根据炼钢间冷闭式循环冷却水系统水质特点,研制一种环境友好型缓蚀剂,该缓蚀剂以硼酸盐为主体,复配稀土元素盐及多元有机羧酸盐等其它药剂,对常用在闭式循环冷却水系统的金属材质都有很好的缓蚀效果。经过现场应用,证明该药剂具有很好的缓蚀效果。 相似文献

The inhibition behavior of metol (N-methyl-p-aminophenol sulphate) on zinc in different corrosive solutions at room temperature was investigated by various techniques such as weight loss, polarization and linear polarization methods. The percentage inhibition efficiencies were evaluated at different concentrations of the inhibitors. The corrosion rate, inhibition efficiency and surface coverage were dependent on metol concentration. The electrochemical data indicated a basic modification of zinc surface resulting in a decrease in the corrosion rate. Corrosion inhibition was explained by considering an interaction between metal surface and the inhibitor. SEM images and FT-IR profiles confirmed the formation of passive film on the metal surface. 相似文献

设计、冶炼了Cu-Mo和Cu-Mo-Cr系的3种成分的耐海水腐蚀钢,并轧制成20mm厚钢板,然后测试了设计钢种的力学性能、耐海水腐蚀性能及焊接性能。96,240,336和500h盐雾加速腐蚀试验结果表明:与普通碳素钢(SM490A)相比,3种设计钢的耐海水腐蚀性能均有明显提高,且随着腐蚀时间的延长优势更明显。设计钢种的耐腐蚀性能随Cr含量增加而增加,当Cr质量分数为0.85%时,耐腐蚀性能比对比钢提高59.1%。Cr元素在内锈层的均匀富集有效阻碍了Cl-的侵蚀,提高了耐腐蚀性能。Gleeble热模拟结果表明:不预热和焊后热处理,在焊后冷却速度为5~60℃/s时,焊接粗晶区的KV≥57J,揭示了设计钢种良好的焊接性能。 相似文献

The concept of low impact development (LID) applies decentralized on-site runoff source control to storm water management. LID is an integration of bioretention and vegetated landscapes to maintain a catchment’s hydrologic and ecological functions. In current practice, the LID implementation is quantified for the specified watershed development. During the dynamic development process, the existing LID facilities have to be improved according to the incremental changes in the watershed. This technical note presents an on-site hydrologic approach to relate the required incremental storm water retention volume to the alteration of surface imperviousness in the tributary area. This approach allows the storm water retention volume to be tailored according to the stage of the watershed development. Cumulatively, the total storage volume can be achieved though multiple stages of the watershed development. The incremental retention volume is found to be related to the local average event rainfall depth. Design charts were produced and normalized by the local average rainfall event depth for generalized applicability. 相似文献

Results of studies on interface produced on carbon steel in chloride environment containing a new ternary corrosion inhibitor formulation are presented. The surface/solution interface was developed by immersing the carbon steel in a solution containing 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP), Zn(II) and folic acid (FA). Polarization studies indicate that the formulation is capable of affecting both the partial reactions occurring on the metal surface. Impedance studies reveal that significant changes in surface/solution interface occur as inferred by enormous increase in charge transfer resistance in the medium containing the inhibitor system. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic studies infer presence of oxides of iron, hydroxides of iron and zinc as well as heteroleptic complex, [Fe(III), Zn(II)–HEDP–FA] in the surface film. Fourier transform infrared spectrum of the surface protective film supports the presence of these compounds in the surface film. Morphological and topographical features of the protected and unprotected metal surface recorded by scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope respectively are presented. Consolidating the results of all these studies, mechanistic aspects of corrosion inhibition are proposed. 相似文献
