The problem of identifying the parameters of the constituent local linear models of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models is considered. In order to address the tradeoff between global model accuracy and interpretability of the local models as linearizations of a nonlinear system, two multiobjective identification algorithms are studied. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of conflicts between objectives, and we show that such information can be easily computed from the solution of the multiobjective optimization. This information is useful to diagnose the model and tune the weighting/priorities of the multiobjective optimization. Moreover, the result of the conflict analysis can be used as a constructive tool to modify the fuzzy model structure (including membership functions) in order to meet the multiple objectives. Simple illustrative examples as well as experimental results show the usefulness of the method.  相似文献

An approach to online identification of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models.   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
An approach to the online learning of Takagi-Sugeno (TS) type models is proposed in the paper. It is based on a novel learning algorithm that recursively updates TS model structure and parameters by combining supervised and unsupervised learning. The rule-base and parameters of the TS model continually evolve by adding new rules with more summarization power and by modifying existing rules and parameters. In this way, the rule-base structure is inherited and up-dated when new data become available. By applying this learning concept to the TS model we arrive at a new type adaptive model called the Evolving Takagi-Sugeno model (ETS). The adaptive nature of these evolving TS models in combination with the highly transparent and compact form of fuzzy rules makes them a promising candidate for online modeling and control of complex processes, competitive to neural networks. The approach has been tested on data from an air-conditioning installation serving a real building. The results illustrate the viability and efficiency of the approach. The proposed concept, however, has significantly wider implications in a number of fields, including adaptive nonlinear control, fault detection and diagnostics, performance analysis, forecasting, knowledge extraction, robotics, behavior modeling.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the stability analysis and controller synthesis principles of Discrete Perturbed Time-Delay Affine (DPTDA) Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. In general, the T-S fuzzy model is a weighted sum of some linear subsystems via fuzzy membership functions. This paper considers fuzzy rules include both linear nominal parts and uncertain parameters in the time-delay affine T-S fuzzy model. For DPTDA T-S fuzzy models, the T-S fuzzy control scheme is used to confront the H performance constraints. Some sufficient conditions are derived on robust H disturbance attenuation in which both robust stability and a prescribed performance are required to be achieved. In order to find suitable fuzzy controllers, the Iterative Linear Matrix Inequality (ILMI) algorithm is employed to solve these sufficient conditions. At last, a numerical simulation for the nonlinear truck-trailer system is given to show the applications of the present design approach.  相似文献

A systematic fuzzy approach considering both accuracy and interpretability is developed in the paper. First, a fuzzy modeling method based on a new objective function is proposed. The proposed method can deal with the problem where the input variables have an affect on the input space of the fuzzy system while the output variables do not exert any influence on input space of fuzzy system. Then rule reduction is performed to obtain the model structure of the fuzzy system by QR decomposition of the fuzzy reference matrix. According to analysis of the rank loss of the matrix, the important rules and unimportant rules can be confirmed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach can be used to build fuzzy models of nonlinear systems. Stability issues of linear Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy models (1985, 1992) are investigated. We first propose a systematic way of searching for a common matrix, which, in turn, is related to stability for N subsystems that are under a pairwise commutative assumption. The robustness issue under uncertainty in each subsystem is then considered. We then show that the pairwise commutative assumption can, in fact, be relaxed by a similar approach as that for uncertainty. The result is applicable to a rather broad class of TS models, which are nonHurwitz and/or nonpairwise commutative  相似文献

Being trapped in local optima within clustering search space currently is nontrivial difficulty. In order to relieve such a difficulty, even using genetic algorithm to optimize the initial clusters for fuzzy c-means is still unsatisfied. Since genetic algorithm intensifies only the current best solution, it will easily gets trapped in local minima. The ant colony system, dissimilarly to genetic algorithm, recognizes that the solutions near the best solution are also good ones and they bring about smoothness of solution. This paper proposes a modified fuzzy ant clustering. Such a presented method is a combination of genetic algorithm, ant colony system and fuzzy c-means. It is employed in creating fuzzy color histogram in image retrieval application. The performance measurement relates to the percentages of accuracy of image retrieval. Experimental results show that the proposed approach yields the best results among others with respect to sensitivity and robustness on dealing with lighting intensity changes, quantization errors, also changes in number of images and in size of color space, even the certain-range variation of a particular parameter of clustering.  相似文献

We focus on the analysis and design of two different sliding mode observers for dynamic Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy systems. A nonlinear system of this class is composed of multiple affine local linear models that are smoothly interpolated by weighting functions resulting from a fuzzy partitioning of the state space of a given nonlinear system subject to observation. The Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy system is then an accurate approximation of the original nonlinear system. Our approach to the analysis and design of observers for Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems is based on extending sliding mode observer schemes to the case of interpolated multiple local affine linear models. Thus, our main contribution is nonlinear observer analysis and design methods that can effectively deal with model/plant mismatches. Furthermore, we consider the difficult case when the weighting functions in the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy system depend on the estimated state.  相似文献

This paper investigates the fuzzy control problem of a class of nonlinear continuous-time stochastic systems with achieving the passivity performance. A model-based observer feedback fuzzy control utilizing the concept of so-called parallel distributed compensation (PDC) is employed to stabilize the class of nonlinear stochastic systems that are represented by the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. Based on the Lyapunov criteria, the Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) technique is used to synthesize the observer feedback fuzzy controller design such that the closed-loop system satisfies stability and passivity constraints, simultaneously. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献

通过对已标示和未标示数据的学习和分类,提出一种改进微分进化算法的半监督模糊聚类。先从大量的数据中选取一小部分进行标记,然后利用标记数据来指导进化过程,实现对未标记数据的分类。通过参考粒子群算法惯性权重思想,引入惯性加权系数,在计算初期能够维持个体的多样性,后期能够加快算法的收敛速度,有效提高了算法的性能。遥感图像数据实验结果显示该方法可以提高分类精度。  相似文献

为解决模糊C-均值(FCM)聚类算法在大数据量中存在的计算量大、运行时间过长的问题,提出了一种改进方法:先用多次随机取样聚类得到的类中心作为FCM算法的初始类中心,以减少FCM算法收敛所需的迭代次数;接着通过数据约减,压缩参与迭代运算的数据集,减少每次迭代过程的运算时间。该方法使FCM算法运算速度大大提高,且不影响算法的聚类效果。  相似文献

本文研究了一类连续搅拌反应釜(CSTR)系统的H1控制问题. 系统中的非线性动态特性可采用Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊双线性模型进行描述. 通过引入两个自由矩阵, 给出一个新的保证闭环模糊双线性系统在H1性能指标下全局渐近稳定的充分条件和控制器设计方法, 并且该条件最终可归结为求解一组线性矩阵不等式的可行性问题. CSTR系统的仿真结果表明设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

A family of objective functions called fuzzy c-regression models, which can be used too fit switching regression models to certain types of mixed data, is presented. Minimization of particular objective functions in the family yields simultaneous estimates for the parameters of c regression models, together with a fuzzy c-partitioning of the data. A general optimization approach for the family of objective functions is given and corresponding theoretical convergence results are discussed. The approach is illustrated by two numerical examples that show how it can be used to fit mixed data to coupled linear and nonlinear models  相似文献

Effective model is a novel tool for decentralized controller design to handle the interconnected interactions in a multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) process. In this paper, Type-1 and Type-2 effective Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models (ETSM) are investigated. By means of the loop pairing criterion, simple calculations are given to build Type-1/Type-2 ETSMs which are used to describe a group of non-interacting equivalent single-input-single-output (SISO) systems to represent an MIMO process, consequently the decentralized controller design can be converted to multiple independent single-loop controller designs, and enjoy the well-developed linear control algorithms. The main contributions of this paper are: i) Compared to the existing T-S fuzzy model based decentralized control methods using extra terms to characterize interactions, ETSM is a simple feasible alternative; ii) Compared to the existing effective model methods using linear transfer functions, ETSM can be carried out without requiring exact mathematical process functions, and lays a basis to develop robust controllers since fuzzy system is powerful to handle uncertainties; iii) Type-1 and Type-2 ETSMs are presented under a unified framework to provide objective comparisons. A nonlinear MIMO process is used to demonstrate the ETSMs’ superiority over the effective transfer function (ETF) counterparts as well as the evident advantage of Type-2 ETSMs in terms of robustness. A multi-evaporator refrigeration system is employed to validate the practicability of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Developing Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models by evolutionary algorithms mainly requires three factors: an encoding scheme, an evaluation method, and appropriate evolutionary operations. At the same time, these three factors should be designed so that they can consider three important aspects of fuzzy modeling: modeling accuracy, compactness, and interpretability. This paper proposes a new evolutionary algorithm that fulfills such requirements and solves fuzzy modeling problems. Two major ideas proposed in this paper lie in a new encoding scheme and a new fitness function, respectively. The proposed encoding scheme consists of three chromosomes, one of which uses unique chained possibilistic representation of rule structure. The proposed encoding scheme can achieve simultaneous optimization of parameters of antecedent membership functions and rule structures with the new fitness function developed in this paper. The proposed fitness function consists of five functions that consider three evaluation criteria in fuzzy modeling problems. The proposed fitness function guides evolutionary search direction so that the proposed algorithm can find more accurate compact fuzzy models with interpretable antecedent membership functions. Several evolutionary operators that are appropriate for the proposed encoding scheme are carefully designed. Simulation results on three modeling problems show that the proposed encoding scheme and the proposed fitness functions are effective in finding accurate, compact, and interpretable Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models. From the simulation results, it is shown that the proposed algorithm can successfully find fuzzy models that approximate the given unknown function accurately with a compact number of fuzzy rules and membership functions. At the same time, the fuzzy models use interpretable antecedent membership functions, which are helpful in understanding the underlying behavior of the obtained fuzzy models.  相似文献

本文提出一种新的时滞划分方法—变时滞划分法,以解决连续延时Takagi-Sugeno模糊系统的稳定性和镇定性问题.不同于已有的文献,用可变参数将时变时滞区间[0,d(t)]划分为若干个可变子区间,并得出模糊时滞系统的新的时滞相关稳定性准则.本文提出的新方法能充分利用时滞子区间的内部信息,因此新的时滞相关稳定性准则比以往结果具有更小的保守性.基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,以线性矩阵不等式形式给出T--S模糊系统的新的时滞相关稳定性准则,并将稳定性和镇定性研究结果扩展到具有不确定参数的T--S模糊系统.仿真实例证明了本文方法降低保守性的有效性.  相似文献

研究了T-S模糊连续系统的模糊采样控制问题.利用广义系统的描述方法、Lyapunov-Krasovikii泛函以及线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法,建立了LMIs形式的依赖于采样时间间隔的模糊采样镇定条件,同时给出了模糊采样控制律的设计方法.所设计的模糊采样控制律可以镇定T-S模糊系统.而且,当连续时间模糊控制律可以镇定T-S模糊系统时,对于足够小的采样时间间隔,带有同样增益矩阵的模糊采样控制律也可以镇定T-S模糊系统.最后,通过两个仿真实例说明了所给方法的有效性.  相似文献

Intensity inhomogeneity or intensity non-uniformity (INU) is an undesired phenomenon that represents the main obstacle for magnetic resonance (MR) image segmentation and registration methods. Various techniques have been proposed to eliminate or compensate the INU, most of which are embedded into classification or clustering algorithms, they generally have difficulties when INU reaches high amplitudes and usually suffer from high computational load. This study reformulates the design of c-means clustering based INU compensation techniques by identifying and separating those globally working computationally costly operations that can be applied to gray intensity levels instead of individual pixels. The theoretical assumptions are demonstrated using the fuzzy c-means algorithm, but the proposed modification is compatible with a various range of c-means clustering based INU compensation and MR image segmentation algorithms. Experiments carried out using synthetic phantoms and real MR images indicate that the proposed approach produces practically the same segmentation accuracy as the conventional formulation, but 20-30 times faster.  相似文献

This article presents a simple method for constructing a singleton fuzzy model from a given set of input/output data. The method consists of three computational steps: the initial phase, the growth phase, and the optional refining phase. The universe of discourse and two linguistic terms for each input variable and a rule base are established during the initial phase. Additional linguistic terms and rules are then appended sequentially during the growth phase to modify the model structure and to elevate the performance. During the optional refining phase the overall modelling performance can be further improved by adjusting the singleton outputs of the rule set in the sense of least squares. The proposed identification method can simultaneously provide an appropriate model structure and parameters without any time-consuming optimisation. Several numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed identification method.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a online clustering fuzzy neural network. The proposed neural fuzzy network uses the online clustering to train the structure, the gradient to train the parameters of the hidden layer, and the Kalman filter algorithm to train the parameters of the output layer. In our algorithm, learning structure and parameter learning are updated at the same time, we do not make difference in structure learning and parameter learning. The center of each rule is updated to obtain the center is near to the incoming data in each iteration. In this way, it does not need to generate a new rule in each iteration, i.e., it neither generates many rules nor need to prune the rules. We prove the stability of the algorithm.  相似文献
