The flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is a generalization of the classical job shop problem in which each operation must be processed on a given machine chosen among a finite subset of candidate machines. The aim is to find an allocation for each operation and to define the sequence of operations on each machine, so that the resulting schedule has a minimal completion time. We propose a variant of the climbing discrepancy search approach for solving this problem. We also present various neighborhood structures related to assignment and sequencing problems. We report the results of extensive computational experiments carried out on well-known benchmarks for flexible job shop scheduling. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms the best-known algorithms for the FJSP on some types of benchmarks and remains comparable with them on other ones.  相似文献

针对加工时间为模糊数的柔性作业车间调度问题,考虑最小化模糊最大完工时间、模糊机器总负荷、模糊关键机器负荷为优化目标,提出一种有效求解该类优化问题的多目标进化算法。算法采用一种混合不同机器分配和工序排序策略的方法产生初始种群,并采用插入空隙法对染色体进行解码。定义一种新的基于可能度的个体支配关系和一种基于决策空间的拥挤算子,并将所提支配关系和拥挤算子运用于快速非支配排序。接着,提出一种基于移动模糊关键工序的局部搜索策略对种群中的优势个体进行局部搜索。通过试验研究关键参数对算法性能的影响并将所提算法与3种不同的优化算法作对比。结果表明,所提算法能够比其它算法更有效解决多目标模糊柔性作业车间调度优化问题。  相似文献

针对同时考虑最大模糊完工时间和总模糊机器负载的双目标模糊柔性作业车间调度问题(BFFJSP),本文提出了一种改进的基于分解的多目标进化算法(IMOEA/D),同时最优化最大模糊完工时间和总模糊机器负载,其主要特点是:1)采用3种初始化种群的策略; 2)提出了非支配解优先策略; 3)设计了结合5种局部搜索策略的变邻域搜索; 4)提出了计数器策略预防陷入局部解.运用大量实例进行了算法策略分析和对比实验,仿真结果表明, IMOEA/D在求解BFFJSP上具有更优性能.  相似文献

为了求解具有多目标多约束的柔性作业车间调度问题,提出一种基于正态云模型的状态转移算法.构建以最小化最大完工时间、机器总负荷及瓶颈机器负荷为目标的多目标柔性作业车间调度问题的数学模型;针对灰熵关联度适应度分配策略在Pareto解比较序列与参考序列之间的差值相等时不能引导算法进化的情况,提出一种改进灰熵关联度的适应度值分配策略;同时引入兼具模糊性和随机性的云模型进化策略以改进状态转移算法,可有效避免算法早熟并增加候选解的多样性.仿真结果表明:基于正态云模型的状态转移算法能够有效解决多目标柔性作业车间调度问题;与其他算法相比,所提出算法求解问题的收敛精度更高、收敛速度更快.  相似文献

针对多目标柔性作业车间绿色调度问题(MO-FJGSP),建立优化目标为最大完工时间、机器总负荷和能耗最小的多目标数学模型,并设计一种基于Pareto最优解的自适应多目标Jaya算法(SAMO-Jaya)对该问题进行优化求解.算法采用两级实数编码方式实现工序排序与机器分配的编码表示,并设计一种转换机制实现将Jaya连续解空间映射至FJSP离散解空间;然后设计一种混沌序列与均匀分布相结合的混合策略以提高初始种群的质量与全局分散性;此外,在Jaya算法中嵌入自适应调整种群规模的方法以提高算法求解速度.通过10个单目标与3个多目标基准算例测试,并与7个已有算法进行对比分析,结果表明SAMO-Jaya算法能够对MO-FJGSP进行有效求解.  相似文献

柔性作业车间调度问题是经典作业车间调度问题的扩展,它允许工序在可选加工机器集中任意一台上加工,加工时间随加工机器不同而不同。针对柔性作业车间调度问题的特点,提出一种基于约束理论的局部搜索方法,对关键路径上的机器的负荷率进行比较,寻找瓶颈机器,以保证各机器之间的负荷平衡。为了克服传统遗传算法早熟和收敛慢的缺点,设计多种变异操作,增加种群多样性。为了更好保留每代中的优良解,设计了基于海明距离的精英解保留策略。运用提出的算法求解基准测试问题,验证了算法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

The flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is a generalization of the classical job shop scheduling problem (JSP), where each operation is allowed to be processed by any machine from a given set, rather than one specified machine. In this paper, two algorithm modules, namely hybrid harmony search (HHS) and large neighborhood search (LNS), are developed for the FJSP with makespan criterion. The HHS is an evolutionary-based algorithm with the memetic paradigm, while the LNS is typical of constraint-based approaches. To form a stronger search mechanism, an integrated search heuristic, denoted as HHS/LNS, is proposed for the FJSP based on the two algorithms, which starts with the HHS, and then the solution is further improved by the LNS. Computational simulations and comparisons demonstrate that the proposed HHS/LNS shows competitive performance with state-of-the-art algorithms on large-scale FJSP problems, and some new upper bounds among the unsolved benchmark instances have even been found.  相似文献

Scheduling for the flexible job shop is very important in both fields of production management and combinatorial optimization. However, it is quite difficult to achieve an optimal solution to this problem in medium and actual size problem with traditional optimization approaches owing to the high computational complexity. For solving the realistic case with more than two jobs, two types of approaches have been used: hierarchical approaches and integrated approaches. In hierarchical approaches assignment of operations to machines and the sequencing of operations on the resources or machines are treated separately, i.e., assignment and sequencing are considered independently, where in integrated approaches, assignment and sequencing are not differentiated. In this paper, a mathematical model and heuristic approaches for flexible job shop scheduling problems (FJSP) are considered. Mathematical model is used to achieve optimal solution for small size problems. Since FJSP is NP-hard problem, two heuristics approaches involve of integrated and hierarchical approaches are developed to solve the real size problems. Six different hybrid searching structures depending on used searching approach and heuristics are presented in this paper. Numerical experiments are used to evaluate the performance of the developed algorithms. It is concluded that, the hierarchical algorithms have better performance than integrated algorithms and the algorithm which use tabu search and simulated annealing heuristics for assignment and sequencing problems consecutively is more suitable than the other algorithms. Also the numerical experiments validate the quality of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

柔性作业车间调度问题具有解集多样化与解空间复杂的特点,传统多目标优化算法求解时容易陷入局部最优且丢失解的多样性。在建立以最大完工时间、最大能耗、机器总负荷为优化目标的柔性作业车间调度模型的情况下,提出一种改进的非支配排序遗传算法(Improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II, INSGA-II)求解该模型。INSGA-II算法先将随机式初始化与启发式初始化方法混合,提高种群多样性;然后对工序部分与机器部分采用针对性的交叉、变异策略,提高算法全局搜索能力;最后设计自适应的交叉、变异算子以兼顾算法的全局收敛与局部寻优能力。在mk01~mk07标准数据集上的实验结果显示INSGA-II算法有着更优的算法收敛性与解集多样性。  相似文献

针对柔性作业车间(Flexible job-shop, FJS)生产计划(Production planning, PP)与调度紧密衔接的特点, 建立了生产计划与调度集成优化模型. 模型综合考虑了安全库存、需求损失及工件加工路线柔性等方面因素. 提出了一种基于拉格朗日松弛(Lagrangian relaxation, LR)的分解算法, 将原问题分解为计划子问题与调度子问题. 针对松弛的生产计划子问题, 提出一种新的费用结构, 以保证生产计划决策与实际情况相符, 并设计了一种变量固定—松弛策略与滚动时域组合算法进行求解. 对于调度子问题中的加工路线柔性问题, 提出了一种新的机器选择策略. 通过数值实验验证了模型与算法的有效性.  相似文献

A linguistic-based meta-heuristic modeling and solution approach for solving the flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSSP) is presented in this study. FJSSP is an extension of the classical job-shop scheduling problem. The problem definition is to assign each operation to a machine out of a set of capable machines (the routing problem) and to order the operations on the machines (the sequencing problem), such that predefined performance measures are optimized. In this research, the scope of the problem is widened by taking into account the alternative process plans for each part (process plan selection problem). Probabilistic selection of alternative process plans and machines are also considered. The FJSSP is presented as a grammar and the productions in the grammar are defined as controls (Baykasolu, 2002). Using these controls and Giffler and Thompson's (1960) priority rule-based heuristic along with the multiple objective tabu search algorithm of Baykasolu et al. (1999) FJSSP is solved. This novel approach simplifies the modeling process of the FJSSP and enables usage of existing job shop scheduling algorithms for its fast solution. Instead of scheduling job shops with inflexible algorithms that cannot take into account the flexibility which is available in the job shop, the present algorithm is developed which can take into account the flexibility during scheduling. Such an approach will considerably increase the responsiveness of the job shops.  相似文献

传统的优化算法在求解面对多目标柔性作业车间调度时,往往求解效率低且难以获得最优解。为了求解多目标柔性作业车间调度问题,设计了混合人工蜂群算法。种群的初始化采用了多种方法相结合的策略。在人工蜂群算法的不同阶段采用不同的搜索机制,在雇佣蜂阶段采用开发搜索,针对跟随蜂阶段蜜蜂跟随的对象的优秀解进行小幅度的更新,从而提高了搜索的表现。禁忌搜索与改进的人工蜂群算法相结合,有效的提升了获得最优解的概率。通过相关文献中的标准实例对设计的混合人工蜂群算法进行一系列求解测试,实验的结果有效的说明了算法在求解柔性作业车间调度问题时效果显著。通过求解结果对比表明人工蜂群算法的高效性和优越性。  相似文献

分析生产车间的实际生产状况,建立了考虑工件移动时间的柔性作业车间调度问题模型,该模型考虑了以往柔性作业车间调度问题模型所没有考虑的工件在加工机器间的移动时间,使柔性作业车间调度问题更贴近实际生产,让调度理论更具现实性。通过对已有的改进遗传算法的遗传操作进行重构,设计出有效求解考虑工件移动时间的柔性作业车间调度问题的改进遗传算法。最后对实际案例进行求解,得到调度甘特图和析取图,通过对甘特图和析取图的分析验证了所建考虑工件移动时间的柔性作业车间调度问题模型的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

This paper addresses the stable scheduling of multi-objective problem in flexible job shop scheduling with random machine breakdown. Recently, numerous studies are conducted about robust scheduling; however, implementing a scheme which prevents a tremendous change between scheduling and after machine breakdown (preschedule and realized schedule, respectively) can be critical for utilizing available resources. The stability of the schedule can be detected by a slight deviation of start and completion time of each job between preschedule and realized schedule under the uncertain conditions. In this paper, two evolutionary algorithms, NSGA-II and NRGA, are applied to combine the improvement of makespan and stability simultaneously. A simulation approach is used to evaluate the state and condition of the machine breakdowns. After the introduction of the evaluation criteria, the proposed algorithms are tested on a variety of benchmark problems. Finally, through performing statistical tests, the algorithm with higher performance in each criterion is identified.  相似文献

This study addresses flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP) with fuzzy processing time. An improved artificial bee colony (IABC) algorithm is proposed for FJSP cases defined in existing literature and realistic instances in remanufacturing where the uncertainty of the processing time is modeled as fuzzy processing time. The objectives are to minimize the maximum fuzzy completion time and the maximum fuzzy machine workload, respectively. The goal is to make the scheduling algorithm as part of expert and intelligent scheduling system for remanufacturing decision support. A simple and effective heuristic rule is developed to initialize population. Extensive computational experiments are carried out using five benchmark cases and eight realistic instances in remanufacturing. The proposed heuristic rule is evaluated using five benchmark cases for minimizing the maximum fuzzy completion time and the maximum fuzzy machine workload objectives, respectively. IABC algorithm is compared to six meta-heuristics for maximum fuzzy completion time criterion. For maximum fuzzy machine workload, IABC algorithm is compared to six heuristics. The results and comparisons show that IABC algorithm can solve FJSP with fuzzy processing time effectively, both benchmark cases and real-life remanufacturing instances. For practical remanufacturing problem, the schedules by IABC algorithm can satisfy the requirement in real-life shop floor. The IABC algorithm can be as part of expert and intelligent scheduling system to supply decision support for remanufacturing scheduling and management.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to report on research conducted to examine the effectiveness of different scheduling policies in a dual-constrained job shop under various workload conditions. The standard assumption in most job shop scheduling research has been that a 90% utilization of the shop is achieved. However, since shop utilization levels vary widely, it was hypothesized that scheduling policies that are optimum under one load condition might not be as effective under other load conditions. The model for this simulation experiment represented a job shop constrained by both labor and machines. The shop contains four machine centers with random routing of jobs through the shop. Shop workload was defined at three levels: 70, 85 and 99% utilization. Four machine scheduling rules and three labor assignment rules were tested for each of the shop workload levels, with mean job flow time as. the performance criterion. The results of the 3 × 4 × 3 factorial experiment showed that the advantage of the SPT (shortest processing time) machine scheduling rule over other rules is diminished dramatically when shop utilization is reduced from 99 to 85% or below. This same observation holds for other rules considered. The LNQ (longest queue length) labor assignment rule outperformed other rules at the 99% utilization level, but yielded no significant difference in performance at the 85% and below workload levels.  相似文献

One of the basic and significant problems, that a shop or a factory manager is encountered, is a suitable scheduling and sequencing of jobs on machines. One type of scheduling problem is job shop scheduling. There are different machines in a shop of which a job may require some or all these machines in some specific sequence. For solving this problem, the objective may be to minimize the makespan. After optimizing the makespan, the jobs sequencing must be carried out for each machine. The above problem can be solved by a number of different methods such as branch and bound, cutting plane, heuristic methods, etc. In recent years, researches have used genetic algorithms, simulated annealing, and machine learning methods for solving such problems. In this paper, a simulation model is presented to work out job shop scheduling problems with the objective of minimizing makespan. The model has been coded by Visual SLAM which is a special simulation language. The structure of this language is based on the network modeling. After modeling the scheduling problem, the model is verified and validated. Then the computational results are presented and compared with other results reported in the literature. Dynamic flexible job shop scheduling problem is studied under the events such as new order arrivals, changes in due dates, machine breakdowns, order cancellations, and appearance of urgent orders. This paper presents a constructive algorithm which can solve FJSP and DFJSP with machine capacity constraints and sequence-dependent setup times, and employs greedy randomized adaptive search procedure (GRASP). Besides, Order Review Release (ORR) mechanism and order acceptance/rejection decisions are also incorporated into the proposed method in order to adjust capacity execution considering customer due date requirements. The lexicographic method is utilized to assess the objectives: schedule instability, makespan, mean tardiness and mean flow time. A group of experiments is also carried out in order to verify the suitability of the GRASP in solving the flexible job shop scheduling problem. Benchmark problems are formed for different problem scales with dynamic events. The event-driven rescheduling strategy is also compared with periodical rescheduling strategy. Results of the extensive computational experiment presents that proposed approach is very effective and can provide reasonable schedules under event-driven and periodic scheduling scenarios.  相似文献
