Regarding the problem that the traditional straight-line generating has a low accuracy, we study straight-line generating with the distance of point to line. We explore generating a line to approximate the ideal line and the issue is to pick out the pixel point of approximating the ideal line. The paper plays a significant scientific role in elucidating linear optimization norm and it lays a foundation for showing a straight line. The algorithm is valuable for computer graphics.  相似文献

Biofilm formation is responsible for numerous chronic infections and represents a serious health challenge.Bacteria and the extracellular polysaccharides(EPS)cause biofilms to become adherent,toxic,resistant to antibiotics,and ultimately difficult to remove.Inhibition of EPS synthesis can prevent the formation of bacterial biofilms,reduce their robustness,and promote removal.Here,we have developed a framework nucleic acid delivery system with a tetrahedral configuration.It can easily access bacterial cells and functions by delivering antisense oligonucleotides that target specific genes.We designed antisense oligonucleotide sequences with multiple targets based on conserved regions of the VicK protein-binding site.Once delivered to bacterial cells,they significantly decreased EPS synthesis and biofilm thickness.Compared to existing approaches,this system is highly efficacious because it simultaneously reduces the expression of all targeted genes(gtfBCD,gbpB,ftf).We demonstrate a novel nucleic acid-based nanomaterial with multi-targeted inhibition that has great potential for the treatment of chronic infections caused by biofilms.  相似文献

In this study,a boron-doped microporous carbon (BMC)/sulfur nanocomposite is synthesized and applied as a novel cathode material for advanced Li-S batteries.The cell with this cathode exhibits an ultrahigh cycling stability and rate capability.After activation,a capacity of 749.5 mAh/g was obtained on the 54th cycle at a discharge current of 3.2 A/g.After 500 cycles,capacity of 561.8 mAh/g remained (74.96% retention),with only a very small average capacity decay of 0.056%.The excellent reversibility and stability of the novel sulfur cathode can be attributed to the ability of the boron-doped microporous carbon host to both physically confine polysulfides and chemically bind these species on the host surface.Theoretical calculations confirm that boron-doped carbon is capable of significantly stronger interactions with the polysulfide species than undoped carbon,most likely as a result of the lower electronegativity of boron.We believe that this doping strategy can be extended to other metal-air batteries and fuel cells,and that it has promising potential for many different applications.  相似文献

We employ thermoreflectance thermal imaging to directly measure the steady-state two-dimensional(2D)temperature field generated by nanostructured heat sources deposited on silicon substrate with different geometrical configurations and characteristic sizes down to 400nm.The analysis of the results using Fourier's law not only breaks down as size scales down,but it alsofails to capture the impact of the geometry of the heat source.The substrate effective Fourier thermal conductivities fitted to wire-shaped and circular-shaped structures with identical characteristic lengths are found to display up to 40%mismatch.Remarkably,a hydrcxjynamic heat transport model reproduces the observed temperature fields for all device sizes and shapes using just intrinsic Si parameters,i.e.,a geometry and size-independent thermal conductivity and nonlocal length scale.The hydrodynamic model provides insight into the observed thermal response and of the contradictory Fourier predictions.We discuss the substantial Silicon hydrodynamic behavior at room temperature and contrast it to InGaAs,which shows less hydrodynamic effects due to dominant phonon-impurity scattering.  相似文献

Decision making in drinking water supply networks is increasingly complex due to the large number of variables involved.In order to make better decisions it is necessary to use adequate and robust methodologies.This paper presents the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)related to the operation of the drinking water supply network of the city of Chihuahua,Mexico,where two possible alternatives are delineated with the objective to optimize the service.The application of AHP was carried out in 24 sectors that have substantial differences in their efficiency but with instrumentation and measurement in all the variables contemplated by the operating agency,with a population of 221,722 inhabitants which represent a 30%of the total population of the city,the results indicate that the best alternative is the one with less criteria to be controlled and fewer repercussions on the cost of operation and investment in the rehabilitation and replacement of the network.  相似文献

This paper describes an investigation of the effect of surface morphology on the adhesion of paint to aluminium substrates. Comparisons are made with the surface morphology, both treated with a chromate conversion coating and abraded with emery paper only, and their bond strength to chlorinated rubber lacquer in dry and wet conditions was investigated. Although the surface of a chromate conversion coating is not as rough as that of one abraded with emery paper, it exhibits an excellent bond strength with an organic coating. It indicates that no mechanical inter lock is the main factor affecting the adhesion strength. Furthermore, it shows a promotion of adhesion after immersing in 3% NaCl solution for several days. Chemical analysis of the paint film and metallic substrate reveals that adhesion failure occurs between the paint film and chromate conversion coating.  相似文献

This work lays great emphasis on the distribution evolution of sigma(σ) phase in Fe-Ni based N08028 alloy during aging process,the result of which could provide new insights into phase change and precipitation mechanism.It is found that the σ phase,in any case,tends to separate out with a granular shape at grain boundaries(GBs) primarily,and with the increment of time,it is obliged to precipitate in grain interiors(GIs) with a lamellar structure.The mechanisms for the evolving volume fraction and morphology of σ phase are discussed,and a model appropriate for the multi-stage behavior transforming from intergranular to intragranular precipitation is derived,as well as revealing the thermodynamics and transformation kinetics corresponding to this process.The results reveal that the occurrence of multi-stage precipitation is correlated with the redistribution of solute atoms and with the difference in coupling effect of thermodynamic driving force and kinetic activation energy between the intergranular and intragranular precipitation.  相似文献

Cancer has nowadays become one of the leading causes of death worldwide.Conventional anticancer approaches are associated with different limitations.Therefore,innovative methodologies are being investigated,and several researchers propose the use of remotely activated nanoparticles to trigger cancer cell death.The idea is to conjugate two different components,i.e.,an external physical input and nanoparticles.Both are given in a harmless dose that once combined together act synergistically to therapeutically treat the cell or tissue of interest,thus also limiting the negative outcomes for the surrounding tissues.Tuning both the properties of the nanomaterial and the involved triggering stimulus,it is possible furthermore to achieve not only a therapeutic effect,but also a powerful platform for imaging at the same time,obtaining a nano-theranostic application.In the present review,we highlight the role of nanoparticles as therapeutic or theranostic tools,thus excluding the cases where a molecular drug is activated.We thus present many examples where the highly cytotoxic power only derives from the active interaction between different physical inputs and nanoparticles.We perform a special focus on mechanical waves responding nanoparticles,in which remotely activated nanoparticles directly become therapeutic agents without the need of the administration of chemotherapeutics or sonosensitizing drugs.  相似文献

This article is focused on oxidation and halogenation of fullerene, identification of the prepared products and their potential application. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry was used for analysis of oxidized fullerene derivative and material balance and elemental analysis were used to identify the summary composition of the prepared fullerene halogen derivatives We has conformed yet the radioprotective ability of oxidized fullerene in our recently published work radioprotective properties and toxicity test of C60 fullerene derivative in vivo & in vitro. Since radioprotective properties are associated with the ability to recapture free radicals in the system (formed due to radiolysis of water in the physiological environment), this property is closely connected also with fire-retarder properties, when the fire is also a radical mechanism. We tested thermal properties of polyvinyl alcohol (hereinafter PVA) nanofibers prepared with C60 and its derivatives as nanocomposites. The TG-DTA and TG-DSC analysis were used for this purpose. We have demonstrated experimentally that a retarder on C600xi basis and C60 halogenderivative has good results in increasing of thermal resistance of PVA-based nanofibers.  相似文献

The chemical composition of cement has a crucial impact on the performance of concrete.Different brands of Portland cement are used for various construction works without prior knowledge of their performance.For economic and environmental reasons,the valorization of fly ash in concrete production has been increasingly studied.The aim of this study is to determine the mechanical performance of the cement in which hydrated cement has been injected,and to assess the environmental benefit of using the waste as a partial replacement.The experimental study consists of replacing cement,with high tricalcium aluminate(C3A)content,with cement with low C3A content.The obtained result shows that it is very feasible to valorize this material and to manufacture eco-environmental cement which has rheological and mechanical characteristics almost similar to or better than that of ordinary cement,where a resistance of 30 MPa has been obtained,after a substitution rate of 50%.The valorization by using cement with low C3A content makes it possible to strengthen the material at a young age and leads to obtain more economical and less polluting cement.  相似文献

The transmission mechanism of a jack is required to support the combat vehicle reliably within a very short time.So reliability research is very important because the mechanism completes motions required under the conditions within limited time.If the transmission mechanism of the jack supports the rocket launcher steadily,it needs to go through several stages as follows:unlocking,starting,operating,braking,stopping,fixing position and locking.The transmission mechanism of the jack is a complicated and single degree of freedom mechanical system;it can be considered an imaginary mechanical model that has an equivalent moment of inertia and equivalent torque.According to the characteristics of each supporting stages,dynamics equations of the mechanism are established.At the stages of starting and operating,a driving moment and resistance moment are dealt with for a Normal distribution.The design principles for movement reliability of completing action are established and the design principles for time reliability of completing action within a limited time are established.Finally,movement reliability of the transmission mechanism of the jack is 0.9 852,according to our calculation.Reliability of time to complete action is 0.9 943.  相似文献

Incorporating nitrogen(N)atom in graphene is considered a key technique for tuning its electrical properties.However,this is still a great challenge,and it is unclear how to build N-graphene with desired nitrogen configurations.There is a lack of experimental evidence to explain the influence and mechanism of structural defects for nitrogen incorporation into graphene compared to the derived DFT theories.Herein,this gap is bridged through a systematic study of different nitrogen-containing gaseous plasma post-treatments on graphene nanowalls(CNWs)to produce N-CNWs with incorporated and substituted nitrogen.The structural and morphological analyses describe a remarkable difference in the plasma–surface interaction,nitrogen concentration and nitrogen incorporation mechanism in CNWs by using different nitrogen-containing plasma.Electrical conductivity measurements revealed that the conductivity of the N-graphene is strongly influenced by the position and concentration of C–N bonding configurations.These findings open up a new pathway for the synthesis of N-graphene using plasma post-treatment to control the concentration and configuration of incorporated nitrogen for application-specific properties.  相似文献

We report on manipulating the stimulated emission of monolayer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) with the piezoelectric effect.The analysis is based on quantum mechanics.The stimulated emission of this two-dimensional material has been simulated to establish the relation between the total emission rate and the energy of the photon excitation.We demonstrate that the piezoelectric-induced charges enhance the emission rate by changing the carrier concentration.It is found that the emission intensity is proportional to the carrier density in the low-density range,and eventually reaches a steady value in the high-density region.An externally applied mechanical force also leads to a change in the second harmonic generation of the monolayer MoS2.  相似文献
