本文应用决策支持系统的有关理论和方法,论述了煤层地质条件开采工艺性评价过程及评价指标,建立了煤层地质开采工艺性综合评价模型,。在对采煤工作面生产过程进行大量的数据统计和实测的基础上,对工作面各生产环节进行了系统分析,找出其分布规律,建立了采煤工作面计算机模拟模型。应用ES并结合采煤工作面设备配套选型公式,实现了对其设备的配套选型。研制的决策支持系统软件是采用模块化思路编程的。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The MINDER system (MINe Design using Expert Reasoning), has been developed to a prototype level in the Department of Mining Engineering, University of Nottingham. The Xi-Plus shell system has been used to create a multi-level expert system capable of accessing and controlling both commercially available mine planning software and 'in-house' programs. The expert system is used primarily for surface mining method selection and excavation and haulage equipment selection. Methods of storing knowledge, interrogating and controlling external programs, and reaching conclusions using multiple knowledgebases have been discussed in previous papers by the authors, and will be dealt with only briefly in this paper. This paper concentrates on the methods used to rank equipment, including relational operations (both with the knowledgebase and in external databases) and fuzzy logic techniques. The paper will include an example of the ranking of hydraulic excavators under UK surface coal mining conditions.  相似文献

Abstract

Turkish Coal Enterprises (TKI) is the largest coal producer of Turkey, The majority of coal stripping is done by private contractors and the decision for a contractual agreement is dictated by two relevant problems. The first problem is selection of size, type and number of major equipment that would yield the minimum unit cost for a stripping job. The second problem requires determining whether the given stripping job can be completed by the due date using whatever equipment is available to the contractor. The latter case considers the situation where the contractor's equipment is not the optimum but the job can still be finished with less profit. Two optimization models are developed to overcome these problems. To establish efficient and practical criteria for the selection of excavation method, an extensive study is carried out in the surface coal mines of Turkish Coal Enterprises and the diggability classification developed as a result of this study is the basis of the models. The first model is the equipment selection model that aims to select the equipment fleet minimizing the unit stripping cost. The second model is the equipment evaluation model that aims to maximize the production done with a given equipment fleet. The models assume that the stripping is done by excavator-truck system. Besides the loading-hauling operations, material preparation and the activities required in the dump area are also handled by the models in order to evaluate the overburden removal operation as a whole.  相似文献

Many undesirable dynamic characteristics are present in conventional flotation plants that hinder the design and implementation of control systems. New expert and fuzzy control strategies for these processes are presented and assessed here via simulation. The algorithms are based on previous work, and they emulate current operating practices in an active copper flotation plant in Chile. The new controllers were able to achieve high recoveries and also avoid control saturation despite severe disturbances in the feed flowrate.  相似文献
