采用一步水热法制备尖晶石型钴酸锌(ZnCo_2O_4)及钴酸锌/石墨烯(ZnCo_2O_4/rGO)复合材料,通过XRD,SEM和RST5000电化学工作站对材料的组分、表面形貌及电化学性能进行表征。通过改变水热温度,制备出具有辐射状花簇团结构、褶皱片层结构和表面光滑的球体结构的ZnCo_2O_4电极材料。结果表明:加入石墨烯后,ZnCo_2O_4呈规则的多边形结构,附着在石墨烯片上,两者的协同作用可有效改善电极材料的电化学性能;钴酸锌与氧化石墨烯的质量比为6∶1时得到的ZnCo_2O_4/rGO复合材料的比电容为205F/g,比纯ZnCo_2O_4的比电容提升了约114%。  相似文献

A simple and scalable procedure combining hydrothermal synthesis with post-synthesis calcination was developed to produce a linker-free, thermally stable, mesoscale 3D ordered assembly of spinel-type ZnCo(2)O(4) nanocrystals. The mesoscale assembly with distinctively sharp edges was formed by close-packing the ZnCo(2)O(4) nanocrystal building blocks with a unit size changeable by the synthesis temperature. A self-templating mechanism based on the topotactic transformation of an oxalato-bridged precursor coordination compound was proposed for the assembly. The packaging of crystalline ZnCo(2)O(4) nanoparticles, an active lithium ion storage compound, into a dense organized structure is an effective way to increase the volumetric capacity of ZnCo(2)O(4) nanoparticles for reversible lithium ion storage. The highly ordered 3D assembly of ZnCo(2)O(4) demonstrated excellent reversible lithium ion storage properties and a specific capacity (~800 mAh g(-1)) much higher than that of carbon (typically ~ 350 mAh g(-1)).  相似文献

Uniform,ordered mesoporous ZnCo2O4 (meso-ZnCo2O4) nanospheres were successfully synthesized using a sacrificing template method.The meso-ZnCo2O4 nanospheres were used for the first time for H2O2 biosensing and in glucose biofuel cells (GBFCs) as an enzyme mimic.The meso-ZnCo2O4 nanospheres not only exhibited excellent catalytic performance in the H2O2 sensor,achieving a high sensitivity (658.92 μA·mM-1·cm-2) and low detection limit (0.3 nM at signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) =3),but also performed as an excellent cathode material in GBFCs,resulting in an open circuit voltage of 0.83 V,maximum power density of 0.32 mW·cm-2,and limiting current density of 1.32 mA·cm-2.The preeminent catalytic abilities to H2O2 and glucose may be associated with the large specific surface area of the mesoporous structure in addition to the intrinsic catalytic activity of ZnCo2O4.These significant findings provide a successful basis for developing methods for the supersensitive detection of H2O2 and enriching catalytic materials for biofuel cells.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法,在室温条件下,以钛酸四丁酯、硝酸镧为主要原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,冰醋酸为抑制剂,浓硝酸为催化剂制得稳定的掺La3+TiO2溶胶,陈化后的凝胶经不同温度煅烧3h后制得不同掺La3+量的TiO2。通过XRD对不同煅烧温度及不同掺La3+量的TiO2进行了表征;以紫外光为光源,研究了掺La3+-TiO2对甲基橙溶液的光降解效果。用化学共沉淀法制备了具有强磁性的Fe3O4水基磁流体,再与La3+掺杂TiO2进行复合,制备了Fe3O4负载量不同的磁性La3+掺杂TiO2,研究了Fe3O4负载量不同的La3+掺杂TiO2对甲基橙的光催化降解效果、磁分离回收率的影响。结果表明,掺La3+量及煅烧温度对TiO2的晶型、各晶型TiO2的相对含量及对甲基橙的光降解效果均有影响。La3+掺杂TiO2比纯TiO2显示出更强的光催化性能,掺La3+量2%,热处理温度450℃的La3+掺杂TiO2光催化活性最高。Fe3O4负载量为10%的Fe3O4/La3+-TiO2对甲基橙的降解率8h时为99.4%;磁分离回收率达97.39%。  相似文献

SnP2+-TiO2的可见光催化活性及其在介孔蒙脱石上的负载   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别以氯化锡和氯化亚锡为Sn源,使用溶胶-凝胶法制备出不同掺杂量的Sn-TiO2,比较了Sn2+与Sn4+对掺杂后TiO2可见光催化活性的影响.实验结果显示,Sn2+与Sn4+均能显著抑制TiO2晶粒生长,并促进其晶型转变.但Sn2+-TiO2的可见光催化活性却明显优于Sn4+-TiO2,这主要是Sn2+外层半充满的电子轨道结构引起的.将可见光催化活性很高的Sn2+-TiO2负载于大比表面积、高稳定性的介孔蒙脱石上,由于载体与Sn-TiO2之间发生了相互作用,负载后样品的UV-Vis光谱吸收边相对于Sn-TiO2发生了显著红移,且可见光催化活性也有大幅提高.  相似文献

The B2O3-doped MgTiO3 powders and ceramics have been prepared by sol-gel method using Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, Ti(C4H9O)4 and H3BO3 as the starting materials. The sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics prepared from powders with different particle sizes were investigated. The gels were calcined at 650, 700, 750, 800, 850 and 900 C and the derived particle sizes of powders were 20-30 nm, 30-40 nm, 40-60 nm, 60-90 nm, 90-120 nm and 120-150 nm, respectively. The nanoparticles with the size of 30-60 nm benefited the sintering process with high surface energy whereas nanoparticles with the size of 20-30 nm damaged the microwave dielectric properties due to the pores in the ceramics. The addition of B2O3 used as a liquid sintering aid reduced the sintering temperature of MgTiO3 ceramic, which was supposed to enter the MgTiO3 lattice and resulted in the formation of (MgTi)2(BO3)O phase. The B2O3-doped MgTiO3 ceramic sintered at 1100 C and prepared from the nanoparticles of 40-60 nm had compact structure and exhibited good microwave dielectric properties: εr=17.63, Q × f=33,768 GHz and τ f= 48×10 6 C 1.  相似文献

The vacuum ultraviolet excited luminescent properties of Eu3+, Tb3+, Dy3+, Sm3+ and Tm3+ in the matrices of Ca4Y6(SiO4)6O were investigated. The bands at about 173 nm in the vacuum ultraviolet excited spectra were attributed to host lattice absorption of the matrix Ca4Y6(SiO4)6O. For Eu3+-doped samples, the O2− → Eu3+ CTB was identified at 258 nm. Typical 4f-5d absorption bands in the region of 195-300 nm were observed in Tb3+-doped samples. For Dy3+-doped and Sm3+-doped samples, the broad excitation bands consisted of host absorptions, CTB and f-d transition. For Tm3+-doped samples, the O2− → Tm3+ CTB was located at 191 nm. About the color purity and emission intensity, Ca4Y6(SiO4)6O:Tb3+ is an attractive candidate of green light PDP phosphor, and Ca4Y6(SiO4)6O:Dy3+ has potential application in the field of mercury-free lamps.  相似文献

In this work,single-and double-shelled NiCo2O4 hollow spheres have been synthesized in situ by a one-pot solvothermal method assisted by xylose,followed by heat treatment.Employed as supercapacitor electrode materials,the double-shelled NiCo2O4 hollow spheres exhibit a remarkable specific capacitance (1,204.4 F·g-1 at a current density of 2.0 A·g-1) and excellent cycling stability (103.6% retention after 10,000 cycles at a current density of 10 A·g-1).Such outstanding electrochemical performance can be attributed to their unique internal morphology,which provides a higher surface area with a larger number of active sites available to interact with the electrolyte.The versatility of this method was demonstrated by applying it to other binary metal oxide materials,such as ZnCo2O4,ZnMn2O4,and CoMn2O4.The present study thus illustrates a simple and general strategy for the preparation of binary transition metal oxide hollow spheres with a controllable number of shells.This approach shows great promise for the development of next-generation high-performance electrochemical materials.  相似文献

以Mo粉、Si粉和La2O3为原料,通过自蔓延高温燃烧合成(SHS)的方法制备了La2O3掺杂的MoSi2材料.研究表明,掺杂剂La2O3的加入对MoSi2燃烧合成过程的热力学和动力学具有明显的影响.并通过XRD和SEM对燃烧合成产物的物相组成和形貌进行了分析,发现La2O3的加入对合成产物的物相组成没有明显影响,但可以大大降低合成产物的晶粒尺寸.同时,力学性能研究结果表明,La2O3的加入可以提高MoSi2材料的室温断裂韧性.  相似文献
