This paper presents a reliable color pixel clustering model for skin segmentation under unconstrained scene conditions. The proposed model can overcome sensitivity to variations in lighting conditions and complex backgrounds. Our approach is based on building multi-skin color clustering models using the Hue, Saturation, and Value color space and multi-level segmentation. Skin regions are extracted using four skin color clustering models, namely, the standard-skin, shadow-skin, light-skin, and high-red-skin models. Moreover, skin color correction (skin lighting) at the shadow-skin layer is used to improve the detection rate. The experimental results from a large image data set demonstrate that the proposed clustering models could achieve a true positive rate of 96.5% and a false positive rate of approximately 0.765%. The experimental results show that the color pixel clustering model is more efficient than other approaches. 相似文献

针对彩色视频序列图像的人脸检测,提出了一种基于肤色的人脸跟踪方法。该方法首先在Hsu提出的肤色模型基础上,采样一种自肤色分割算法来提取复杂背景下人脸的肤色特征,与传统的采用固定肤色模型的检测算法相比,该方法具有更好的检测效果;然后,在人脸跟踪过程中采用Condensation滤波跟踪算法,并对算法做了两点改进,即在跟踪过程中采用基于Metropolis算法的重采样方法以及自适应的动态模型,实现了复杂背景下的人脸自由运动的跟踪,并从各种影片中截取了彩色视频序列图像进行了测试实验。实验结果表明,该方法有效地解决了复杂背景下人脸自由运动、光照变化及部分遮挡的问题,且精度较高。 相似文献

Skin color is the significant information for many emerging applications in surveillance systems. However, the common skin color models usually need to perform color space transformation. This is not suitable for direct hardware implementation. This paper develops a statistical skin color model using the default RGB color space, which is especially suitable to implement on hardware for image processing applications. Moreover, an efficient face detection system is also proposed with our skin color model for hardware implementation. Compared with other skin color models, the proposed model produces the highest detection rate. Furthermore, the extended face detection system also significantly decreases the computational cost of the hardware implementation based on our skin color model. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed detection system can be easily implemented on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), where only 3202 logic cells is occupied with the high detection rate. 相似文献

人脸检测和识别受不同环境照明的影响很大,彩色图像中人脸高光区域的自动检测和辐射校正有助于对人脸的正确分析和识别.提出了一种在TSL(tint-saturation-luminance)彩色空间基于双色反射模型进行高光检测和辐射校正的新方法.通过考察肤色在各种不同彩色空间中的分布形态,以及对皮肤光谱反射特性的分析,采用关键的2维平面代替3维彩色空间进行高光分析.一方面降低了算法复杂度,另一方面又可以在序贯主分量分析中提出特征值比值,迅速而准确地自动检测是否有皮肤高光区域的存在,同时还可以鲁棒地确定皮肤双色反射矢量,应用双色反射模型进行肤色高光区域的辐射校正. 相似文献

在视频图像中快速提取完整的嘴唇外形是计算机唇读系统的首要任务之一,文中提出了一种综合采用Red Exclusion和Fisher变换的唇部检测方法,根据肤色模型和运动相关性在视频图像中检测人脸,然后在RGB空间内排除红色,用(G,B)分量作为Fisher变换矢量,对人脸下三分之一区域进行唇部图像增强,并利用增强后的灰度图像的灰度值呈正态分布这一特性,自适应确定肤色和唇色阈值,将唇部从背景图像中分割出来。该方法能检测出完整的嘴唇外形,且检测速度高,对光照、胡须及说话人不敏感。 相似文献

Skin detection is very popular and has vast applications among researchers in computer vision and human computer interaction. The skin-color changes beyond comparable limits with considerable change in the nature of the light source. Different properties are taken into account when the colors are represented in different color spaces. However, a unique color space has not been found yet to adjust the needs of all illumination changes that can occur to practically similar objects. Therefore a dynamic skin color model must be constructed for robust skin pixel detection, which can cope with natural changes in illumination. This paper purposes that skin detection in a digital color image can be significantly improved by employing automated color space switching. A system with three robust algorithms has been built based on different color spaces towards automatic skin classification in a 2D image. These algorithms are based on the statistical mean of value of the skin pixels in the image. We also take Bayesian approaches to discriminate between skin-alike and non-skin pixels to avoid noise. This paper demonstrates an automatic system for telling whether there are human nudes present in an image. The system marks skin-like pixels using combined color and texture properties. These skin regions are then fed to a specialized grouper, which attempts to group a human figure using geometric constraints on human structure. If the grouper finds a sufficiently complex structure, the system decides a human is present. The approach is shown to be effective for a wide range of shades and colors of skin and human configurations. This approach offers an alternate view of object recognition, where an object model is an organized collection of grouping hints obtained from a combination of constraints on color and texture and constraints on geometric properties such as the structure of individual parts and the relationships between parts. The system demonstrates excellent performance on a test set of 565 uncontrolled images of human nudes, mostly obtained from the internet, and 4289 assorted control images, drawn from a wide variety of sources. 相似文献

基于人类视觉机制,描述了一种由粗到细的复杂背景中的人脸检测方法。其基本思想是首先粗略定出人脸可能存在的区域,然后在可能的区域内进一步细致匹配,以证实人脸的存在并对其进行准确定位。在粗略检测中利用人脸的肤色分布统计模型将人脸从背景中分割出来;在准确定位中联合人脸的肤色分布统计模型、发色分布统计模型以及不同方向的头部模型,用模糊模式匹配的方法进行准确定位。实验结果表明该方法比在复杂背景中直接利用肤色信息检测人脸的方法速度快,准确率高,鲁棒性好。 相似文献

针对非均匀光照彩色人脸图像增强中肤色失真问题,提出了一种基于单尺度Retinex和肤色模型的方法。将人脸图像转换至YCbCr颜色空间,并采用不同的方法分别处理Y分量和CbCr分量。针对亮度分量(Y)采用单尺度Retinex方法压缩图像的动态范围,增强图像暗处的细节信息;针对图像中肤色区域,根据肤色在CbCr空间具有聚集性的特点,调整亮度分量增强后肤色像素点色度分量(Cb和Cr)的值,改善肤色区域的颜色质量。在CAS-PEAL人脸库中进行实验,该方法与传统的人脸图像增强方法相比,在图像细节呈现能力和面部色彩真实程度方面均有提高。 相似文献

为了快速有效的对彩色人体图像进行二值化处理,提出了一种新的自适应二值化处理方法.该方法根据人体肤色特征,建立人体肤色模型;根据该模型,分割出肤色和非肤色,再直接转换成二值图像.由于人体肤色受到不同光照和环境的影响,人体彩色图像中的人体肤色值会有偏移.为了改善肤色模型适应不同环境和光照,在肤色分割过程中,采用了自适应Gamma校正方法.最后,给出了该方法的实验结果.实验结果表明,提出的彩色人体图像的二值化方法快速且有效. 相似文献
