用电磁振动雾化-速凝法制备了粒度为0.2~1.0 mm的镁粉,研究了这种速凝镁粉在1 000 ℃的阻燃时间.结果表明,速凝镁粉阻燃时间为17~21 s,而铣削-钝化镁粉阻燃时间为11~14 s.扫描电镜和能谱仪观察和分析发现,速凝镁粉存在表面碳富集,迅速凝固产生的致密表面,增强了粉粒表面的化学稳定性,产生了钝化效果.  相似文献

为了满足未来航空工业的需要,研制新镁合金工作的进展是缓慢而有限的.早期所作的粉末冶金镁合金的研究成效不大.在50年代,Busk和Leontis用惰性气体雾化金属熔体来生产各种镁合金粉末之后,旋转圆盘雾化工艺也应用于生产镁粉.不过,在这些早期的雾化工艺冷却速度不能达到很高.后来在应用雾化工艺生产快速凝固镁粉方面的工作是,Isserow和Rizzitano用旋转电极法制造工业合金ZK60A(Mg-6%Zn-0.45%Zr)粉末.不过,用旋转电极法制得的粉末,平均粉粒尺寸大约为100微米,这种粉粒的冷却速度<10~4K/  相似文献

Laser cladding of Al+Ir powders on ZM5 magnesium base alloy   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Laser cladding of preplaced Al + Ir powders on a ZM5 magnesium alloy was performed to enhance the corrosion resistance of the ZM5 magnesium alloy. A metallurgical bond was obtained at the coating/substrate interface. The corrosion potential (Ecorr) of the laser cladded sample was 169 mV positive to that of the untreated ZM5 substrate,while the corrosion current (Icorr) was some one order of magnitude lower. The laser cladded sample,unlike the untreated ZM5 substrate,showed a passive region in the polarization plot. Immersion tests confirmed that the corrosion resistance of the laser cladded ZM5 sample was significantly enhanced in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution. The Al-rich phases of AlIr,Mg17Al12,and Al formed in the cladding layer and the rapid solid characteristics were contributed to the improved corrosion behavior of the coating.  相似文献

To improve the surface properties, lining of magnesium alloys with hard powders by shot peening was carried out in order. The hard powders were tried to bond to the workpiece surface due to the collision of many shots. In order to fix the hard powders to the surface of the workpiece, the powders were set on an uneven surface. To easily facilitate fixing of powders, lining of the workpiece with the powder sandwiched between two aluminum foil sheets was also attempted. In this experiment, a centrifugal shot peening machine with an electrical heater was employed. The workpieces were magnesium alloys AZ31B and AZ91D, and the hard powders were commercial cemented carbide, alumina, and zirconia. The joinability of hard powders near the lined surface was observed by a optical microscope. The wear resistance was also evaluated by a wear test. The hard powders were successfully bonded to the surface of workpieces by the shot lining process. The results show that the present method is effective in wear resistance of the magnesium alloys.  相似文献

中国皮江法炼镁的资源消耗和环境影响分析   总被引:17,自引:1,他引:17  
应用生命周期评价思想,结合物质流分析方法,对我国皮江法炼镁生产过程中物质能量代谢的数量特征和环境负荷状况进行研究。结果表明:皮江法炼镁工艺的资源和能源输入量较大,1 t商品镁锭的资源输入总量和资源直接输入量分别为76 t和24 t;生态包袱是资源直接输入量的3.1倍。CO2和SO2排放情况的时间序列分析表明,虽然皮江法炼镁单耗指标不断降低,但由于镁产量增加较快,导致CO2和SO2直接排放量连年增长,化石燃料的燃烧和精练保护过程是CO2和SO2直接排放的主要责任者。此外,由硅铁生产引起的资源消耗和环境影响也不容忽视。  相似文献

An attempt to modify sintering of iron and aluminium elemental powders with use of small additions of Mg and MgH2 was presented in this paper. The kinetics of such modified sintering was investigated using DSC technique, XRD analysis and SEM observations. Significant changes in the mechanism of exothermal formation reaction of Fe–Al intermetallic phases in compositions doped with magnesium and its hydride was observed. Initiation temperature of Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) reaction was pronouncedly shifted to lower value as compared with undoped composition. Influence of additions on the SHS reaction kinetics parameters was also calculated with use of the JMA model and changes of the Avrami exponent value of specific phase formation was noticed. Positive effect of MgH2 addition on partial homogeneity of final product was also studied.  相似文献

镁及镁合金因其密度低、弹性模量与硬组织匹配、可降解吸收以及具有优异的生物相容性等优点已成为可降解生物材料领域的研究热点。但镁合金体内降解速率过快且降解时产生析氢反应并引发局部pH环境升高,这会影响周围组织的生长,甚至会发生溶血、溶骨现象,这严重限制其在临床上应用。采用添加适当合金元素以及镁合金表面改性被认为是减缓镁合金腐蚀速率以期达到其降解行为可控的有效方法。综述了可降解镁合金抗菌性和溶血性能的研究状况,系统阐述了近5年来可降解镁合金生物相容性的最新进展,展望了医用可降解镁合金未来的研究方向和挑战。  相似文献

A one-step pickling-activation process was proposed as an environmental friendly pretreatment method in phosphate-permanganate solution before electroplating on magnesium alloys. The effects of pickling-activation on qualities of coating were assessed by adhesion and porosity testing of copper plating. The interfacial reactions between specimen and solution were analyzed with SEM, EDX and XRD. The results show that the developed process of pickling-activation can equalize the potentials on substrate surface. The compacted zinc film can be obtained by zinc immersion after treating magnesium alloy in the pH 4-6 phosphate-permanganate solution for 3-5 min. The adhesion and corrosion resistance of copper plating are enhanced. The one-step pickling-activation can replace the existing two-step process of acid pickling and activation which contains a great deal of chromium and fluorine. The procedure of surface pretreatment is simplified and the production environment is improved.  相似文献

Applications for magnesium powders have generally been restricted to the area of pyrotechnology, but with improved safety measures and novel processing technologies there are now more opportunities opening up for magnesium powder metallurgy components. Conventional powder metallurgy involving liquid phase sintering may not be a viable option, however, due to the high reactivity of molten magnesium in air. Solid-state consolidation processes are therefore desirable, with direct powder extrusion and equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) offering real alternatives to the conventional press/sinter routes. With this move toward purely solid-state metallurgy come opportunities for alternative alloy design strategies, potentially leading to microstructures not readily achieved through traditional casting routes. This paper will discuss the suitability of the ECAP route for magnesium powder compaction and explore the novel alloying strategies that become available with the success of these solid-state powder metallurgical processes.  相似文献

Magnesium phosphate conversion coating (MPCC) was fabricated on AZ31 magnesium alloy for corrosion protection by immersion treatment in a simple MPCC solution containing Mg2+ and PO3?4 ions. The MPCC on AZ31 Mg alloy showed micro-cracks structure and a uniform thickness with the thickness of about 2.5 µm after 20 min of phosphating treatment. The composition analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the coating consisted of magnesium phosphate and magnesium hydroxide/oxide compounds. The MPCC showed a significant protective effect on AZ31 Mg alloy. The corrosion current of MPCC was reduced to about 3% of that of the uncoated surface and the time for the deterioration process during immersion in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution improved from about 10 min to about 24 h.  相似文献

锌合金镀层由于具有较强的耐腐蚀性能而得到广泛的关注,特别是Zn-Mg合金镀层,其耐腐蚀性能能得到显著提高。采用气相沉积方法制备不同镁含量的Zn-Mg合金镀层,研究Zn-Mg合金镀层中镁含量对其耐腐蚀性能的影响。在3%NaCl溶液中进行浸泡试验、动电位测试和电偶腐蚀试验,研究不同Mg含量镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Zn-Mg合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能与Mg含量显著相关,镀层的腐蚀电位随着Mg含量的增加而降低,但是腐蚀电流密度却升高,直至15%Mg含量;在Zn-Mg合金镀层中存在钝化区。  相似文献
