为了解决个性化定制与大规模生产的矛盾,应用 CPS 技术和模块化制造单元,建立了完整的可重构制造系统,实现大规模个性化定制产品生产流程的高效协同。在研究了面向大规模个性化定制可重构系统特性的基础上,构建了基于 CPS 的可重构制造系统架构,研究了可重构系统的关键核心技术。建立的系统可以将生产制造的复杂行为转换为实际数据信息,通过重构分析、智能决策和动态优化调整模块化制造单元,使整个生产环节的制造资源处于有序可控状态。通过在互联工厂展开应用落地验证,结果表明了该系统的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

Manufacturing is currently undergoing a revolutionary transition with focus shifting from mass production to mass customization. This trend motivates a new generation of advanced manufacturing systems that can dynamically respond to customer orders and changing production environments. It is becoming increasingly important to develop control architectures that are reconfigurable and fault tolerant. A holonic manufacturing system (HMS) is a system of holons that can cooperate to achieve a common goal or objective. The holonic organization enables the construction of very complex systems that are efficient in the use of resources. This paper focuses on the dynamic re-configuration and task optimization of holonic manufacturing systems (HMS). The concept of dynamic virtual clustering is extended to the control process of a holarchy or holonic organization. A task-oriented clustering mechanism and a corresponding optimization algorithm are presented as an efficient approach to the holonic control in the HMS domain. The mediator-based dynamic virtual clustering mechanism is presented firstly. Then a negotiation strategy based on the contract net protocol is proposed for cooperative action among holons. Finally, a hybrid algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and simulated annealing (SA) for holon task allocation is described to support the optimum organization of a holarchy. The hybrid algorithm combines the high speed of PSO with the powerful ability to avoid being trapped in local minimum of SA. Mass customization as a competitive strategy is getting progressively increasing attention in business and academic arenas
due to its high potential to provide sustained strategic advantage in a unique fashion. It is well documented that a manufacturing
company competes with others in its industry on five dimensions: Price, quality, flexibility, delivery, and service. According
to the existing literature, mass customization provides significant strategic advantage in two of these dimensions—price and
customization. We, however, argue that when properly implemented, the cellular manufacturing structure associated with the
appropriate implementation of mass customization strategy, provides additional competitive value in quality and delivery.
Furthermore by virtue of the customer co-design as an integral aspect of mass customization, customer satisfaction also improves
under this strategy. Mass customization strategy, therefore, provides competitive advantage in all five competitive dimensions
simultaneously—a truly unique strategic accomplishment. We also propose, in this paper, new metrics for mass customization
strategy that measure the “mass” as well as the “customization” aspects of this strategy. Finally, we describe in the clearest
terms the modus operandi of modularity in product design and the role it plays in bringing about high levels of customization
on one hand and economies of scale at component level, on the other. We conclude with remarks that underscore the need for
conducting research in the areas at the interface of mass customization and supply chain management. 相似文献
