The material handling industry in order to increase the productivity and quality of the order picking process has developed various technical or technological equipment. Therefore, to establish the right technology for every specific business context is a decision that need to be evaluated in a right way. The purpose of this paper is to create an intelligent decision model to select the most appropriate order picking technology. The present study shows an artificial neural network (ANN) trained with the results of an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The weighting of the determining criteria and the prioritization of the different technologies from several experts are obtained through the AHP, while the artificial neural network is used to automate the decision process. The designed ANN can synthesize expert judgments and then predict the prioritization of order picking technologies.

Key success factors for technological entrepreneurs' R&D projects   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impact of 36 innovation, technology, and market characteristics on the probability that early stage R&D projects will reach the market is examined. Analysis is based on data from 561 R&D projects developed by technological entrepreneurs. Four characteristics stand out as most predictive: expected profitability, technological opportunity, development risk, and appropriability conditions. These predict future commercial success well with an out-of-sample accuracy of 80.9 %. This model performs better than R&D managers' and venture capital's (VC's) forecasts of success and has the potential to be used as a screening tool for early stage R&D investment reviews by, for example, VCs. Implications for both research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

The prioritization of technologies at the Army Materials Technology Laboratory are considered and the criteria and the technologies to be evaluated are identified. A mathematical model was developed to combine the subjective criteria with a single objective criterion. The criteria weights were determined by the analytic hierarchy process through a hierarchical representation and pairwise comparisons. The results were aggregated to yield a prioritized list of technologies to be used by the management of the laboratory for funding decisions of projects within technology areas  相似文献

为了研究如何产生2μm 激光,提出将KTA晶体用于光参变振荡来产生2μm 激光的方法,通过对比KTA与KTP晶体的非线性性能,从理论上论证了该方法的可行性;并从光学频率变换所遵循的能量守恒与动量守恒出发,利用KTA晶体的Sellmeier方程、根据折射率椭球方程计算出了晶体的切割角度,绘制出了角度调谐和波长的关系曲线图;比较了两种切割方式下的晶体有效非线性系数的大小,通过比较,得出φ=0°,θ=48.37°切割的晶体具有更好的非线性特性的结论;并对该晶体的走离角、允许角、可接受带宽进行了计算,解决了KTA-OPO设计的最基本问题,为下一步的试验工作开展打下了基础.  相似文献

Extensive studies indicate that traffic in high-speed communication networks exhibits long-range dependence (LRD) and impulsiveness, which pose new challenges in network engineering. While many models have appeared for capturing the traffic LRD, fewer models exist that account for impulsiveness as well as LRD. One of the few existing constructive models for network traffic is the celebrated on/off model or the alternating fractal renewal process (AFRP). However, although the AFRP results in aggregated traffic with LRD, it fails to capture impulsiveness, yielding traffic with Gaussian marginal distribution. A new constructive model, namely the extended AFRP (EAFRP), is proposed here, which overcomes the limitations of the AFRP model. We show that for both single-user and aggregated traffic, it results in impulsiveness and long-range dependence, the LRD being defined here in a generalized sense. We provide queueing analysis of the proposed model, which clearly demonstrates the implications of the impulsiveness in traffic engineering, and validate all theoretical findings based on real traffic data  相似文献

BaGa4Se7(硒镓钡,简称BGSe)与KTiOAsO4(砷酸氧钛钾,简称KTA)均可在1.06 μm激光泵浦下产生中红外激光。首先仿真计算出两种非线性晶体的相位匹配曲线,结果显示:切割角为(56.3°, 0°)的BGSe晶体在I类相位匹配条件下和切割角为(90°, 0°)的KTA在II-A类相位匹配条件下均可产生~3.5 μm的闲频光。然后理论计算出BGSe (56.3°, 0°, I类)的有效非线性系数为?11.9 pm/V,KTA(90°, 0°,II-A类)的有效非线性系数为?3.2 pm/V;在其他条件相同的情况下,15 mm长BGSe (56.3°, 0°, I类) 的OPO振荡阈值是20 mm长KTA (90°, 0°, II-A类) OPO振荡阈值的35.11%。最后通过实验验证BGSe (56.3°, 0°, I类, 15 mm) 的振荡阈值小于KTA(90°, 0°, II-A类, 20 mm),输出的中红外激光能量大于KTA。因此,BGSe是一种极具应用前景的中红外非线性晶体。  相似文献

为了了解温度对2m KTA光参变振荡器的影响,从光学频率变换所遵循的能量守恒与动量守恒出发,利用双轴晶体KTA的塞耳迈耶尔方程、热光色散方程、折射率椭球方程计算出了不同温度下满足相位匹配条件的晶体切割角,绘制出了角度调谐和温度的关系曲线图;采用计算有效非线性系数的近似算法,对晶体的有效非线性系数受温度的影响进行了计算;对不同温度条件下满足相位匹配条件的晶体的走离角、允许角进行了分析。当温度保持在20℃时,晶体用于光参变振荡的效果最好,为实际应用中选择合适的晶体温度提供了理论依据。  相似文献

This paper examines the technological capabilities of Korea and Taiwan using US patent statistics for the period 1969-1992. The analysis reveals three important trends. First, that the growth of Korean and Taiwanese technological activity has been rapid both during and after the 1980s. Second, that the processes of technological development in these countries show different patterns: a highly concentrated technical field with dynamic growth in Korea and a highly diversified technical field with stable growth in Taiwan. Third, it is shown that the main agent of Korea's technological innovation has been the small number of large companies in the electrical technology field, while Taiwan's patenting activities have been spread among a large number of individuals exploiting nonelectrical and miscellaneous technologies  相似文献

The emerging ultrawide-band (UWB) impulse technology has found numerous applications in the commercial as well as the military sector. The rapid technological advances have made it possible to implement (cost-effective, short-range) impulse radar and impulse-radio communication and localization systems. Array beamforming and space-time processing techniques promise further advancement in the operational capabilities of impulse radar and impulse-radio communications to achieve long-range coverage, high capacity and interference-free quality of reception. We introduce a realistic signal model for UWB impulse waveforms and develop the principles of space-time array processing based on the signal model. A space-time resolution function (STRF), a space-frequency distribution function (SFDF) and a monopulse-tracking signal are derived for impulse waveforms received by a self-steering array beamforming system. The directivity peak-power pattern and energy pattern of the beamformer are also derived. Computer plots of the STRF, SFDF and the beam patterns are obtained. The directivity beam patterns of impulse waveforms are sidelobe-free and, therefore, there is no need for sidelobe suppression via amplitude weighting of the array elements. Also, the resolution angle for the beam patterns is derived as a decreasing function of array size and frequency bandwidth. As a small economy that has built its future on manufacturing excellence, Taiwan has a big stake in nanotechnology. On the one hand, our manufacturing strength makes nanotechnology a unique opportunity. On the other, it also makes nanotechnology the one R&D battle we can least afford to lose. To come out ahead takes coherent planning and disciplined actions and, above all, the ability to marry nanotechnology's creative power to the dynamics of the marketplace. 针对无人机的快速航迹规划展开研究.首先针对航迹规划的实际需要,将航迹规划划分为二维的航线规划和二维航线点之间的三维航迹规划;然后对二维威胁建模得到的赋权图,用Dijkatra算法产生初始的多任务二维航线;再结合无人机在飞行过程中的约束条件,提出动态权值的三维LPA*的航迹规划方法对二维航线产生的航线点之间进行规划,满足地形回避和威胁回避.仿真表明,上述方法可以有效快速地完成规划任务,同时当数字地图改变时,LPA*算法可以通过检测局部一致性来避免进行重新的全局搜索,大大缩减了搜索空间,从而可以快速地修正航迹.  相似文献

Due to the long lifetime of telecommunication equipment, the introduction of new services such as data transmission requires careful long-range planning. Some of the considerations influencing this planning, as seen from a research laboratory in a small country, are presented in this paper. The conclusion is that data communication would best be integrated with a future digital telephone network. Apart from economic advantages, this would open the possibility to design a general-purpose audio-visual terminal for man-to-man and man-machine communication, as a modern replacement for the telephone set.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to a develop model for generation expansion planning that can support diverse environmental policies for the reduction of greenhouse gases (GHGs) of South Korea. South Korea is required to reduce its GHG emissions by 30% from the BAU level by 2020. The Wien Automatic System Planning Package currently used in South Korea has limitations in terms of the application of renewable energy policies and GHG targets; this paper proposes the use of an equipment planning model named generation and transmission expansion program, which has been developed to resolve such limitations. For verification of the model, a case study on the 6th Basic Plan of Long‐Term Electricity Supply and Demand has been conducted. The results show that for the year 2020 South Korea's annual GHG emissions will be 36.6% more than the GHG Target Management System (GHG TMS) target set for the same year (30%). To achieve the GHG TMS target, the costs involved amount to about 72 trillion KRW (70 billion USD). Consequently, the South Korean government needs to review the performability of this target.  相似文献

Elastic manipulators often result from lightweight construction or safety requirements in human–robot-collaboration scenarios. In many cases, vibration-damping becomes necessary to enable stable and precise operation, which imposes high demands on controllers. A fundamental challenge for link-elastic manipulators with general kinematics and no dedicated damping actuators is the potential inability of a joint to control the vibration of a link depending on the manipulator’s configuration. Numerous control concepts assume a sufficiently high ability to control vibrations by, for example, dedicated actuators or special kinematic structures. This work presents an online, optimization-based motion planning approach with three methods for maximizing this ability for link-elastic manipulators. The planning algorithm utilizes modified cost functions to incorporate the controllability of vibrations by prioritization and adaptive activation of competing objectives. The effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated on a real manipulator with 3 actuated DoFs and two elastic links in different disturbance scenarios. The results show that the amplitudes of vibrations caused by disturbances decay noticeably faster than with conventional motion planning.  相似文献
