一种轻质隔热耐火浇注料的研制与应用

针对CSP水冷炉辊隔热衬耐火材料短期内开裂破损等问题,提出了炉辊隔热耐火浇注料的使用性能要求,采用轻质莫来石和氧化铝空心球作主要骨料,适量加入膨胀添加剂和烧结剂,选用水泥、活性硅微粉和氧化铝微粉作复合结合剂,并加入适量含锆耐火纤维提高增强增韧效果,研制了一种轻质隔热耐火浇注料。实际生产应用表明,研制的耐火浇注料强度大、容重轻、隔热性能优良,成功应用于CSP加热炉水冷炉辊,隔热衬使用寿命由平均8个月延长至15个月以上。

武钢CSP加热炉内衬的优化设计

武钢CSP加热炉炉衬较薄,使用全纤维模块砌筑,其隔热性能好,但使用寿命较短。在保证炉衬厚度不增加、隔热效果不降低的前提下,通过传热计算对炉衬材料进行了优化设计。耐火层选用浇注料延长使用寿命,分析了隔热层分别采用纤维毡、纳米隔热板、超级憎水隔热板等不同隔热材料对外表温度与散热量的影响,确定了合理的材料组成,达到了既能延长使用寿命,又能降低成本的目的。     

五种隔热耐火浇注料的研制

GRJ型隔热浇注料的研制及应用

采用粘土熟料、再制多孔轻质骨料和高耐火的基质粉料研制成体积密度１．７５ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，导热系数０．６５Ｗ／ｍ·Ｋ的钢包永久层隔热浇注料，使用结果表明：这种隔热浇注料能减少钢液降温１３℃，避免了钢液结冷钢。同时有较高的强度，能抵抗钢液的直接接触，杜绝钢包穿漏现象。

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
