及存在问题,提出富氧强化熔炼法冶炼单铅矿及脆硫铅锑矿与单铅矿混合冶炼的最新工艺,指出今后应加强富氧强化熔炼工艺单独处理脆硫铅锑矿的研发力度。     

我国将重点推广铅闪速熔炼技术

国家发改委将重点推广铅闪速熔炼技术,预计到2015年,该技术推广比例可达30％,总节能量约15万吨标准煤／年。公告显示,2009年我国粗铅冶炼综合能耗332kg标准煤／t铅,铅冶炼综合能耗475kg标准煤／t铅。铅闪速熔炼技术由于充分利用了硫的氧化热,并实现自热熔炼,粗铅冶炼能耗达到0．23t标准煤／t铅,铅总回收率可达98．5％,烟气SO2浓度大于20％时,总硫利用率大于97％,硫捕集率大于99％。     

脆硫铅锑矿闪速熔炼过程热力学分析

基于最小吉布斯自由能原理,采用元素势法,研究建立了脆硫铅锑矿闪速熔炼过程多相平衡热力学模型,考察了吨矿氧量（OVPTC）、富氧浓度（OG）和熔炼温度（T）对铅与锑在各平衡产物中分配比的影响。结果表明,对一定成分的脆硫铅锑矿,铅在合金中的分配比随OVPTC的增大不断下降,随T的升高略有上升;锑在合金中的分配比随OVPTC的增大有所下降,随T的升高大幅上升;熔炼烟气量随OG的增大而大幅减少。综合考虑铅和锑的直收率,脆硫铅锑矿闪速熔炼应控制一定的OVPTC,适当提高OG和T。      

脆硫铅锑矿连续熔炼工艺及其冶金过程模拟

针对脆硫铅锑矿传统冶炼工艺存在效率低、能耗高、污染大的问题,中国瑞林研发了具有富氧强化熔炼特性的脆硫铅锑矿熔炼新工艺,该工艺具有节能、高效、清洁强化技术特征,并采用METSIM软件平台,按主要的工艺流程分别建立操作单元模型和进行过程控制,再集合为一个整体进行过程模拟,为冶金设计提供依据。

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
