为自动生成满足用户需求的个性化流程,在给出智能流程应用模式的基础上,提出一种用户个性化需求获取新方法。对业务流程中活动进行归纳和抽象,定义一种新服务——元服务,并由元服务组成流程语义库,然后基于流程语义库,提出一种用户需求获取算法,帮助用户快速准确地输入需求信息。理论分析和应用表明:算法提高了用户需求获取的准确程度和效率。  相似文献

通过分析现有的流程模式特点,提出了一种面向服务的流程模型--智能流程及其即时构造方法.首先给出了智能流程描述框架,作为智能流程的语义描述基础,用于描述构造智能流程的Web服务、领域知识和用户需求.进而提出了Web服务发现算法,然后将满足需求的Web服务,利用货郎问题解决方案,形成智能流程.经过智能旅游平台的检验,证明方法是可行的.  相似文献

随着Web服务的不断丰富和Web服务技术的持续发展,使得基于网络的业务流程管理系统可以更加合理地利用Web服务组织业务流程,从而更好地满足用户复杂的、个性化的需求。本文提出了智能流程(Smartflow)模式下的流程执行过程。在Smartflow模式中流程根据用户的需求自动生成,流程的完成者也不再是指定的服务,而是根据用户需求自动选择合适的Web服务。一个流程不再为众多用户服务,而是服务于指定的用户,充分体现了个性化。  相似文献

多载波聚合技术是LTE-A(LTE-advanced)系统的一个关键技术,它能解决LTE-A系统对带宽资源的需求.由于不同频带的信号传输功率、覆盖范围不尽相同,使得终端在小区间的切换成为难点.本文在LTE切换流程的基础上分析了LTE-A载波聚合环境下的载波切换场景、小区内及小区间的载波切换流程,为了减少多载波切换的失败率,提出了同时向多个符合条件的相邻小区发出切换请求并选择其中最佳小区进行切换的改进思路,同时针对多目标eNB切换方式设计了两种多载波切换方法.  相似文献

Simultaneous multiple product design is essential to meet customer expectations faster and with a focus on shortening life cycles, and new methodologies are needed to address the complexities related to it. quality function deployment (QFD) can help gather customer needs and link them to product design. However, understanding customer needs accurately is a challenge for traditional QFD analysis, and for this reason, Kano's model of customer satisfaction is associated with QFD in the literature. However, incorporating the results of Kano's model into QFD presents another challenge. The objective of this research is to provide a step-by-step methodology that fine-tunes the QFD method by combining Kano's model and QFD in a robust manner, from the perspective of simultaneous multiple product design. This research also includes an application of this proposed methodology on cockpit weather information system (CWIS) design, a part of NASA's Aviation Weather Information (AWIN) project, to demonstrate its usefulness  相似文献

During the design and construction of a distributed measurement system, design engineers face many basic questions. How does one properly choose a structure and actual solutions for the key elements of the system? Which elements are important? How does one guarantee a suitable level of operating quality and reliability? A broad knowledge base and technical experience are necessary to answer these questions. The consumer's expectations for the product need to be met. The designer's subjectivity should be minimized. In this column, we discuss the use of two tools, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method which comes from quality engineering rules and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which comes from operations research. Implementing QFD during the design process can focus the attention of the designer on the most important elements of reliability and work quality. The AHP method helps the engineer make complex decisions in designing today's measurement systems that have many extreme optimization problems. Using these methods should decrease the cost of manufacturing and maintenance of measuring systems. We explain these methods and then show how they work in designing a distributed system for a mobile measurement station (MMS).  相似文献

In the product design and development process, quality function deployment (QFD) provides a comprehensive, systematic approach to ensure that new products meet or exceed customer expectations. This paper reports on the results of a survey of more than 400 companies in the United States and Japan using QFD. The objective of the study was to understand the key factors that result in the successful application of QFD. The research questions investigated in this study were developed both inductively from QFD case studies in the United States and Japan and deductively from the literature. Regression analysis estimates the effects of organizational characteristics, data sources, and QFD tools and techniques on QFD improvements in the product and process. The results show that QFD is most likely to have a positive impact when there is management support for QFD and new customer data specifically collected for the QFD study are used. The critical product planning phase, early in the product development cycle, requires a design tool to establish engineering priorities, select the preferred design concept, and set target levels of engineering performance while considering the needs of both the consumer and producer. The quality function deployment (QFD) method was developed as a design process tool to translate customer needs into engineering characteristics; however, limitations have been identified in using the QFD method for product planning. In this paper, a new design tool called product attribute function deployment (PAFD), based on the principles of decision-based design (DBD), is introduced as a decision-theoretic, enterprise-level process tool to guide the conceptual design phase. The PAFD method extends the qualitative matrix principles of QFD while utilizing the quantitative decision-making processes of DBD. The PAFD method is built upon established methods in engineering, marketing, and decision analysis to eliminate the need for the user ratings and rankings of performance, priority, and attribute coupling in the QFD method. The differences between the QFD and the PAFD processes are compared and contrasted, and the conceptual design of an automotive manifold absolute pressure sensor is used as a case study to demonstrate the features and benefits of the PAFD method.  相似文献

In the product design and development process, quality function deployment (QFD) provides a comprehensive, systematic approach to support the design of new products intended to meet or exceed customer expectations. The authors use multiattribute value theory to support new product design and hence to augment a design team's experience and judgment. We introduce the concept of a target set, the set of all value score vectors that are at least as preferred as the value score vectors of any of the given design alternatives. Assuming mutually preferential independence, we characterize the target set and indicate how it can be used to support selecting targets: 1) for the level of customer satisfaction to be attained by the new product, for each customer requirement and 2) for design requirements, presumably based in part on information from engineering competitive assessments. We then use the target set concept to augment the product planning phase of QFD. The concepts are illustrated and evaluated through the retrospective application of the methodology to an actual surgical product (universal converter). Although the analysis was performed retrospectively, without knowledge of the market success of the product and its competitors, the results were consistent with product acceptance and provided valuable insights to the lead engineer  相似文献

AT&T's Switching Systems Business Unit (SSBU) is establishing requirements for future network fabric capabilities. To help ensure that these capabilities are driven by the needs of various telecommunications customer segments, SSBU chose to use elements of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to collect and organize customers needs. QFD is a leading-edge team-based approach for gathering the voice of the customer and converting it into deployable product and service attributes. After collecting the needs set, the SSBU team validated the needs (including perceived importance ratings) with customers as a check on the integrity of the set. The validated needs will be used to guide establishment of technical requirements as products are developed. This paper describes how SSBU applied elements of the QFD toolset to generate the customer-validated set of network fabric needs. The QFD approach was used on a project that had already started, allowing a comparison of existing methodology to the QFD methodology  相似文献
