本文描述了一种基于RFID技术的燃气安检管理系统。系统采用将RFID标签张贴于气表表面(旧表)或内置于气表内(新表)的方法,以RFID标签唯一标识气表。安检时,安检人员必须入户扫描RFID标签以得到气表编号,以此方法确保安检人员真正入户,达到精细化管理的目的。系统具有安检计划管理、安检管理、复查管理、抽查管理、预约管理、预警报警和应急派工等功能。 相似文献

In recent years, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been considered an important technology affecting the development of industries around the world and is valued in many fields. In the construction industry, RFID benefits construction engineering and management by improving efficiency and control. This study describes the influence of combination manners of RFID and interior decorating materials on RFID system recognition by identifying appropriate combination manners and tag space layouts. The main study results include (1) building materials' influence on effects of RFID, (2) readable distance between tags and readers, and (3) electronic wave penetration of passive tags. Effective monitoring of personnel movements, material locations, and construction equipment has always been a topic of concern in construction management. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology has been proven to increase efficiency for staff and materials management. The objective of this study is to develop a Three-Dimensional (3D) location sensing algorithm using RFID technology to analyze the possible location of objects. To achieve this goal, this research first establishes an indoor wireless sensing network to collect Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI). The distance between the antenna and target tag is calculated based on RSSI. The gradient decent method is then used to calculate the location of the electronic tag. The feasibility of this 3D positioning algorithm is verified using a real case. The experiment proves that the location sensing algorithm established in this study can gradually approach the actual location of the target tag. This research is one of the first studies for 3D location sensing with RFID application in the construction industry. The proposed RFID 3D sensing algorithm can be used to assist construction managers in locating the positions of relevant personnel, equipment, apparatus and materials, enhancing management efficiency and safety. 相似文献

The construction industry is one of the most hazardous industries in many countries. Struck-by-falling-object accidents are not given adequate attention even though they are of great importance on construction sites. The objective of this paper is to analyze the proactively preventive information requirement of struck-by-falling-object accidents and propose an integrated information management model using a ZigBee RFID sensor network to fulfill these requirements. First, the frequency of particular type of objects is analyzed based on vast historical accident cases. Next, this paper analyzes the proactively preventive information requirement of struck-by-falling-object accidents and brought forth an integrated information management model. Furthermore, considering the crucial and controllable objects, an integrated information management model is proposed. This study would provide a possible approach for tracking struck-by-falling-object accidents based on real-time information for proactive prevention and could serve as a foundation for further study. 相似文献

针对燃气管道阀门故障诊断存在的诊断准确率低,鲁棒性差和容易陷入过拟合等问题,结合深度学习理论,基于谷歌人工智能学习系统Keras,构建多层感知器MLP神经网络模型,用于预测阀门故障程度。选取阀门故障中的8种特征参数作为模型的原始输入量,经过多层感知器的特征提取、参数重构、Adam优化、Softmax分类,并加入Dropout模块避免过度拟合,最终得到具有较高预测精度的多层感知器模型。将得到的多层感知器模型应用在实验室的燃气管道阀门故障诊断系统中,结果表明,这种模型具有更高的准确性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is characterized with superior predispositions, including the recognition of multiple markers, communication ranges from five to six meters, and a storage database for thousands of data files. These unique features resolve data storage and record-reviewing difficulties, prevent repetitive data entries, and facilitate instant feedbacks.The precast industry is a management-intensive sector, for which pivotal issues include methods relevant to the instant provision of acquired management information to executive managers, materials of precast concrete products, quality control inspection and inventory and transportation management information, and convenient data entry for frontline personnel.It is anticipated to integrate usage of Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) and the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Using RFID tag and reader to collect the information, and then transmit the multi-faceted, mobilized information such as the production quantity, the materials quantity, quality control inspection and inventory and transportation management information to the manager office or the site worker via the PDA and wireless Internet.This precast production management system which has been developed by the author and utilized in precast production management encompasses inspection of incoming materials, production process inspection, molds inspection, specimen strength feedback, and logistic and receiving management. 分析基于紊动射流理论和流体力学方程的管道燃气小孔动态泄漏模型,提出考虑放散效果的小孔动态泄漏模型,将放散阀的放散等效于多点泄漏。利用Pipeline Studio软件的瞬态模拟功能,进行放散阀启闭状态不同,上下游放散阀设置间距不同,泄漏位置不同3种工况的模拟,分别研究3种工况下的管道天然气放散时间。当泄漏发生后,关闭上下游分段阀并同时开启上下游放散阀是最优的放散阀启闭方案,相较于不开启放散阀,仅开启上游放散阀和仅开启下游放散阀,管道天然气放散时间分别节省92.42%,44.00%和54.84%。改变上下游放散阀设置间距对管道天然气放散时间几乎无影响。泄漏孔接近与远离上游放散阀,管道天然气放散时间相差不大。 相似文献
