为了解决TK42200数控镗铣床实现自动换刀的问题,将在机床上增加刀库的改造技术应用到数控机床功能扩展中。开展了换刀控制方法的分析,提出了NC和PLC相结合共同控制换刀的方法,设计了NC换刀固定循环程序和PLC控制程序。刀库改造调试后能够稳定可靠地换刀,进行换刀和产品加工的实验,实验结果表明:换刀重复精度高,产品质量合格,减轻了操作人员劳动强度,通过修改系统变量来修复刀具表使刀库操作简单了。 相似文献

For analysing economics of machining cylindrical stepped parts, tool life must be predicted. In this paper, tool life tests, to obtain tool life changing cutting speed before the tool reaches tool life criterion under a constant speed, are performed and the tool life is calculated. Recently many researchers have focused substantial efforts on understanding the cutting process in mechanics, capability and design. Advances in machine performance with research towards high performance cutting (HPC) and high speed cutting (HSC) have led to improved tool properties and application of advanced materials. Because of that, primary processing time has been successfully reduced, which leads to the need for re-focusing on reduction of secondary processing time. Minimizing the time for workpiece and tool changing, re-positioning, workpiece handling, and tool handling systems shift attention towards improvement of these systems which are currently installed in various metal cutting machine tools. This paper presents an approach for the assessment of the technological effectiveness of workpiece and tool handling systems for metal cutting machine tools, gives an overview of the state of the art of these systems, surveys recent developments and elaborates requirements for future systems. 相似文献

针对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)难加工的特性,文中采用PCD和HTi10刀具进行了CFRP铣削试验,对加工过程中的铣削力、刀具磨损和表面粗糙度进行了分析。结果表明:PCD和HTi10刀具的铣削力和表面粗糙度变化规律一致,均随转速的增大而减小,随进给速度的增大而增大,但PCD刀具的铣削力更小,加工质量更好;与HTi10相比,PCD刀具的铣削力对刀具磨损更加敏感,更适合应用在加工环境较好的条件下。在CFRP加工过程中,粗加工时优选HTi10刀具,精加工时优选PCD刀具,宜选用高转速、低进给的切削参数。 相似文献

Wear induced changes in grinding tool profile have been studied for a CNC contour grinding process designed for the fabrication of precision optical components. Tool profile was measured experimentally by examining the “footprint” left by the tool when subsequently fed into a prepared surface. A numerical model was developed to predict detailed tool profiles as a function of the process parameters and total removal. Wear caused the development of approximately flat bevels on tools initially trued to a spherical shape, changing both the height and position of the lowest cutting point on the tool, with the potential to produce significant profile errors on the workpiece surface. The observation of approximately flat tool bevels was also used to develop an analytic solution for the tool shape evolution. With this analytic approximation contact height and width can be readily estimated and could be incorporated into an algorithm to adjust the tool path. 相似文献

为实现汽轮机转子轮槽精刀磨损状态的在线监测,提出一种ARIMA与SVR相结合的刀具磨损量在线监测模型。构建基于ARIMA的信号特征预测模型,根据收集的历史信号数据预测刀具继续加工的信号特征;构建基于SVR的刀具磨损量监测模型,以信号特征为输入得到当前时刻精刀磨损量;将两个模型相结合,可以预测精刀加工下一条轮槽时的磨损量,对精刀下一时刻的状态做出准确判定。基于上述模型,可以为企业换刀时机的选择提供技术支持,最终提高加工质量与加工效率,实现最大经济效益。 相似文献

文章针对以往在多工位数控组合机床中使用通用交流伺服系统时设计和调试麻烦的问题,阐述了在实际应用中使用FANUC公司的POWER MATE i-H系统时,利用它的多通道功能可以使通道的分配和更改便捷、灵活,PLC程序的编制简便,同时通过它的LCD/MDI单元又便于调试机床,表明POWER MATE i-H的多通道功能十分适合在多工位数控组合机床和自动线中应用。 相似文献
