为了帮助陶瓷企业快速适应电子商务带来的销售渠道变革,并解决陶瓷行业传统分销渠道中存在的信息流不通畅和分销成本高等问题,尝试建立具有直销商、供应商和分销商三种渠道的多渠道集成的陶瓷电子商务平台.提出了多渠道集成的陶瓷电子商务平台的总体设计方案,给出了平台各个部分的功能设计方案,在Microsoft visual studio 2008 +SQL Server 2000环境下,实现了该平台.平台应用结果表明:通过该平台,不仅为陶瓷企业开辟网络销售渠道,而且提供一种全新的零库存分销模式,同时可以实现陶瓷企业对传统分销商的网络化管理. 相似文献

A piston-on-three-ball assembly is employed to evaluate the biaxial strength of the ceramic top-coat in thermal barrier coating system (TBCs). The design of bi-axial experiment is presented, in which the effects of the specimen geometric parameters, the contact between the specimen and the support, and the plastic deformation of substrate are numerically analyzed. Then, the piston-on-three-ball tests and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) observations are carried out to measure the bi-axial strength and the failure patterns of the ceramic top-coat in TBCs, respectively. We experimentally obtained the bi-axial fracture strength of the ceramic top-coat in thermal barrier coating system, which obeys Weibull distribution function. The fracture patterns of the ceramic top-coat under bi-axial loading exhibit a typical channel network. 相似文献

Filtration of molten metals with ceramic foam filters is a proven method in order to remove the inclusions. This paper develops a new approach for the production of ceramic foam filters. In the conventional method of ceramic foam filter production, polyurethane sponges are used.In this work, ceramic foam filter was produced by using expanded polystyrene. Polystyrene is expanded in a specially designed mold by steam to form polystyrene patterns. Various ceramic slurries are then poured into the polystyrene cell and allowed to air dry. After the shaping operation, filters are subjected to sintering process under various conditions. By this new method, filter channel sizes can be controlled and traps with desired configurations can be formed. Some tests were applied to the produced filters. Thermal shock tests ensured that the filters could withstand temperatures of 1450 °C. Water absorption test showed that bauxide based material absorbed water more than the others. 相似文献

Oak has been converted to a porous biocarbon template by annealing in an inert atmosphere above 800°C. Subsequent infiltration with gaseous SiO at 1550–1600°C under flowing argon of atmospheric pressure finally resulted in the formation of a porous, cellular β-SiC ceramic. The conversion retains the biomorphic cellular morphology of oak tissue. While pores in the cell walls with a diameter less than ∼1 μm vanished, two distinct pore channel maxima representing tracheidal cells and large vessels remained in the SiC ceramic. Depending on the cellular morphology of different kinds of wood, e.g., strut thickness and pore size distribution, gas-phase conversion to single-phase β-SiC can be used to manufacture cellular ceramics with a wide range of pore channel diameters. 相似文献
