针对凝汽器运行性能的影响因素多、运行状态难以用单一的评价指标加以评价的特点,采用多指标来评价凝汽器的实际运行状态。利用模糊数学理论,建立了凝汽器运行状态评价指标的模糊隶属函数,同时利用模糊综合评判方法建立了凝汽器运行状态的综合评价模型。该模型易于编程实现,对机组运行人员及管理人员具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

指出了现有的大多采用以磨制每吨煤所消耗的电量为基准来评判制粉系统耗电率的不足之处,提出了一种较为客观全面的评价方法-模糊综合评判法,并给出了模糊综合评判模型。不仅考虑到制粉系统的耗电量,还要考虑到磨制出的煤粉的“优劣”情况,如影响着火燃尽行性及不完全燃烧热损失的煤粉细度R90,反映干燥出力的磨出口煤粉温度、原煤的种类和性质,以及制粉系统的金属耗用量,材料耗用量和其它各种费用。新的评价方法使得制粉系统效率能够进行统一评判。  相似文献

针对水轮发电机在线监测参数多、参数间关联不确定和模糊、难以评价设备整体健康状态的问题,提出基于模糊综合评判的水轮发电机组健康状态在线评价方法,通过合理选择状态监测信息,分部件建立水轮发电机健康状态评价层次指标体系,统一确定各个指标评价状态的隶属函数,按照模糊综合评判方法对各层指标进行评价及逐层融合,得出水轮发电机的综合运行健康状态。实例应用结果表明,该方法合理、可行,其评价结果与实际情况相符。  相似文献

输电线路状态评估工作可为输电线路的检修和维护提供参考依据。基于模糊综合评判法提出了输电线路状态评估模型,建立了包含8个一级指标和31个二级指标的多层次输电线路状态评估指标体系,通过3标度层次分析法分析各指标的权重,采用模糊合成得出输电线路的状态评估结果,制定5级输电线路状态评语集。算例结果表明,基于模糊综合评判法的输电线路状态评估方法是合理和有效的。  相似文献

若进行油气田开发项目综合后评价的分析,结合油气田开发项目的特点,建立一套科学、实用、合理的综合后指标体系则是后评价的前提和关键。在油气田开发项目的综合后评价中,引入模糊评价法对油气田开发项目进行成功度评价,具有一定的可行性,因为这比使用简单的成功度评价法更能准确评价开发项目的成功程度。就油气田开发项目综合后评价指标体系的建立与模糊综合后评价做了初步的研究与尝试。  相似文献

为全面反映防污闪涂层的运行状况,选取防污闪涂层特有外观特征量脱落、烧蚀、褪色、龟裂、粉化等,以宁夏电网样本为例,先对其涂层外面特征量进行打分,评定其等级,再使用基于模糊数学的模糊综合评判法进行计算,对防污闪涂层的状态进行判定。实例应用结果表明,最终评价结果反映了各个样品的老化程度,与宁夏电网实际情况相符,验证了所提方法的可行性。  相似文献

梯级泵站采用变速调节可以很好地满足各级站之间的水位、流量约束,故运行时的动态配合过程简单,其运行优化问题可以简化为整个提水系统的静态扬程分配问题。本文以整个梯级提水系统的总能耗最小为准则,通过求解动态规划模型来确定各级站的最优扬程和相应的开机方案及各机组的最优转速。  相似文献

目前城市给水系统中大多数水泵的实际运行流量小于水泵的设计流量,导致了水泵运行效率降低。结合宜昌市某水厂送水泵房经济给水改造工程,提出了水泵选择应根据平均时用水量来计算扬程,水泵台数不宜太少,且应不同型号的水泵相互搭配,并采用3台泵组合完成该项改造工程,取得了较好的经济效益,降低了水厂运行成本。  相似文献

This paper presents the experimental performance test evaluation of a commercial wind-driven positive displacement pump type JOBER of 3 in diameter. Results of the behaviour of pump lift rod peak force, in relation with the lift rod elasticity and the piston valve closure delay are presented. The pump performance is analysed in terms of its volumetric and overall efficiencies. Battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HFCVs) will predominate in near future, and the new energy vehicle (NEV) charging station which provides charging services for aforementioned NEVs could grow rapidly. The reliability of the NEV charging station would be the primary concern for early construction and NEV users. This study investigates the reliability evaluation of NEV charging station considering the impact of charging experience and analyzes the influence of various factors by comparing the evaluation results. The explicit modelling of the station considering power generation system, coupling devices and hydrogen storage is presented and an optimal revenue model is established to coordinate the operation of the station. A reliability index system is established to evaluate the charging reliability of the NEV charging station and reflect the charging experience. In addition, an amount model estimating the number of vehicles accessed in the coming days is proposed to address the impact of driver charging experience on the reliability evaluation. The results show that it is necessary to consider the charging experience in reliability evaluation. The comparison and analysis of reliability evaluation results reveal that the charging reliability and profit of the charging station are influenced by the initial hydrogen in tank, the price of hydrogen/electricity and the sizes of electrolyzer, hydrogen tank and fuel cell. The reliability evaluation provides guidance for determining the parameters of these factors.  相似文献

移民工作是水电工程的重要组成部分,直接影响到水电工程建设的进行和社会的稳定。以乌东德水电站为例,基于移民安置环境容量的概念,考虑社会、自然、经济、资源4个系统,构建移民安置环境容量评价指标体系,通过衡量影响程度,对评价指标赋予不同的权重,进而对移民规划进行综合评价。结果表明,乌东德水电站的移民安置环境容量总体来说基本上满足要求。  相似文献

An attempt to develop a simple framework for financial evaluation of renewable energy technologies (RETs) such as photovoltaic (PV) pump, windmill pump, biogas and producer gas-driven dual fuel engine pumps for irrigation water pumping has been made. The unit cost of water and unit cost of useful energy delivered by the RETs have been estimated. The monetary benefits that accrued to the end-user have been quantified in terms of the amount of diesel or electricity saved. Financial figures of merit for the investments made in the RETs have been estimated. The effect of fuel price escalation on these measures of financial performance has also been evaluated along with the estimation of the break-even prices of fuels likely to be substituted by RETs. Results of some exemplifying calculations are presented and briefly discussed.  相似文献

Congo River has abundant hydropower resources, and large-scale cascade power stations, such as the Grand Inga, can be constructed in downstream locations. However, the fragile economic foundations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring Central African countries, and the small-scale regional power consumption market prohibit the implementation of large-scale hydropower projects. As the high-voltage, long-distance power transmission technology matures, hydropower from the Grand Inga can be delivered to load centers in other regions of Africa. This study establishes a 6 dimensional comprehensive assessment model using the best–worst method to evaluate large-scale, long-distance, cross-border power interconnection projects.The model is applied to evaluate all the candidate inter-regional power delivery schemes of the Inga III hydropower station, and the evaluation results can effectively help investment institutions and policy makers in policy making and potential market targeting.  相似文献
