Despite youths' susceptibility to social influence, little research has examined the extent to which social factors impact youths' risk-taking orientation and injury at work. Drawing on social influence and behavioral intention theories, this study hypothesized that perceived supervisory influence, coworker risk taking, and parental risk taking serve as key exogenous variables of risk-taking orientation at work. Risk-taking orientation was further hypothesized to serve as a direct predictor and full mediator of work injury. The effect of parental risk taking was also hypothesized to be mediated through global risk taking, which in turn was posited to predict risk-taking orientation at work. Longitudinal results from 2,542 adolescents working across a wide spectrum of jobs supported hypothesized linkages, although there was some evidence of partially mediated mechanisms. 本文在系统研究小柳沟钨矿床区域地质特征及矿床地质特征的基础上,认为该区是集地层、岩浆岩、构造作用于一体的绝佳的成矿区。小柳沟矿床处于镜铁山-朱龙关裂谷带中,多期多次强烈的岩浆活动,使得富含铜、钼、钨的热液沿构造薄弱地带及层间裂隙上涌侵位,与长城系朱龙关群中的高钙岩系或沉积型层控贫矿体发生交代、活化叠加,在朱龙关背斜的有利部位富集成矿。岩浆期后热液沿构造裂隙再次充填形成石英脉型钨、铜、钼矿体,并对前期钨矿体进一步活化、叠加、富集和改造,使矿体品位增高,厚度增大,并在矿体垂向上形成自上而下由铜钨-钨-钨钼共生的分带特征。由此可见,本区钨、铜、钼的成矿受控于地层、岩浆岩、构造。利用"三位一体"的成矿模式指导本区地质找矿的同时,应该注意本区深部隐伏岩体型钼矿的地质找矿。  相似文献

In this article, which takes a person-situation approach, the authors propose and test a cross-level multifoci model of workplace justice. They crossed 3 types of justice (procedural, informational, and interpersonal) with 2 foci (organization and supervisor) and aggregated to the group level to create 6 distinct justice climate variables. They then tested for the effects of these variables on either organization-directed or supervisor-directed commitment, satisfaction, and citizenship behavior. The authors also tested justice orientation as a moderator of these relationships. The results, based on 231 employees constituting 44 work groups representing multiple organizations and occupations, revealed that 4 forms of justice climate (organization-focused procedural and informational justice climate and supervisor-focused procedural and interpersonal justice climate) were significantly related to various work outcomes after controlling for corresponding individual-level justice perceptions.
