由于组成声表面波(SAW)式小波变换处理器(WTP)的叉指换能器的等效电路是一个三端口网络,因而其插入损耗和三次渡越反射都与输入、输出阻抗有关且相互影响。为此,在将该芯片用于电子系统中时,必须对其输入、输出阻抗匹配进行研究,以在抑制其多次声波反射的同时保证其插入损耗尽可能地低。因此,该文提出了利用SAW式WTP的导纳矩阵计算其输入、输出阻抗,并由此设计其匹配网络的方法。理论研究和实验结果表明,利用这种方法设计的SAW式WTP的匹配网络,可以使该器件的插入损耗降低30%以上。  相似文献

为了对两曲面狭缝间的作用力进行监测,设计了一种基于声表面波(SAW)传感原理的无源无线应力传感器。首先,讨论了狭缝间作用力测量的传感技术方案,分析了弹性介质中力敏结构模型,进而确定了SAW谐振器的尺寸;其次,结合微机电系统(MEMS)加工工艺研究了该器件的制作工艺方案,包括SAW谐振器、支撑基底、传输线的制作。通过对SAW传感器设计与制作过程的探究,可为狭缝空间等极端环境中物理量的测量提供新的思路。  相似文献

电子束光刻(EBL)具有高的分辨率,能制备具有亚微米尺寸的声表面波(SAW)器件.一种采用EBL技术制备用于气体传感器的具有亚微米尺寸的SAW延迟线的方法:首先利用EBL在压电衬底上获得叉指换能器(IDT)的电子抗蚀剂图形;然后用剥离工艺制作出IDT电极.通过邻近效应校正和提高场拼接精度,制作的叉指电极具有一致性,电极形貌好.相对于干法刻蚀工艺,剥离工艺避免了对压电衬底表面的物理损伤.该技术为实现特征尺寸达到百纳米级的更高工作频率SAW器件的制造提供了很好的途径.  相似文献

为提高硅酸镓镧(LGS)声表面波(SAW)压力传感器的灵敏度,研究了一种采用点压式压力传递结构的SAW压力传感器。理论上采用压电微扰理论和有限元法结合,使用有限元法获得压力作用下LGS基片的应力、应变,并将该应力、应变量代入叠加偏载的电弹方程和一阶微扰方程,求得传感器的压力灵敏度。计算表明0~0.4 MPa压力范围内其归一化压力灵敏度为0.065×10-6/psi,与空腔结构LGS SAW压力传感器相比,该结构的灵敏度提高了约9倍。基于上述分析结构,制作了一种基于LGS(0°,138.5°,26.7°)的点压式压力传递结构的SAW传感器,实验结果和理论分析吻合。  相似文献

为克服马松(Mason)等效电路模型指对级联及常用电路仿真软件处理复阻抗的繁杂性,提出了应用耦合模理论和电网络理论分析声表面波(SAW)器件特性的方法,它首先应用耦合模理论获得叉指换能器SAW粒子运动速度和应力的关系式,由此得到叉指换能器的等效电路模型,并根据耦合模理论计算等效电路模型中各电参量值,然后应用电路网络理论推导等效电路模型各节点电压方程,结合自行研制的S型SAW器件尺寸,仿真得到S型SAW器件的频率特性,与实验得到的频率特性基本相近。  相似文献

针对小体积射频声表面波(SAW)传感器性能受封装影响大的问题,该文提出了耦合模(COM)模型与三维电磁分析结合的仿真方法。利用COM模型计算出芯片的单端口S参数;使用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对表面贴装的陶瓷封装结构进行建模,仿真计算出封装的S参数;对芯片及封装结构S参数在电路仿真软件ADS中进行结合,得出考虑封装的SAW谐振式传感器仿真结果。实验制作了工作在428.5 MHz的SAW单端谐振传感器,采用该文所述方法仿真的理论结果与实验测量结果更接近,验证了上述方法的可行性。  相似文献

在生产性的(100)切GaAs上制作了声表面波(SAW)延迟线,并用该延迟线控制频率高达1.5GHz的振荡器。这样高的频率是用每波长三电极的换能器,以二次谐波工作来达到的。理论推导和试验研究了GaAsSAW振荡器的频率温度系数。列表给出了GaAs的弹性常数及其温度系数,以及在所选择的GaAs取向上SAW的传输特性的试验和理论值。  相似文献

该文设计并制作了一种基于新型声表面波(SAW)单端对谐振器的金黄色葡萄球菌生物传感器,该传感器采用了叉指电极中间内置敏感区域的谐振器结构。首先基于微扰理论分析了SAW生物传感器的响应机理。然后结合耦合模理论分析,得到了该谐振器的频率响应曲线。通过网络分析仪测量,实际制作的SAW谐振器的频率响应与仿真结果一致,且具有高品质因数的优点。实验中采用该结构对金黄色葡萄球菌进行初步检测,结果表明检测结果线性度较好,为下一步实现SAW传感器特异性实时检测金黄色葡萄球菌奠定了基础。  相似文献

声表面波(SAW)器件光刻过程中,制作的光刻胶线条宽度与掩模版不一致,特别是不同宽度的非均匀线条光刻后线宽变化值存在偏差。该文研究了接近式曝光衍射效应对线宽的影响,分析了掩模版上线条和缝隙宽度、衍射光强、掩模版与光刻胶间距等参数间的关系。结果表明,通过建立光学模型给出了计算曝光后不同线条宽度变化值的方法,采用程序编程可对掩模版数据中不同尺寸的线条和缝隙宽度进行补偿,实现SAW器件非均匀线条宽度的精确控制。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

Waveguide multilayer optical card (WMOC) is a novel storage device of three-dimensional optical information. An advanced readout system fitting for the WMOC is introduced in this paper. The hardware mainly consists of the light source for reading, WMOC, motorized stages addressing unit, microscope imaging unit, CCD detecting unit and PC controlling & processing unit. The movement of the precision motorized stage is controlled by the computer through Visual Basic (VB) language in software. A control panel is also designed to get the layer address and the page address through which the position of the motorized stages can be changed. The WMOC readout system is easy to manage and the readout result is directly displayed on computer monitor.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

The collinearly phase-matching condition of terahertz-wave generation via difference frequency mixed in GaAs and InP is theoretically studied. In collinear phase-matching, the optimum phase-matching wave hands of these two crystals are calculated. The optimum phase-matching wave bands in GaAs and lnP are 0.95-1.38μm and 0.7-0.96μm respectively. The influence of the wavelength choice of the pump wave on the coherent length in THz-wave tuning is also discussed. The influence of the temperature alteration on the phase-matching and the temperature tuning properties in GaAs crystal are calculated and analyzed. It can serve for the following experiments as a theoretical evidence and a reference as well.  相似文献

Composition dependence of bulk and surface phonon-polaritons in ternary mixed crystals are studied in the framework of the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Bom-Huang approximation. The numerical results for Several Ⅱ - Ⅵ and Ⅲ- Ⅴ compound systems are performed, and the polariton frequencies as functions of the compositions for ternary mixed crystals AlxGa1-xAs, GaPxAS1-x, ZnSxSe1-x, GaAsxSb1-x, GaxIn1-xP, and ZnxCd1-xS as examples are given and discussed. The results show that the dependence of the energies of two branches of bulk phonon-polaritons which have phonon-like characteristics, and surface phonon-polaritons on the compositions of ternary mixed crystals are nonlinear and different from those of the corresponding binary systems.  相似文献

An insert layer structure organic electroluminescent device(OLED) based on a new luminescent material (Zn(salen)) is fabricated. The configuration of the device is ITO/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1. Effective insert electrode layers comprising LiF(1nm)/Al(5 nm) are used as a single semitransparent mirror, and bilayer cathode LiF(1 nm)/A1(100 nm) is used as a reflecting mirror. The two mirrors form a Fabry-Perot microcavity and two emissive units. The maximum brightness and luminous efficiency reach 674 cd/m^2 and 2.652 cd/A, respectively, which are 2.1 and 3.7 times higher than the conventional device, respectively. The superior brightness and luminous efficiency over conventional single-unit devices are attributed to microcavity effect.  相似文献
