从收益管理思想出发,采用平均强化学习算法研究不确定环境下订单生产(MTO)方式企业的订单接受问题。以最大化平均期望收益为优化目标,采用多级价格机制,把订单类型、价格和提前期的不同组合作为系统状态划分标准,结合平均强化学习原理,提出了具有学习能力的订单接受算法(RLOA)。仿真结果表明,RLOA算法具有学习和选择性接受订单的能力,与其他订单接受规则相比,在平均收益、订单类型接受状况和适应性等方面都有较好表现。  相似文献

评价供应链管理的好坏,关键在于分析它为企业所带来的实际收益。依据平衡计分卡理论,构建供应链管理下的内在因果关系分析框架,表明学习与成长、供应链流程、顾客满意度和企业财务水平的相互联系,在此分析框架下,利用系统动力学模拟仿真的方法,探讨供应链整体运行效果和企业个体效能的关系,显示供应链协作时间的改进,经过因果链最终使企业利润发生多大程度的变动,这样,可以求解出供应链管理为企业所带来的实际效能,为企业实施供应链管理项目提供指导依据。  相似文献

Supply chain management and customer relationship management are concepts for optimizing the provision of goods to customers. Information sharing and information estimation are key tools used to implement these two concepts. The reduction of delivery times and stock levels can be seen as the main managerial objectives of an integrative supply chain and customer relationship management. To achieve this objective, business processes need to be integrated along the entire supply chain including the end consumer. Information systems form the backbone of any business process integration. The relevant information system architectures are generally well-understood, but the conceptual specification of information systems for business process integration from a management perspective, remains an open methodological problem. To address this problem, we will show how customer relationship management and supply chain management information can be integrated at the conceptual level in order to provide supply chain managers with relevant information. We will further outline how the conceptual management perspective of business process integration can be supported by deriving specifications for enabling information system from business objectives. Supply chain management (SCM) is a new approach to satisfy customers of products and services via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. With the rapid development of the information technology and global market environment the company is required to manage whole supply chain network to gain the competitiveness in business. Typically semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry of the global market. Die bank between the front-end and back-end in the semiconductor manufacturing process is assumed to be the decoupling point by which two models are divided. Push supply chain model is based on the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, which takes the characteristics of re-entrant mechanism into account. Pull supply chain model is constructed considering order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately. 针对目前煤炭检测企业实验室信息管理系统存在只限局域网内访问、数据连续性差、容易造成信息孤岛、覆盖范围小等问题,提出了一种面向客户服务的煤炭检测企业实验室信息管理系统。该系统使用.NET平台实现可扩展的开放式框架,通过工作流引擎实现模块协同服务,采用XML技术实现不同硬件接入访问,利用数据库对检测客户实现智能化管理及数据挖掘应用,根据外部需求实时变更内部管理制度。实际应用表明,该系统可有效提高客户满意度。  相似文献

在引入准时化生产思想的基础上,提出有限资源约束下的准时化分布需求计划问题,并建立了原始数学模型;然后通过数学推导,将其转换成一个线性规划问题,提出了准时化分布需求计划方法。计算结果表明,所提出方法能够合理地制定出极小化产品的提前/拖期惩罚费用、运输费用和生产成本费用总额的分布需求计划。  相似文献

Globalization has ushered in a new era when more and more companies are expanding their manufacturing operations on a global scale. This poses some special challenges and raises certain issues. This paper examines production loading problems that involve import quota limits in the global supply chain network. Import quota, which is imposed by importing countries (mostly in North America and Europe), requires that certain types of products imported into these countries are against valid quotas held by the exporters. Globally loading of production, therefore, requires new methods and techniques, which are different from those used in domestic loading of production. This paper presents a time staged linear programming model for production loading problems with import limits to minimize the total cost, consisting of raw materials cost, machine cost, labour cost, overtime cost, inventory cost, outsourcing cost and quota related costs. To enhance the practical implications of the proposed model, different managerial production loading plans are evaluated according to expected changes in future production policies and situations. A series of computational results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

In this research, we apply a scenario aggregation approach to solving the supply chain contract model formulated by two-stage stochastic programming problem. The supply chain contract can achieve the coordination between the buyer and the supplier. We formulate the stochastic programming model for a quantity-flexibility contract. The scenario aggregation method called the progressive hedging method is used to solve this problem. Experimental results show the convergence behaviour of the algorithm and the sensitivity of parameters.  相似文献

In this work the supply–chain coordination in the virtual enterprise environment is subject of analysis. The system developed by UFSC-DBPMS—for the management of distributed business process is presented and some basic concepts for its definition and development are detailed. The DBPMS provides means for getting, analyzing, making available and managing the information from and about a virtual enterprise, enabling the enterprises to make their logistics more efficiently by means of an integrated information-based supply-chain management.
