The present work evaluates the two-layer technique on the heat affected zone (HAZ) of AISI 4140 steel welded with different heat input levels between the first and second layer. The weld heat input levels selected by the Higuchi test were 5/5, 5/10, and 15/5 kJ/cm. The evaluation of the refining and/or tempering of the coarsened grain HAZ of the first layer was carried out using metallographic tests, microhardness measurements, and the Charpy-V impact test. The tempering of the first layer was only reached when the weld heat input ratio was 5/5 kJ/cm. The results of the Charpy-V impact test showed that the two-layer technique was efficient, from the point of view of toughness, since the toughness values reached were greater than the base metal for all weld heat input ratios applied. The results obtained indicate that the best performance of the two-layer deposition technique was for the weld heat input ratio 5/5 kJ/cm employing low heat input.  相似文献

通过膏剂渗硼工艺对AISI 410钢进行表面强化,分析了渗硼层的组织形貌,并测试了其硬度、耐磨损性能以及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,渗硼层主要由FeB、Fe2B相组成,渗硼层/母材的结合界面较平坦;渗硼层外渗区硬度达1400 HV0.5以上,内渗区硬度达1100 HV0.5以上;渗硼处理后试样表面摩擦因数和截面磨痕面积显著减小,耐磨损性能得到改善;在电化学腐蚀试验中,渗硼试样自腐蚀电位大于母材试样、自腐蚀电流密度小于母材试样,说明渗硼处理降低了AISI 410钢表面的腐蚀倾向,其表面耐蚀性得到提高。  相似文献

In this study, double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation (DLEPR) test was applied to determine the degree of sensitization in 316L type stainless steel, where obtained results were correlated with revealed microstructures after oxalic acid test and weight loss measurements of Streicher and Huey acid tests. Best agreement was provided with test parameters which are 1 M H2SO4 and 0.005 M KSCN at 0.833 mV/s scan rate at 30 °C. Specimens were classified structurally as absence of chromium carbides - step, no single grain completely surrounded by carbides - dual and one or more grain completely surrounded by carbides - ditch, in the as-etched structure, if the Ir:Ia (×100) ratios were obtained to be between 0 and 0.2, 0.2 and 5.0 and 5.0 and higher, respectively. It was also found that at high KSCN concentrations, reactivation current profile skewed to higher potentials where this was attributed the formation of metastable pits, during the anodic scan of the test procedure.  相似文献

在高温(900℃~1100℃)和大变形(εmax=0.8)条件下,在Gleeble-3500试验机上进行了41Cr4钢的压缩试验和再结晶模拟试验,测得了再结晶体积百分数及真应力和真应变。在考虑了加工硬化、动态再结晶以及动态回复对流变应力的影响后,给出了41Cr4钢的的本构方程,并且通过与现有的理论模型计算结果及试验结果进行比较,证实了此模型可以用于流变应力精确预测和生产实践。  相似文献

通过在Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机上对7A04铝合金进行高温压缩实验,研究了该合金变形温度在300~450℃,应变速率在0.01~10 s-1范围内的高温流变变形行为。结果表明:流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随着应变速率的增加而升高。建立了一个综合考虑应变、温度、应变速率三者影响的流变应力方程,预测值与拟合实验值非常接近,结果表明:该流变应力方程用来预测7A04铝合金材料一般加载情况下的热成形过程是比较可靠的。  相似文献

00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的低温超塑性研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
通过恒温热拉伸的方法研究了太钢生产的00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的超塑性行为,其中重点研究了该材料的低温超塑性。在850℃的超塑性变形过程中,当初始应变速率为2.5×10~(-3)s~(-1)时,获得了500%的最大延伸率。在800℃~900℃的低温区,δ铁素体分解成γ和σ相,从而导致最终的δ/γ和γ/σ组织。微观组织分析表明:该双相不锈钢超塑性变形的机理是形变诱导相变、晶界的滑移和晶粒的转动。  相似文献
