基于惯例的企业能力演化博弈多主体仿真研究

以演化博弈论为理论基础,建立了基于惯例的企业能力演化模型,应用多主体仿真工具Swarm平台进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,企业能力演化的过程是企业不断进行惯例学习与变异的过程。企业进行惯例适应性学习是企业能力渐进式演化的过程。而进行惯例变异,则是企业能力突变式演化的过程。

基于SCOR的物流配送企业敏捷供需链运作模型的构建与研究

供需链运作参考模型(Supply—Chain Operations Reference-model,SCOR)是适合于不同工业领域的供需链运作参考模型。本文在SCOR模型的基础上建立了物流配送企业第一层运作模型和第二层运作模型。根据动态联盟的思想,提出了基于SCOR模型物流配送系统的由实网与虚网构成的运作模型,该模型可以为物流配送企业的动态联盟组建与运作提供技术支持。     

以忠诚客户为导向的企业运作过程及实施原则

以忠诚客户的需求为导向,首先提出了企业运作的实施过程概念框架模型,将企业的运作过程化分为四个阶段：计划与需求预测阶段、计划预实施阶段、计划具体实施阶段,以及总结与反馈阶段,并对其运作机理予以阐述。然后,对客户参与产品购买活动的过程特征进行分析,得到了忠诚客户的形成阶梯,同时,对潜在客户与显在客户在购买产品的活动过程中的角色转换过程进行了详细阐释并给予实例佐证,得到了四种基本的转化模式。最后,阐明了实施企业运作应遵循的八条主要原则。

调查分析了在课程中学生学习的现状与教师教学及教学资源的现状,提出了本课程教学体系改革探索的思路,给出了教学过程中的具体实施措施.运用PDCA循环理念总结教学体系改革的成效,并使之得以巩固和持续提高.     

食品生产包装作业的人机工程学分析

目的对食品生产包装作业进行基于人机工程学的分析和改进。方法采用计算机辅助人机交互评估系统软件SIMMIE,对食品生产包装作业的捏合动作和包装动作进行生物力学分析,并根据力学结果对工作环境进行结构改进。结果改进后人体受力明显减少。结论基于人机工程学的研究方法为轻体力作业工作环境设计提供了一定的依据和规范。     

Maximizing Robot Production Rates for Simple Insertion Operations

In the application of a robot to any process requiring component insertions, one must consider the ability of the robot to attain consistent part insertions given its inherent variability and the dimensional tolerances of the mating components. For some combinations of robot repeatability and component tolerances, failure at insertion is expected to occur with frequencies that can be determined analytically. Given this condition, it is important to be able to determine the point at which the robot should cease attempting to insert a particular component or set of components, given a prior sequence of failed attempts. In this paper the structure of the problem is analyzed and formulas for determining stopping rules are derived. We focus on the case of chamferless insertions, where there are no lead-ins to assist in centering the part.     

A Price-Directed Approach to Real-Time Scheduling of Production Operations

Most past approaches to job shop scheduling are either highly myopic, or they are unable to adapt effectively to the stream of unforeseen disruptions that characterizes almost all manufacturing systems. We propose a two-module scheduling system that is both robust and non-myopic. Periodically a Planning Module develops a global view of what is likely to happen in die facility over the next one to four weeks. It then passes information down to the Dispatching Module. The Dispatching Module is based on microprocessors that are located on the factory floor. Whenever a machine is about to become idle, a fast optimization algorithm is run on the closest microprocessor to decide which job should be done next. The data provided by the Planning Module allows this decision to be made in a non-myopic manner.

作者通过分析食品生产许可证现场审核中发现的食品生产企业使用及管理食品添加剂存在的问题,总结出企业因不重视食品添加剂的日常使用及管理,对添加剂标准存在不少误解,造成超量滥用等现象,期望能引起企业及监管部门重视。     

Integrated DSL Test, Analysis, and Operations

This paper describes methods of integrating the digital subscriber line (DSL) automated test, data from network elements, analyses, and DSL operations, including work-force administration. Fiber-to-the-node systems using very-high-rate DSL 2 will particularly need the integrated DSL test to increase customer satisfaction and streamline operations to reduce costs. The integrated DSL test extends beyond copper tests to encompass all elements of DSL service, all through the network and at higher layers. An integrated test system queries multiple test points, including network elements, allowing physical and higher layer problems to be identified. Diagnosis, fault isolation, and even suggested reconfigurations are all automated in software. A number of techniques, which are implementable in software, are described, which can show the root cause of many intricate troubles to relatively unskilled technicians. Automated maintenance routines can isolate faults in flowthrough testing, automatically issuing trouble tickets toward the correct work center: Internet service providers, central offices, outside plants, user PCs, etc. New triple-play services have high customer expectations for easy-to-use TV and voice services, with demanding bit rates and reliability requirements that can be ensured with an integrated test.     

多品种小批量订单型企业生产调度优化

目的研究多品种小批量订单型企业的生产调度优化问题,方法针对S公司的生产现状,应用遗传算法思想设计调度优化方案,采用不等长矩阵的编码方式实现订单的批量生产及车间排产的方案。结果通过仿真分析和S公司生产调度的实际应用,验证了该算法的可行性及有效性。结论基于遗传算法的调度优化算法实现了多品种小批量流程型生产企业生产调度优化,达到了缩短生产周期、有效利用生产资源的目的。
