介绍了用仪器测试香波的抗静电性能、摩擦因数和光泽度的3种试验方法,分别反映了香波的柔软性、梳理性及光泽性的效果,客观评价洗发用品的功能性。考察了14种市售香波的抗静电性,并与空白相比较。抗静电效果好的香波,静电消除率为92%,而有的香波的静电消除率为50%。又测试了14种香波的摩擦因数,并与空白相比较。使用香波后,在毛发表面形成吸附膜使毛发易梳理,摩擦因数明显减小。测试结果表明静电现象与摩擦因数的大小有一定关系,平滑性好、摩擦因数小的产品,产生静电少。方法重现性较好,抗静电性和摩擦因数的测试结果的标准偏差率CV%≤10%。  相似文献

SP—K抗静电剂是一种季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂,主要用作聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯等塑料制品的静电消除剂,是用氯代十二烷与二乙醇胺反应制得烷基二乙醇胺后,再与硫酸二乙酯反应而制得的。其最佳反应温度为155~165℃,最佳反应时间为4h。与其它同类产品(如SH-105)相比,SP—K抗静电剂具有抗静电效果好、加工工艺方便、耐温性能好等特点。  相似文献

针对合成纤维的静电问题,研制了十二烷基二甲基乙基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基羟乙基氯化铵和马来酸二乙酯双(十二烷基二甲基氯化铵)3种抗静电剂。应用于已脱油的腈纶纤维和丙纶纤维,抗静电效果良好。对3种抗静电剂在不同浓度时的抗静电效果进行了比较,选取了适宜的低浓度范围0.5% ̄1%。进行了耐水洗试验。  相似文献

设计合成了聚丙烯酰胺季铵盐类的抗静电剂。当高聚物的溶液浓度为1.44%,涤纶织物在25℃、RH66%的半衰期为0秒.静电压为0KV,15次水洗后半衰期为1.7秒,静电压为0.35KV。研究结果表明:这种阳离子型高聚物具有优良的抗静电性和耐水洗性。  相似文献

考察了RPFC-Ⅰ纤维及无纺布对氨气的静态吸附性能及动态穿透吸附效果。研究表明,两种形式的RPFC-Ⅰ纤维对氨气均具有很好的静态吸附性能,且吸附容量均在90 mg/g左右;RPFC-Ⅰ纤维对氨气具有很好的动态穿透吸附性能,动态穿透吸附87.5 min后,去除率达到98.5%。对比说明RPFC-Ⅰ纤维本身性能几乎不受其使用形式的影响,对氨气都保持着很好的吸附效果。  相似文献

A coating of Nylon 6,6 or 6,12 was used to improve the penetration resistance of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fabric that would be potentially useful in the manufacture of flexible body armor against spike/knife threats. Quasi‐static test results for the spike penetrator showed a 77% and 86% improvement in the puncture resistance of Nylon 6,6 and Nylon 6,12 coated UHMWPE (respectively) over a neat fabric target of equivalent areal densities. Dynamic impact testing demonstrated dramatic improvement in the puncture resistance of nylon‐coated fabrics while only a slight improvement in stab resistance was observed comparing samples with equivalent areal densities. Photography of ruptured areas after quasi‐static testing revealed limited fiber motion or fiber stretching with no evidence of fiber pullout for nylon‐coated fabric samples in contrast to neat fabric. 为提高羽毛角蛋白(FK)对涤纶织物的后整理效果及其耐久性,本文向羽毛角蛋白整理液中添加了植酸(PA)组分,采用SEM和FTIR对整理前后涤纶织物的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时比分析了PA对FK整理涤纶织物表面静态接触角、芯吸高度、抗静电性能的影响规律。此外,将整理的涤纶织物进行洗涤处理,测试了织物上FK的保留率。结果表明:与单一组分FK整理的涤纶织物相比,PA组分的加入使得涤纶织物表面的FK附着量增加,整理涤纶织物的芯吸高度与抗静电性提升,表面静态接触角下降;同时PA还提升了FK整理涤纶织物的耐久性,经相同工艺水洗后,具有较高的FK保留率。  相似文献

The influence of the porosity on the static mechanical strength of the carbon fiber fabric reinforced epoxy composites laminates was investigated. The tensile, compressive, bending, and interlaminar strength test on the CFRP laminates with porosity of 0.33% and 1.50% were conducted and simulated by a finite element analysis model. The article proposes the failure criterion of the static mechanical strength of the fabric fiber reinforced composites based on the improved Hashin failure criterion that is suitable for the undirectional composite laminates. The basic composite strength parameters are used to evaluate the mechanical properties of CFRP laminates with different porosities. A finite element analysis model is established by using software ABAQUS™ combined with the sudden stiffness degradation model. The experiment results show that the tensile, compressive, bending, and interlaminar strength decrease with the increasing porosities. The tensile, compressive, bending, and interlaminar strength of the fabric carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites laminates are simulated accurately by the finite element model. POLYM. 为了赋予蚕丝织物自清洁与防污性能,首先利用多巴胺(DA)在CuSO4/H2O2氧化体系下快速聚合形成聚多巴胺(PDA)沉积在蚕丝织物表面,再通过十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)改性的纳米TiO2对沉积PDA的织物进行超疏水功能整理。通过FTIR、SEM、XPS、接触角测量仪对改性前后蚕丝织物的化学组成、表面微观结构、疏水性能进行表征,测试了改性蚕丝织物的自清洁与防污性、疏水自修复性和抗紫外线性能。结果表明,PDA/DTMS-纳米TiO2改性蚕丝织物表面具有分布均匀的微纳结构,且与原蚕丝织物相比,织物表面自由能下降;其水接触角为156°、滚动角为5°,防紫外线系数(UPF)为75.81,具有良好的防污自清洁能力和抗紫外线性能,与原蚕丝织物相比透气性略有下降;经O2等离子体10次的刻蚀-修复循环或1200次机械磨损-修复循环后,蚕丝织物的疏水修复率均>96%,耐环境损伤的自修复效果明显。此外,洗涤25次后,PDA/DTMS-纳米TiO2  相似文献

In this work, we report a low-cost, less energy intensive, and an innovative way of recycling thermoplastic polystyrene (PS) waste objects into submicron, aligned fibers using extract from citrus peel, an agricultural waste. As-fabricated recycled PS fabric is then structurally characterized and tested as an oil sorbent material. The hydrophobic-oleophilic PS fabric is found to absorb 40.5 ± 3.6 g/g of oil, with 77.3% oil retention within 1 h. To investigate the practical application of recycled PS fabric for oil spills remediation, we tested its buoyancy properties in oil-over-water static and dynamic system besides examining their reusability. The as-fabricated fabric floats on water after oil sorption indicating its high buoyancy and therefore can be collected easily after soaking the oil. This work is a simple illustration of systematic analysis of recycling two different waste materials (thermoplastic polystyrene and citrus peels) and reusing them into a more valuable product. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The level dyeing of fabrics in supercritical carbon dioxide was investigated by employing an improved beam (a perforated pipe on which the knitted or woven fabric/warp is wound around). The effects of system temperature, pressure, dyeing time, a time ratio of fluid circulation to static dyeing (Rtime), different fabric layers wrapped around the beam, and the species and chemical structures of dyestuffs on leveling properties and color strength of polyester and cotton fabrics were observed. The results show that the leveling properties and color strength of fabrics were improved on the new beam, as well as with a favorably increased system temperature, pressure, dyeing time, and a time ratio of fluid circulation to static dyeing; while the leveling property and color strength decreased with fabric layers on the beam under an identical condition. Highly leveling results were obtained on polyester and cotton fabrics with disperse and reactive disperse dyes involving different chemical structures.  相似文献
