The spectral linewidth of three types of single-frequency InGaAsP lasers, including a GRIN-rod external coupled-cavity (GRECC) laser, a cleaved-coupled-cavity (C3) laser, and a ridge-waveguide distributed-feedback (DFB) laser, were measured and compared. The narrowest linewidth, 3 MHz at 4.9 mW, was exhibited by the GRECC laser.  相似文献

介绍了一种新型的固体激光材料——Nd:Y3Al5O12(Nd:YAG)陶瓷的光学特性,设计并研制成LD泵浦的Nd:YAG陶瓷微型激光器件。阈值泵浦功率为48mW,在泵浦功率为1.5W时获得了516mW的1064nm连续激光输出,光-光转换效率为34.41%。  相似文献

3~5 m 中红外激光在光电对抗领域有着重要的应用前景。如果中红外激光进入皮秒量级,将使其具有更高的峰值功率和作战效能。文中采用1.06 m 皮秒激光器泵浦单周期极化化学计量比钽酸锂晶体(周期为29.5 m)光参量产生器的方案,来获得皮秒中红外激光输出。其中皮秒泵浦源为自制的侧面泵浦结构1.06 m 皮秒再生放大器。该激光器在1 kHz 重复频率下,输出功率最高为2.02W,脉冲宽度为13.6 ps。光参量发生器采用温度调谐方式,获得了3.98~3.68 m(晶体从40~200℃)皮秒中波红外可调谐激光输出。在最高泵浦功率泵浦,晶体温度为120℃时,获得最大中红外激光输出(闲频光)190 mW,光光转换效率达9.4%,充分验证了采用OPG 的方式获得瓦级皮秒中红外激光输出的可行性。  相似文献

() ()基金项目: 。摘要:为了实现高稳定性的可调谐激光输出,提出并设计了一种基于Mach-Zehnder(M-Z)滤波结构,结合Fabry-Perot(F-P)滤波器的可调谐掺铒光纤激光器,并对激光器的原理及实现方案进行理论分析和实验验证。所设计激光器系统的泵浦源工作波长为976 nm;长度5 m的掺铒光纤作为增益介质;采用全光纤M-Z结构进行滤波,并结合F-P滤波器实现单波长激光可调谐输出。实验中,通过调节F-P滤波器,在泵浦功率为60 mW时,实现了1547~1568 nm范围内单波长激光的稳定可调谐输出,波长调谐间隔小于1.7 nm,每个输出波长的边模抑制比均大于55 dB,线宽均小于0.1 nm。  相似文献

The author describes a continuous-wave (CW) dye laser has been pumped by laser diodes for the first time. Two 10-mW visible laser diodes were polarization-combined to pump a rhodamine 700 dye jet laser. The absorbed pump threshold power was 5.6 mW, and 0.28 mW of output power was produced at 758 nm. The resonator was scalable and generated over 360 mW with a slope efficiency of 57% when pumped with a DCM dye laser at 660 nm  相似文献

Single-line frequency-tunable lasing was observed in an optically pumped, repetitively pulsed, room-temperature CO laser for the first time. The R(0) and R(7) ro-vibrational transitions in the (2,0) overtone of CO at 2.3 μm were optically pumped with a high-energy optical parametric oscillator. Single-line lasing was observed on (2,1) P(2)-P(17) transitions and R(0)-R(11) transitions (covering wavelengths within the range 4.6-4.9 μm) when using a diffraction grating as the spectrally selective reflector of the laser resonator. The observed CO laser pulse lengths were ~10-7 s with peak power up to 104 W. The influence of CO pressure, the addition of buffer gas (He, Ar), Q-factor of the laser resonator, and the pump pulse energy on CO laser pulse temporal characteristics and output energy spectral distribution was studied experimentally  相似文献

We describe a compact Q-switched diode pumped double-clad ytterbium-doped fiber laser. The fiber laser was bidirectionally pumped by two laser diodes (2 W of output power each) via two side-injecting pump-couplers. We used a large multimode core of 15 μm diameter to increase the laser gain volume and thus to achieve higher pulse energy. Experimentally this laser produced pulses with energy up to 170 μJ with a peak power of 2 kW (at a low repetition rate of 500 Hz) and was tunable from 1060 to 1100 nm  相似文献

提出了考虑探测概率曲线的激光告警设备作用距离的仿真方法.结合激光告警设备的探测概率曲线和大气湍流作用下的点光强起伏的概率分布,仿真得到激光单脉冲能量为10~(-5)J时,中等湍流强度(C_n~2=10~(-14) m~(-2/3))下激光告警设备的作用距离约为6.5km.实验结果证明这一方法是可行的.这一仿真解决了小孔径激光告警设备的作用距离外场评估费时费力的难题,为小孔径激光告警设备作用距离的评估提供了参考.  相似文献

采用自行搭建的飞秒激光光镊,实现了对人体血红细胞(RBC)的稳定捕获。使用的光源为自行搭建的掺钛蓝宝石克尔透镜锁模激光器,输出中心波长810nm、脉冲宽度40fs和重复频率为100MHz的飞秒激光脉冲。通过实验比较了飞秒激光光镊和连续(CW)激光光镊的捕获能力,依据实验数据,比较了两者的Q值。实验结果显示,飞秒激光光镊对于捕获生物细胞同样有效,将光镊技术和飞秒激光特性相结合用于生物学研究领域会有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

从实验上研究了光电导天线电极之间激光光斑大小对太赫兹波产生的影响。另外,理论模拟了激光功率密度与太赫兹波辐射强度之间的关系,与实验结果非常吻合。泵浦光激光功率密度的增加能够显著的提高太赫兹波辐射强度,但是当超过一定值后会趋于饱和,此时若继续减小光斑尺寸,激光功率密度的增加不会使太赫兹产生继续增强。但是,太赫兹波却会随着光斑尺寸的减小而变弱。  相似文献

In this work, we report new optically pumped far-infrared (FIR) laser lines from CHD/sub 2/OH. A waveguide CO/sub 2/ laser of wide tunability (290 MHz) was used as pump source, and a Fabry-Pe/spl acute/rot open cavity was used as a FIR laser resonator. Optoacoustic absorption spectra were used as a guide to search for new FIR laser lines. We could observe 15 new laser lines in the range from 116.4 to 401.4 /spl mu/m. The lines were characterized according to wavelength, relative polarization, relative intensity, and optimum working pressure. The transferred Lamb-dip technique was used to measure the frequency absorption transition both for the new and previously reported laser lines.  相似文献

研制的双波长短脉冲激光器采用大模体积腔+渐变反射率输出镜技术,对二极管泵浦棒状激光介质产生的热透镜及热退偏进行补偿,在500 Hz下实现了谐振腔短脉冲能量140 mJ,脉宽约17.76 ns的1 064 nm激光输出,20 min能量不稳定性RMS值小于0.3%,激光光束质量M21.6。该实验结果与采用MOPA技术路线谐振腔+预放的方式技术指标相当,但采用谐振腔的技术路线结构简单紧凑。采用水热法生长抗灰迹效应的GTR-KTP晶体作为倍频晶体,相位匹配方式选择Ⅱ类相位匹配,倍频后532 nm激光单脉冲最高能量96 mJ,最高倍频效率68.6%,激光光束质量M22.1。通过能量调节设计,实现了线偏振态1 064 nm和532 nm激光功率连续可调共光轴输出。  相似文献

利用激光二极管(LD)抽运Nd∶YVO4晶体产生914 nm谱线振荡,再通过腔内倍频技术获得457 nm激光输出,是获得大功率蓝光激光器的一条重要的技术路线,因而实现高效率运转的914 nm激光输出则是方案的关键。报道了激光二极管端面抽运Nd∶YVO4晶体、连续波运转的大功率914 nm准三能级激光器,方案中采用掺杂原子数分数为0.1%的低掺杂Nd∶YVO4晶体,有效地降低了热效应的影响,并通过准三能级理论模型的模拟计算选择了最佳晶体长度;通过对腔镜介质膜参数的适当控制,有效地抑制了波长为1064 nm和1342 nm的高增益谱线。实验中,914 nm激光器的阈值抽运功率仅为8.5 W,在31 W的抽运功率下914 nm激光输出功率高达7.2 W,激光器的斜率效率为32%,光-光转换效率为23.2%。  相似文献

The design and performance of a self-heated metal-vapor laser utilizing copper, gold, and copper plus gold as active laser materials are described. A total average power of 17 mW at a pulse-repetition rate of 1.7 kHz was obtained simultaneously at 5106 Å (green), 5782 Å (yellow), and 6278 Å (red). The purpose of the research reported here was to obtain multiple-wavelength laser operation by mixing, in a single laser tube, metals known to lase individually. The design and operating characteristics of a discharge-heated metal-vapor laser utilizing copper, gold, or a mixture of copper and gold as the active laser materials are described. Although gold has been used as the active laser material previously, we believe this is the first report of a self-sustained (the only source of heat to vaporize the metal is the discharge used to excite it) gold-vapor laser and the first report of a multiple-metal-vapor laser.  相似文献

The spatial distribution measurements of laser radiation, scattered in the laser spark, were accomplished for various laser radiation wavelengths (1060, 530, 353, and 265 nm) and various pressures of the gas (air at 10-760 mm Hg). The interference structure of the laser light scattering cone behind the laser spark was observed for the first time. It is proposed to consider the observed structure as a result of interference of the laser radiation, scattered by two or more self-focusing centers in laser spark air plasma. The experimental dependence of the maximal angle of the light scattering on the gas pressure and on the laser radiation wavelength was obtained  相似文献

A Five-channel far-infrared (FIR) hydrogen cyanide (HCN) laser interferometer was developed to measure plasma electron density profile on the HT-7 superconducting tokamak. The structure of the five-channel FIR laser interferometer is described. The laser source used in the interferometer was a continuous wave glow discharge HCN laser with 3.4 m cavity length and 100 mW power output at 337 μm wavelength. The temporal resolution was 0.1 ms and the detection sensitivity was 1/12 fringe. Preliminary experimental results measured by the interferometer on HT-7 tokamak are reported.  相似文献

We propose a method of long-term stabilization of the repetition rate and the spectral envelope in a femtosecond mode-locked (fs-ML) laser pulse by a simple control method without modifying the laser cavity configuration. The effectiveness of the repetition-rate-stabilized fs-ML laser was evaluated in a long-optical-path (LOP) pulse interferometer with a short reference arm. The resulting accuracy in the LOP pulse interferometer was improved to one-seventh that of a free-running fs-ML laser. Moreover, the stabilization of the spectral envelope was estimated to suppress the fluctuation in the phase and group indices of an object under testing by 1/50, which can increase the measurement accuracy in pulse interferometry. The simple and practical stabilization method provides a means to increase the application of pulse interferometry using the fs-ML laser  相似文献

以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基体材料,加入自制的激光吸收剂VI530和IR1060,并在基材表面镀上多层激光反射膜,制备出了能够同时对紫外光区、可见光区和红外光区的多个波长激光起到有效防护作用的激光防护PC材料.研究结果表明,在PC材料中加入质量分数为0.01%的VI530和0.05%的IR1060,并在PC材料表面镀23层激光反射膜后,所制得的激光防护材料对多个波长的激光都具有很好的防护性能.在355nm,532nm,1064nm等多个波长处的透过率都低于0.01%(光学密度D4).可见光区的白光平均透过率为13.7%,抗冲击强度为53.3kJ/m2,抗弯强度为118MPa.是一种高性能的激光防护材料.  相似文献
