针对待测电子系统规模不断增大、逻辑结构日趋复杂的问题,提出一套实用的分布式自动化测试理论,基于层次结构设计方法,有效结合连接测试仪器的多种总线结构和分布式网络技术,通过对管理终端、传输信道、测试仪表及其附属设备的综合集成,构建自动化、网络化和标准化的综合测试系统,满足电子信息系统的大型化和一体化发展需求。该测试系统的可行性在某大型电子信息系统的指标测试评估阶段得到实例验证。  相似文献

针对某型导弹引控系统现有测试设备测试仪器分散、连接复杂、自动化程度低、耗费高等问题,提出一种基于PXI总线技术的自动测试系统(ATS)设计,实现测试系统的自动化、模块化及通用化,降低测试系统的规模,节约研发成本。描述了测试系统的结构和组成,给出了测试系统的硬件设计及软件设计。重点介绍模块化仪器的选择、电源模块的设计及软件的测试流程。经论证,系统设计合理、测试准确、自动化程度高,满足测试需求。  相似文献

为了减少测试过程中人为因素引起的误差,提高掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的测试质量和效率,文章基于python语言设计了能快速测试EDFA瞬态的自动测试系统。根据EDFA的工作原理和速率方程,联系光纤通信过程中产生瞬态的原因设计了合理的测试方法。利用接口总线实现了该系统可由一台计算机同时控制多台测试仪器,并且通过python语言实现仪器设备的自动化控制和"一键式"自动保存各个仪器设备的测试数据和图形。实验结果表明,该系统测试精度较高,操作方便,可扩展性好,能够充分满足用户对瞬态测试的要求。  相似文献

Automatic test equipment (ATE) is a term that, in its broadest meaning, indicates a generic system capable of performing measurements in an automatic or semiautomated (human-assisted) way. Years ago, this term was used specifically to refer to an automated measurement system employed to test the functionality of some electronic device-under-test (DUT). Typical applications were in the manufacturing area, where ATE had a twofold nature: in-circuit testing and functional testing. For in-circuit testing, ATE often were stand-alone complex programmable machines, equipped with a bed-of-nails adapter specifically designed as a fixture to provide signal inputs and meaningful test-points of the DUT. The test engineer had the responsibility of writing code that determined the exact sequence of stimulus signals, response measurements, and go/no-go decisions. For this aim, a switch matrix and the ATE itself were suitably controlled and coordinated by a workstation. For functional testing, ATE consisted of off-the-shelf instruments connected to the DUT by some kind of front-end adapter. In the latter case, most of the effort of the test engineer consisted of designing a program to control the various instruments to assess DUT performances. When planning the use of a dedicated testing machine as opposed to a test bench, other factors were taken into account: measurement speed, cost, and fault coverage.  相似文献

To meet the testing requirements of high speed components used in modern communication systems, in an efficient and cost effective manner, it is necessary to develop new device performance measurement techniques that are easily scalable to high frequencies. Traditional up/down conversion based transmitter testing architectures are sensitive to the linearity of the mixers and carrier phase noise in the receiver. Direct undersampling based test instrumentation can overcome the limitations imposed by mixers in up/down conversion. A major challenge in direct undersampling based test architecture is to achieve precise phase alignment between different components of the test setup. Such phase alignment of high frequency signals requires the use of expensive test instruments adding to the cost and complexity of the overall test system. To resolve this problem, an incoherent undersampling based test method is developed in this research that eliminates the need for precise phase synchronization between the RF test signal carrier, its amplitude-modulated envelope (generally necessary for measuring amplifier nonlinearity) and the reference sampling clock. A side-benefit, due to the use of signal undersampling, is that signal acquisition is achieved without the use of a Nyquist rate data converter. Multiple RF performance metrics are extracted without the use of a reference receiver. The accuracy of the proposed setup is compared against existing coherent sampling based test setups.  相似文献

The advent of AT-cut quartz crystal resonator filters has made possible the design of high-quality channel translation equipment with reduced cost and size. This paper describes a new channel bank, with built-in carrier generation, employing 8-MHz polylithic crystal filters for sideband selection and singleresonator filters for carrier selection. 针对传统数据链测试设备功能单一且不易重构的问题,借鉴虚拟仪器模块化的设计思想,设计实现了一种基于美国国家仪器公司(National Instruments,NI)通用软件无线电平台的数据链测试模拟器。该模拟器采用线性调频信号叠加(Sum of Linear Frequency Modulation,SoLFM)的方法高效产生具备连续相位的时变信道衰落,包括瑞利衰落、莱斯衰落和对数正态衰落等,并结合多相滤波思想能够精确模拟数据链长时延的多径传播场景。利用矢量网络分析仪对硬件模拟器输出的信道传递函数和信道冲激响应进行实测验证,并对各支路的随机信道衰落包络分布进行统计验证。实测结果表明,该数据链测试模拟器输出的信道函数和统计分布均与理论值吻合,因而可用于数据链装备的系统优化、验证和性能评估。  相似文献

The introduction of the digital Class 5 switch offers unique solutions to the requirements of growth and demands for improved service. For example, remote subscriber switches (RSS's) and subscriber carrier terminals (SCT's) can now be located near subscribers and digitally connected to the Class 5 switch via T1 repeatered lines or radio links. The result is shorter subscriber loops, improved transmission, and deferment or elimination of feeder plant additions. Traditionally, interposing electronics between the subscriber loops and the Class 5 switch resulted in isolating these loops from the office loop testing facilities. Remote testing of RSS and SCT assigned loops is an important step toward minimizing maintenance costs. Loop testing is accomplished in TRW Vidar's ITS5 switching system by locating loop test equipment in the remote RSS and SCT cabinets. This equipment is available to the test operator for real-time testing, and to the switch for automatic line testing. Some of the requirements that the loop test equipment must meet are: low cost, no adjustments, low power consumption, small size, operation in a harsh environment, and centralized testing capability from a test console. The data returned to the office must be in a quantitative form to allow further processing by the console. It must also be compatible with the direct distance dialing (DDD) network to allow transmission not only to the Class 5 switch serving the RSS and SCT, but also to distant service centers. 针对目前多种通信装备并存带来测试仪表种类多、效率低、体积庞大的问题,本文研究了基于软件无线电和可重构技术的通信设备通用测试平台.在同一硬件平台下通过调用不同的配置数据和不同的应用程序实现了宽频带的多种调制和解调,实现对多种装备的测试.已完成的实验表明这种功能开放式的平台可以快速改变配置,从而可以取代原有的多种仪表应用于对多制式电台的性能参数的自动测量.满足了多制式通信装备的测试需要,也适应未来测试需要的发展.  相似文献

The rapid change and the turmoil characteristic of the electronics industry today, is evident also in analog testing field. Because an analog electronic circuit or device may be tested many times during its life-time, analog testing has become a significant component of life cycle cost. In this paper, we discuss briefly the emerging trends towards test techniques; testlanguages; test system architectures; test instruments; test computers; and test requirements as related to analog testing field.
