采用2种不同的固体润滑粉末(石墨和二硫化钼)分别与溶剂、粘结树脂组合制得粘结固体润滑剂,涂敷于钢板表面成膜,然后对得到的粘结固体润滑膜的润滑性能、物理化学性能和耐磨性能进行了测试。结果表明:粘结固体润滑剂中的固体粉末含量越多、颗粒越细,润滑膜的润滑性能越好,但固体粉末含量的增加影响了润滑膜的干燥时间,附着力、柔韧性和耐冲击性能也变差;只有当润滑剂中加入了适量固体粉末后,得到的润滑膜的减磨效果最佳。  相似文献

结合生产工艺,本文介绍了聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜在拉深工艺中的应用,分析了聚合物薄膜的摩擦性能,润滑机理,重点论述了PE,PVC薄膜在小型单缸柴油机油底壳拉深工艺中的润滑作用,结果表明固体润滑剂具有比油脂润滑剂更优越的性能,同时指出,聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等聚合物自润滑薄膜在金属塑性加工工艺中具有广泛的应用价值。  相似文献

为了减少切削加工中切削液的排放 ,改善环境 ,本研究用固体润滑剂代替切削液。在高温摩擦试验机上对四种固体润滑剂进行了摩擦试验和效果对比 ,筛选出纳米钛酸钾增强型复合固体润滑剂 ;将其涂覆在刀具表面进行 4 0Cr钢切削试验 ,干切削中切削速度为 14 0m/min时涂层刀具的后刀面磨损量是未涂层刀具的 1/ 6 ,比使用切削液时的磨损量也略有降低 ;随着切削速度的升高 ,涂层刀具的后刀面磨损量有所增加 ,但仍比未涂层的低 ,比使用润滑液的有所增高。AFM、SEM和EDX对摩擦表面的分析结果表明 :固体润滑膜涂覆在刀具表面 ,可改善刀具的润滑状况 ,有效地防止切屑和刀具的粘附 ,明显减少刀具的磨损  相似文献

以水轮发电机轴承为应用研究实例,介绍了轴承镶嵌固体润滑剂的摩擦磨损机理,镶嵌轴承套的结构,固体润滑剂材料;并用摩擦学性能试验及台架模拟试验验证;在水轮发电机轴承上使用固体润滑剂可以提高润滑性能、降低摩擦系数,使摩擦副间能不断形成自补偿固体润滑转移膜,说明在重载,低速,摆动,间歇运动和泥水环境苛刻条件下工作的水轮发电机轴承使用固体润滑剂,比液体润滑具有更优越的性能。  相似文献

采用有机粘结固体润滑剂(六方氮化硼和石墨)制备的涂层砂轮对钛合金进行了干磨削试验,研究了有机粘结固体润滑剂涂层砂轮在不同磨削工艺参数下对钛合金的磨削温度和工件表面质量的影响规律。试验结果表明,所制备的有机粘结固体润滑剂涂层砂轮干磨削钛合金工件时,磨削温度比无润滑剂涂层砂轮干磨削钛合金时下降11%~40%,工件表层显微组织未见明显变化。  相似文献

Boron compounds are emerging as promising materials for a wide range of applications in automotive and industrial lubrication systems. Several studies conducted on boron compounds have revealed that they exhibit desirable properties for preparing stable and compatible lubricant components for a new generation of lubricating oil formulations. Boron‐containing lubricants have major tribological advantages, such as antiwear efficiency, good film strength, high‐temperature resistance, and self‐lubricating properties. The increasing number of patents concerning boron‐containing lubricants illustrates commercial interest in this area. Boron lubricants can be used in many forms, such as oxides, esters, and boric acid. Therefore, it can be expected that a new generation of lubricant formulations includes boron compounds. This paper presents an overview of various solid and liquid lubricants containing boron as an important ingredient, and is intended to aid the development of new lubricants.  相似文献

In the present paper, some solid lubricants were tested in backward extrusion friction tests with flat-headed punches using aluminium at room temperature. The results showed that anti-seizure ability was improved when wax was added to the solid lubricant samples. In addition, a water-based graphite lubricant and an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) lubricant were tested using aluminium workpieces heated to 500°C. The lubricity of the UHMW-PE lubricant was found to be superior to that of the graphite lubricant.  相似文献

The advantages of solid lubricants over oils and greases for the lubrication of ball bearings in spacecraft are briefly discussed. The techniques of transfer film, of ion plating and of sputtering are well suited to such bearing lubrication. Three specific lubricants, which account for the majority of applications: ptfe-composite, rf-sputtered MoS2 and ionplated lead film, are first discussed and then compared in terms of durability and torque characteristics. It is concluded that any of these solid films may be acceptable, depending upon the required bearing duty. The limitations of each lubricant are considered and compared  相似文献

基于水-固两相单流体模型,研究润滑过程中的固体颗粒对低黏度润滑介质的影响。以无限宽楔形滑块为计算模型,推导出特定假设条件下考虑惯性力和界面滑移的低黏度介质润滑的雷诺方程,并通过不同条件下雷诺方程的求解,探讨固体颗粒含量对低黏度介质润滑特性的影响。结果表明:在对低黏度介质润滑特性进行研究时,需考虑其惯性力和界面滑移影响;固体颗粒的存在一定程度上增大润滑膜的压力和承载能力,颗粒含量越大,承载能力越大,但颗粒含量对润滑膜整体的压力分布状态几乎不会产生影响;惯性力增大固体颗粒对润滑介质的影响程度,而界面滑移减小固体颗粒对润滑介质承载能力的影响,发生滑移时,颗粒基本不影响润滑膜的承载能力。  相似文献

Current weapon system lubricants have performance limitations in extreme climatic conditions, specifically in sand and dust and cold environments. An alternative solid lubricant based lubrication system was investigated and validated using the ASTM subscale tests. The solid lubricants were selected and evaluated based on weapon system lubrication requirements. The solid lubrication systems were evaluated for coefficient of friction, wear, load carrying capacity, endurance (wear) life and corrosion resistance. The novel lubrication system showed superior subscale performance compared to current gun lubricants. It has the potential to provide much better performance than current gun lubricants, especially in sand, cold and humid environments.  相似文献

为探讨自乳化酯作为全合成切削液主润滑剂的可能性,以聚醚、四聚蓖麻油酸酯、自乳化酯为润滑剂调配了不同的合成切削液;采用四球抗磨试验机以及攻丝扭矩试验机、液体循环泡沫试验机,考察3种润滑剂在全合成切削液中的润滑性能、抗磨性能及抗泡性能。结果表明:自乳化酯能有效提高全合成切削液的润滑性能和抗磨性能,其润滑性能及抗磨性能与四聚蓖麻油酸酯相当;自乳化酯的抗泡性能显著优于四聚蓖麻油酸酯,与聚醚类润滑剂抗泡性能相当。自乳化酯具有良好的润滑及抗磨作用,且泡沫相对较低,可以与其他类型添加剂复配,用于全合成切削液中。  相似文献

The intense heat generated in grinding process, if not controlled, will lead to major quality defects. Conventional liquid coolants, employed in flood form, have many limitations from technical, environmental and economic angles. Minimization or possible elimination of cutting fluids by substituting their functions by some other means is emerging as a thrust area of research in grinding. The authors have reported the feasibility of application of solid lubricants in grinding. This paper deals with the detailed investigations on solid lubricant integrated grinding wheels, by providing peripheral graphite sandwiching. 采用喷雾冷却和固体润滑涂层两者复合的方法来进行切削加工,对切削温度和后刀面磨损量进行了测量,并用SEM和EDAX对刀具后刀面磨损形貌和成分进行分析。结果表明:在切削速度低于200m/min的情况下,单一的喷雾和固体润滑涂层对提高刀具的耐磨寿命有明显的作用;在切削速度高于200m/min后,单一的喷雾方法的减磨效果就大幅降低;当速度高于300m/min时单一使用几无效果,而复合法能明显提高刀具的耐磨寿命和加工精度。  相似文献
