重点用能单位节能是我国节能工作的一个重点。本文以“千家企业节能行动”为例,分析了在我国开展重点用能单位节能管理工作的必要性和可行性,讨论了“千家企业节能行动”的目标制订、分解和实施过程,并提出了进一步推进“千家企业节能行动”的政策和管理建议。研究结果表明,作为重点用能单位节能管理的一个尝试,“千家企业节能行动”可为我国的节能工作做出重要的贡献,应通过各种监督管理和政策措施推动重点企业节能工作的开展。 相似文献

We conducted survey research in the Nordic countries on household energy behavior and decision making. Several authors have concluded that there is a 10–20% conservation potential in the Nordic countries from behavioral modifications alone. Nordic energy planners have not systematically incorporated research findings on behavior in their incentive strategies for encouraging energy conservation. Further research will be necessary before Nordic energy behavior and decision-making are fully understood. Ethnographic techniques should be used to generate hypotheses followed by broader surveys of specific target groups. 相似文献

In this study, artificial intelligence (AI) control tools were developed to construct an AI implementation framework for energy saving for buildings. Although numerous AI studies related to energy conservation have been conducted, most of them have reported computing algorithms and control effects for single objects. This is the first study to use a framework to integrate five-category AI control tools to execute three-level building energy conservation; the three levels consist of equipment-level control, facility-level control, and whole building energy saving. Energy-saving effects were tested in a real building. The complex three-floor building primarily with a total area of 9072 m2 serves as an office space and a semiconductor production line. Seventy percent energy consumption comes from air conditioning system and motor power. Twenty percent is lighting system and the other 10% is plug power and office automation equipment. Before implementation, the yearly energy cost reached US$1004339. In 2018, an AI implementation framework was introduced to systematically deploy AI at the site. A total of 47.5%, 37%, and 36.9% of energy was saved at equipment, facility, and whole building levels; up to US$385203 was saved. These energy savings proved the feasibility of the implementation framework. Furthermore, unmet demands of AI studies were met, and an approach to fill the research gap is discussed. 相似文献

Departing from the concept of rational use of energy, the paper outlines the microeconomics of end-use energy saving as a result of frugality or efficiency measures. Frugality refers to the behaviour that is aimed at energy conservation, and with efficiency we refer to the technical ratio between energy input and output services that can be modified with technical improvements (e.g. technology substitution). Changing behaviour from one side and technology from the other are key issues for public energy policy. In this paper, we attempt to identify the effects of parameters that determine energy saving behaviour with the use of the microeconomic theory. The role of these parameters is crucial and can determine the outcome of energy efficiency policies; therefore policymakers should properly address them when designing policies. 相似文献
