为促进合同能源管理模式的顺利实施,针对我国现有合同能源管理项目实施过程中,节能政策与法规不健全、市场信息不对称、融资困难、缺乏对项目实施与运行维护的有效管理、节能收益预测不准确或分配不合理等问题,构建合同能源管理项目评价指标体系:包括资金、经营、政策、市场、收益5个一级指标,融资渠道、EPC项目管瑶能力、银行利率调整、能源价格变化、节能企业支付风险等22个二级指标.提出运用熵权法对层次分析法的评价指标权重进行改进,通过确定组合权重进行评价. 相似文献

Abstract The role of processes operating in the mineralised froth encountered in production scale flotation machines is discussed in relation to both process operation and mathematical modelling techniques used for simulating process response on complex process flowsheets. The structure of froths (and associated drainage patterns) developed on a continuously operated flotation cell over a wide range of operating conditions is reported. The concept of shear induced drainage in the froth is introduced, where mobility in froths on producing cells is seen to reduce froth separation effects. The relation of shear induced drainage to modern cell design is discussed, particularly in terms of maximising froth separation effects to enhance process separation efficiency. 相似文献

In 1974, a story was published about clandestine research done by John B. Watson that was judged to be so reprehensible that it was offered as the real reason he was fired from his faculty position at Johns Hopkins University in 1920, at perhaps the peak of his academic career. Watson's dismissal from Johns Hopkins may have been the most important event in his career, and it almost certainly altered the history of American psychology. Thus, this story has great significance. The claims of the story, however, have never been validated or invalidated. This article examines the evidence for and against the existence of such research and discusses Watson's academic dismissal in light of that evidence. The very rapid increases in telecommunication and advancements in the field of communications technology have resulted in many different structures to support antennae. Exponential growth in cellular telephone networks has given rise to numerous new masts and towers spread all over the landscape, especially in large cities. Although everybody wants a mobile phone, nobody wants an antenna tower in their neighborhood. Recently, local authorities, nature conservancy organizations, etc., in Europe have set forward requirements to reduce the impact of new antenna masts and towers on the landscape. As a result, telecommunication companies are paying more attention and concern toward the aesthetic layout and design of new antenna supporting structures. In the future, we may have antenna supporting structures that do not look like masts and towers that are used today. This paper gives a brief history of antenna towers, an introduction to the problem, and a discussion on a new approach to design based on aesthetics. The scope of the article is to describe the automated production of a thixoformed steel part. The production plant was set up within a prototype initiative at the Institute of Metal Forming in cooperation with the Institute of Automatic Control of RWTH Aachen University and industrial partners. Preliminary experiments showed that the quality of the formed parts varied to a great extent due to changing production conditions since the handling of the billet was carried out manually. To eliminate the possible disturbances introduced by the manual handling of the billet, an automation concept has been elaborated in order to guarantee a defined production environment. An industrial robot (KUKA) fulfils the handling tasks like the feeding of the induction coil with the feedstock material and the placing of the heated billet into the hydraulic press. The removal of the formed part from the press is realised by a simple mechanical device in order to be able to use only one gripper. The design of the gripper ensures a minimal heat loss during handling. The induction coil, the gripper system and the cavity are flooded with inert gas in order to prevent scaling. The sequence control for the production of a part is realised on the controller of the robot which provides sufficient PLC functionality and can be easily equipped with the required I/O components to trigger the different automation components. 相似文献

This research examines the effect of achievement goals on performance attainment and the moderating role of performance contingencies. Results from 3 experiments strongly support the authors' hypotheses. Performance-avoidance goals undermined performance relative to performance-approach and mastery goals, regardless of contingency condition. Performance-approach goals had a more positive effect on performance than did mastery goals in the presence, but not in the absence, of a contingency. Furthermore, the presence of a contingency accentuated the effects of performance-based goals on performance and had little impact on the effect of mastery goals on performance. These results speak directly to a current conundrum in the achievement goal literature and highlight the need for a rigorous, systematic examination of the link between achievement goals and performance that takes into consideration features of the achievement task, context, and situation.
