针对基于传统的暗原色先验去雾算法中,由于某些场景下的雾天图像存在大面积明亮区域无法满足暗原色先验的假设,导致去雾效果不佳。文中就此问题提出了一种改进的去雾算法,基于McCartnet的理论建立大气散射模型,根据暗通道理论粗略估计透射率,之后引入容差参数并设置阈值,重新计算明亮区域的透射率,从而实现对明亮区域透射率的自校正。针对于复原图像色彩较暗的问题,采用改进的线性亮度调整方法来调节图像的亮度。实验结果显示,相较于原算法而言,改进算法可以有效的对大气光值进行估计,降低明亮区域的色彩失真,复原的图像可以保持足够的亮度,同时不丢失图像的细节,视觉效果显著提高。  相似文献

基于暗原色先验规律的图像去雾算法在进行暗原色通道计算时,用固定区域会造成介质透射率估算的不合理,从而导致最终去雾效果细节不清晰和在较远景深场景模糊的现象。采用基于图论的分割算法来确定取暗原色通道的区域,能根据景深的变化自适应地改变区域大小,避免了固定区域求取暗原色的带来的介质透射率估计不合理问题。通过实验分析和验证,证实了该算法能有效地改善雾天图像的退化现象和提高图像清晰度。  相似文献

为了解决基于暗原色先验的单幅图像去雾算法运行效率低,以及去雾后在图像的明亮灰白区域存在图像色彩失真的问题,提出一种快速有效的单幅图像去雾算法.该算法基于HSI色彩空间进行粗略的透射率以及大气光的估计;然后,用导向滤波对粗略的透射率进行平滑,再利用阈值法对灰白明亮区域的透射率进行修正,得到最终的透射率;最后,进行色彩调整得到复原图像.实验结果表明,本文算法具有很高的运行效率,能有效提高复原图像的清晰度和对比度.  相似文献

针对传统暗原色先验去雾算法存在的亮区域色彩失真、去雾参 数人工设定等问题,提出了一种基于暗原色先验改进的自适应图像去雾方法。首先,提出快 速OSTU法对雾霾图像亮暗区域进行自适应分割,并分区域获取亮暗区域的暗原色值;其次, 根据亮区域分布情况,对不同区域大气光强进行自适应估计;接着,通过分析雾霾图像直方 图特征,提出采用灰度集中度法自适应计算去雾系数;然后,运用色阶自适应调整方法进行 输出图像的色彩调整;最后,通过开展对比实验,验证了本文算法的优越性。主客观 评价结果表明:本文方法无需人为设定去雾参数,具有较好的 鲁棒性,可适用于多种浓度、 各种场景雾霾图像的去雾处理,获取的图像清晰、色彩自然,对比度高。  相似文献

针对暗原色先验模型对于图像明亮区域不适应,暗原色估计偏大,导致透射率估计偏小,出现色彩失真现象,本文介绍一种新的暗原色修正方法。提出一种逆暗原色概念,将雾化图像的暗原色与逆暗原色进行融合处理得到一种新的修正暗原色,从而获得比较真实的明亮区域透射率,有效消除了明亮区域的色彩失真。以有效细节强度、色调还原程度、结构信息及综合测评作为图像质量评价指标,与目前流行算法进行对比实验,本文算法的色调还原程度指标平均值提高41.1%,综合测评指标平均值提高48.7%。实验结果表明,本文算法在改善明亮区域色彩失真及提高去雾图像总体质量方面优于目前流行算法。  相似文献

为改善雾天图像对比度差、能见度低的特点,本文结合雾天成像模型和暗原色先验规律,在颜色空间的基础上提出了一种去雾新算法。首先,在RGB颜色空间,根据暗原色先验规律估计出空气光,然后将图像从RGB颜色空间转换到HSI和HSV颜色空间,再对HSV空间下的明度分量运用大气散射模型进行去雾处理,最后再对HSI空间下的饱和度分量进行校正,最终得到去雾之后的图像。通过该算法能得到清晰化的图像,并且该算法较之传统的单幅图像去雾方法,速度更快、效果更自然。  相似文献

为了提高雾天降质图像的清晰度,基于暗原色先验提出了一种改进的图像去雾方法。针对原算法对明亮区域敏感和运算量过大问题,首先提出天空区域自适应选择算法求取大气光强度,然后利用快速双边滤波算法修复透射率图,在保证去雾效果前提下大幅度降低了计算复杂度。针对去雾后的图像颜色较真实场景偏灰暗的问题,提出了一种简单有效的亮度调节方法。实验结果表明,该算法可以有效的消除灰白和明亮区域对大气光和透射率计算的影响,真实地复原场景的色彩和清晰度,同时,本文算法的时间复杂度与图像大小成线性关系,可以明显提升运算速度。  相似文献

针对现有暗通道图像去雾算法存在的天空色彩失真,景物边缘光晕效应等问题,本文提出了基于暗通道理论的改进去雾算法.由于暗原色先验理论不适用于天空区域,本文将引导滤波用于天空区域的细化分割,准确估计包含天空区域图像的大气光照强度,解决了天空色彩失真问题;其次,利用中值滤波得到详细边缘信息,进而得到更为清晰的透射率,有效抑制了景物边缘光晕问题;最后针对去雾后图像偏暗的问题,在HSV空间对亮度分量V通道进行增强处理.实验结果表明,针对带雾图像,本文算法能够有效地去雾,改善天空区域色彩失真以及景物边缘光晕问题.  相似文献

传统的暗原色先验图像降雾算法在处理不满足暗原色先验假设的明亮区域时,估计的透射率不准确。从而导致降雾后的图像色彩出现较大偏差。针对这一不足,本文提出了一种基于半反图像的透射率优化降雾算法。该算法通过明亮区域检测来获取大气光,然后用自定义函数对图像中明亮区域透射率进行修正,最后利用引导滤波器优化初始透射率,恢复出清晰的降雾图像。实验结果表明,该算法可以有效地处理图像中不满足暗原色先验假设的明亮区域,提高了户外视觉系统的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Aiming at the problem of distortion of dark channel algorithm in defogging the sky region,an improved image defogging algorithm based on the guided filtering and adaptive tolerance mechanism was proposed.Firstly,the fitted transmissivity graphs were calculated for the windows with different sizes.Then,the transmissivity was further refined by the guided filtering technique.After that,the transmissivity in sky area was revised by an adaptive tolerance mechanism.Finally,the restored image was converted from RGB space to HSV space,and thus the brightness and contrast of the images could be color compensated.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm restores the images effectively and obtain preferable defogging results with regard to the processing of bright areas such as the sky areas.  相似文献

介绍了PCNN模型原理,提出了基于双通道自适应的PCNN多光谱与全色图像融合算法。该算法首先将RGB空间的多光谱图像转换为HSV彩色空间,然后将HSV彩色空间中的非彩色通道(V通道)的灰度像素值和全色图像的像素灰度值分别作为PCNN-1及PCNN-2的神经元输入,利用方向性信息作为自适应链接强度系数,对非彩色通道图像和全色图像进行自适应分解,再将点火时间序列送入判决因子得到新的非彩色通道图像,最后将原多光谱图像的H通道分量、S通道分量及新的V通道分量经HSV空间逆变换获得最终的融合图像。实验结果表明,该算法不仅解决了链接强度系数自动设置的问题,而且充分考虑到图像边缘和方向特征的影响,无论在主观视觉效果,还是客观评价标准上均优于IHS、PCA、小波融合等其他图像融合算法,同时降低了计算复杂度。  相似文献

A novel edge detection algorithm for color images was described in this paper. In the proposed method, smoothness of each pixel in color image is firstly calculated by means of similarity relation matrix and is normalized to maximum gray level. In other words, color image in three-dimensional color spaces is mapped into one dimension. Accordingly the edges are performed in such a way that pixels lower than thresholds are assigned to be edge. Thus with proposed method, edge pixels in a color image are detected simultaneously without any complex calculations such as gradient, Laplace and statistical calculations.  相似文献

在对整幅图像色彩传递算法的基础上,提出了确定区域的人脸彩色传递法。首先利用改进的主动形状模型(ASM)方法定位人脸特征点,进而利用区域生长法确定人脸区域。在将参考图像和目标图像(彩色或灰度图)转换到去相关的对立色空间(lαβ颜色空间)后,对于彩色目标图像,分别调整肤色区域图各通道的均值和标准差;对于灰度目标图像,用亮度邻域统计量匹配的方法在参考图像中选取匹配点,并将匹配点的颜色赋值给目标图像中的对应点。最后,把传递结果转换到RGB颜色空间显示。实验结果表明,该方法能有效传递肤色,形成自然逼真的彩色人脸图像。  相似文献

A new method to detect and reduce the impulse noise in color images is presented in this paper. The method consists of two stages: detection and filtering. Since each of the individual channels (components) of the color image can be considered as a monochrome image, both stages are applied to each channel separately, and then the individual results are combined into one output image. The corrupted pixels are detected in the first stage based on a proposed innovative switching technique. The noise-free pixels are copied to their corresponding locations in the output image. In the second stage, average filtering is applied only to those pixels which are determined to be noisy in the first stage, and only noise-free pixel values are involved in calculating this average. The size of the sliding window depends on the estimated noise density and is very small even for high noise densities. The proposed method is effective in noise reduction while preserving edge details and color chromaticity. Simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms all the tested existing state-of-the-art methods used in digital color image restoration in both standard objective measurements and perceived image quality.  相似文献

The goal of image quality assessment (IQA) research is to use computational models to calculate the quality of images consistently with subjective evaluations. In this paper, we propose a new image quality assessment (IQA) algorithm by combining Prewitt magnitude and regional mutual information (RMI) in HSV color space. The Prewitt operator is usually used for edge detection and can extract vertical edge more accurately than other operators. The HSV color space encapsulates information about a color in terms that are more natural and intuitive to humans. The proposed method PMRMI first transforms reference and distorted images from RGB color space into HSV color space and Prewitt magnitude is introduced to extract key edge features of each channel. Then the regional mutual information is calculated to measure the similarity of the two images. After that, a weighting method is utilized for better consistency with subjective evaluations. Therefore we get a single quality score. Experiments on various image distortion types demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve better consistency with the subjective evaluations than PSNR and SSIM.  相似文献

As the low complexity of low-dimensional chaotic system and the slow speed of image encryption, this paper proposes a fast encryption algorithm of color image based on four-dimensional chaotic system. Firstly, we propose a new method of designing four-dimensional chaotic system based on the classical equations of three-dimensional chaotic system, to increase the complexity and key space of the encryption algorithm. Secondly, according to the nature of color images’ pixels channel, we design a new pseudo-random sequence generator and reuse the random sequence, to improve the speed of image encryption. Finally, the methods of row-major and column-major are used to diffuse the original image and the cat map with parameter is used to scramble the image pixels, respectively, to achieve the effect of encryption. The results of simulation and security analysis show that the proposed encryption algorithm is of good performance on security, robustness and high encryption speed.  相似文献

This paper advances a new framework for chromatic filtering of color images. The chromatic content of a color image is encoded in the CIE u'v' chromaticity coordinates whereas the achromatic content is encoded as CIE Y tristimulus value. Within the u'v' chromaticity diagram, colors are added according to the well-known center of gravity law of additive color mixtures, which is generalized here into a nonlinear filtering scheme for processing the two chromatic signals u' and v'. The achromatic channel Y can be processed with traditional filtering schemes, either linear or nonlinear, depending on the specific task at hand. The most interesting characteristics of the new filtering scheme are: 1) the elimination of color smearing effects along edges between bright and dark areas; 2) the possibility of processing chromatic components in a noniterative fashion through linear convolution operations; and 3) the consequent amenability to computationally efficient implementations with fast Fourier transform. The paper includes several examples with both synthetic and real images where the performance of the new filtering method is compared with that of other color image processing algorithms.  相似文献
