社科院下调2014年中国经济增速预计全年GDP增长7.4%

<正>社科院29日发布的《中国经济前景分析(2014年春季报告)》预计,2014年中国经济增长7.4%左右,增速比上年稳中略降。这一预测结果比去年底的秋季报告中的预测下调了0.1个百分点。之所以给出7.4%的预测数据,社科院指出,中国的结构性减速具有一定的必然性,稳增长的措施将是温和的,过度的刺激性政策会带来负面作用,改革红利的释放也是难以立竿见影的,且中国经济总量已经较大。
